• susana (9/5): Super correcto calidad precio y ubicación. Todo muy fácil y serio. - Tanto la ubicación del apartamento como el apartamento son excelentes. Tiene todo lo que se necesita, y el anfitrión es muy detallista. No le he dado antes un excelente , porque deberían tener preparado variedad de ropa de cama (edredón o un acolcha más fina), sólo había un edredón muy grueso y el apartamento estaba a 25º y no se podía bajar la temperatura, así que hacía mucha calor con el edredón, y sin él, hacía frio por la noche. Lo único que mejoraría es lo que he explicado anteriormente, y el sofá cama para dos adultos no resulta cómodo, se necesita un cambio. He viajado con mi marido y mis hijos que miden 1, 85 y 1, 75 y la verdad, se clavaban las maderas en la espalda. Como sofá es correctísimo, como cama no. Todo estaba muy limpio excepto la terraza, se olvidaron de limpiarla. supongo que sería un descuido de la limpiadora

• Cyril (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, bon rapport qualité prix - L'appartement est parfaitement situé, proches de tous les points stratégiques de la ville. Appartement spacieux, propre, très agréable dans un immeuble calme. Canapé lit un peu raide, peu confortable. Manque un pommeau de douche. Il n'est pas évident de gérer la température de l'appartement malgré les boîtiers thermostat à disposition. Les générateurs à l'extérieur font beaucoup de bruit même fenêtres fermées (isolation des fenêtres moyennes) Recommandation : mettre à disposition les premières épices de base (sel, poivre, huile par exemple)

• CRISTINA (5/5): - Calefacción estropeada no paraba nunca estábamos a 26 grados y subiendo. Tuvimos que parar la caldera. Deberían cambiar el colchón. Te caes por el lateral debido al desgaste. Muy mal olor de las tuberías. Llevar antifaz si teneis sensibilidad a la luz, no hay persianas. Pero el piso es muy bonito.
• Monica (7/5): Ci tornerei ma con alcune accortezze - L’appartamento è molto carino, si vede che è ristrutturato di recente. Le camere sono una più grande e l’altra un po’ più piccola ma con bagno in camera. I bagni sono comodi e dotati di doccia comoda. La cucina dotata di molti elettrodomestici ma non ha abbastanza stoviglie per tutti, eravamo in 6. Per terra c’è il parquet e niente moquette (da noi apprezzato). La posizione perfetta. A pochi passi da Oxford street, tutto intorno alla zona molti locali e negozi. Purtroppo la pulizia non era il massimo. L’appartamento era Tuttavia pulito ma ad esempio sotto i divani la polvere era tantissima. Per noi che avevamo allergici alla polvere non è stato il massimo. Il tappeto in sala è sporco, sarebbe meglio toglierlo che lasciare una cosa così sporca.

• ALSAYEAA (9/5): - الشقة كبيرة وقريبة من اماكن الاهتمام وليست بالبعيدة. الهايد بارك والهارودز هي الي بعيدة مشي 45 دقيقة وبالباص 10 دقائق اما الباقي قريب وسهل الوصول مدخل الشقق من تحت فيه ريحة سيئة. لا يوجد مصعد للي معاه عفش كثير الله يعينه. التدفئة كان فيها مشكلة. وايضا لا يوجد تبريد هواء في الصيف.

Die Größe der Wohnung und der Zimmer ist angenehm. 1. die Wohnung wurde uns am Tag der Anreise getauscht! Unter dem Motto: entnehmen sie nehmen diese oder bleibt ohne Unterkunft ohne Entschuldigung 2. als wir kamen lag eine tote Maus im Wohnzimmer! Während des Aufenthalts lief eine Maus durchs Wohnzimmer 3. Keine funktionierende Heizung in den Schlafzimmern! Erst nach 2 Tagen kamen Radiatoren. Es war kein Strom in der Wohnung und nach 18 Uhr kann niemand sagen wo die Sicherungen sind! Nach langer Suche konnten wir selbst das regeln die kaputte Heizung hat den Kurzschlussausgelöst! 4. sehr laut von der Straße! Dünne Fenster, aber ist vielleicht so überall in london Also Kundenservice nicht erwarten egal was passiert darauf müsste man gefasst sein. Das hat mich sehr überrascht weil wir selber vermieten und sowas uns nicht erlauben.

• Yamina (1/5): Pas de chauffage et aucune solution apportée... sans compter le reste... - L'appartement est visuellement comme sur les photos. Mon mari, moi et mes enfants avons séjourné dans cet établissement. Nous n'avons pas eu de chauffage pendant les 3 nuits passées sur place. Ils sont passés à 2/3 reprises sans jamais trouver de solution. Un chauffage d'appoint nous a été proposé mais il n'est jamais arrivé (je précise qu'ils ont accès à l'appartement à toute heure). De plus, avant cet avis, j'ai demandé un geste commercial. On m'a répondu qu'ils transféraient ma demande au service ou à la personne compétente mais aucun retour à ce jour. J'ai séjourné du 20 au 23 Décembre. Nous sommes le 14 Janvier. Encore une déception et un manque de professionnalisme. J'ajoute que j'ai fais la réservation sur Booking, donc je m'attendais à payer sur Booking comme habituellement mais j'ai été baladée de sites en sites afin de pouvoir payer puisque l'établissement indiquait ma carte invalide ici, sans raison. Pour que je paie via leur système très approximatif. Pour finir, après que vous ayez réservé (donc engagés à payer puisque non annulable) ils vous envoient vers un site ou vous devez accepter une ribambelle de conditions dont le fait qu'il peuvent entrer dans l'appart à tout moment, que vous y soyez ou pas...... La classe... En bref, en rentrant, des fêtes de fin d'année assez décus et malades...

• Jiun (9/5): - 위치가 너무 좋았어요. 어디든 가기 좋아요. 더울 정도로 따뜻했어요. 주방을 리모델링 한지 얼마 안된 듯 해요. 주방가전 및 주방용품들 모두 깨끗합니다. 우리는 2시에 도착해서 짐을 두고 나왔지만 도착했을 때 청소가 하나도 돼어 있지 않은 상태였어요. 그점이 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 짐이 많다면 엘레베이터가 없어서 무척 힘들어요.

Lukten i gangene var grusom. Vannet i vasken på badet rant ut over gulvet så måtte alltid ha en håndduk under for å unngå våte gulv. Døren til fryseren falt i bakken hver gang man åpnet kjøleskapet. Veldig dårlig trykk i dusjen. ISKALDT i leiligheten.
• fahd (8/5): ممكن أرجع أسكن فيه لو المبلغ أقل - الموقع ممتاز قريب من الشارع العام تحت الموقع فيه كوفي مشهووور بالهوت شكولت لايفوتكم وتحته بقاله الشقه طيبه ل6 اشخاص كحد أقصى غير كذا ماتنفع نحن كنا 4 بالغين وطفلين 8 سنوات و11 سنة يادوب المطبخ كامل وحاطين ضيافه وكل ماتحتاجه فيها لا يوجد شطاف لكن شطاف السفر كفو ووفى النت سيء جدا لا تتكل عليه الشقه في الدور الرابع اللي اخذتها لايوجد مصعد يعني كبار السن مايصلحلهم والله يعينك على الشنط فقط هذه 3 نقاط السيئة الشطاف والمصعد والنت باقي الأمور تمام

Ingen heis i bygget, og MANGE trapper - tungvint med barnevogn og mye baggasje. Var kun dobbeltdyne. Lite steder å gjøre av jakker og slikt i gangen, burde vært flere knagger. Sykt mye støy fra nærliggende bar. Det var lekkasje fra samtlige kraner (både på bad, i dusj og på kjøkken). De tar ekstra betalt for det meste, mye penger for lite.

• MaJoLucino (9/5): Muy buena opción para alojarse en Londres - Excelente ubicación! el departamento impecable, todo funcionaba, elementos básicos disponibles, y todo en excelente estado. Un plus el lavavajillas y lavaropas. La cama muy cómoda, no así el sofá.. viajamos con nuestro hijo y ese sofá cama no es recomendable para más de un par de noches. Otro punto de mejora es que falta percheros para abrigo (en el pasillo de entrada hay lugar) y percheros para dejar toallas mojadas. Pero eso... oportunidades de mejora, todos muy muy bien!!. Los recomiendo. Habia indicaciones para retiro de basura pero nunca pasaron... terminamos nosotros sacándola a la calle. Cosa que se puede hacer pero estuvo por fuera de lo indicado.

Solicitamos ¨late check-out¨ antes de viajar y no tuvimos respuesta. Volvimos a escribir la víspera de irnos y nos contestaron el mismo día de salida, una hora después de la hora del check/out

• Estelle (8/5): Séjour londonnien plaisant dans un quartier très agréable. - La localisation charmantes pour architectures et restaurants et le sentiment de sécurité. L’accessibilité pour les connexions avec le tube et la luminosité de l’appartement. Le canapé-lit inconfortable, plusieurs stores cassés et accessoirement le bruit le matin lié aux camions livraisons et de ramassage des poubelles de verres.

• Sonia (7/5): Estancia agradable - La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado de Oxford street, muy bien comunicado con otras zonas importantes de la ciudad y el barrio en el que está es muy agradable y bonito El alojamiento está bien, pero necesita una limpieza profunda y una puesta a punto en cuanto a pintura y desperfectos. Hacía mucho calor en el apartamento y no hay aire tan solo 1 ventilador para los 4. Pedi por favor un segundo ventilador y me dijeron que era 1 por apartamento, pero yo si he pagado mi alojamiento para 4 personas. Si abres las ventanas sube olor a comida y bastante ruido de las máquinas del aire. A la hora de dormir todo está más tranquilo y puedes abrir
• Francesco (10/5): Esperienza estremamente positiva. Raccomandato. - Abbiamo soggiornato al primo piano del numero civico 30. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato recentemente con gusto e buoni materiali. E' ampio e luminoso, e si affaccia su una strada molto centrale ma tranquilla e caratteristica. La posizione è eccellente per esplorare il West End, in particolare Soho (Soho Square è a due passi) e la zona dei teatri. Metro a pochissima distanza. Davvero consigliabile per chi voglia visitare il centro di Londra, anche in considerazione del prezzo assolutamente ragionevole. Difficile trovare difetti.

• Roseanne (2/5): wouldn't stay again - We got a text with code to open doors. After over 3 hours & 3 rooms latert the flat we got was nicer but to many stairs. Location was good. After arriving & our room wasn’t cleaned, we got sent a 20 min walk with our luggage to another one of there accommodations. That also had not been cleaned & left in an absolutely disgusting state for anyone to walk into. After that we were sent back to the original address accommodation, so had to get an Uber or it would have been another 20 min walk back with luggage. We got upgraded to another room, which was nice, but could have just done that in the first place save all the walking about carrying luggage & xtra money in an Uber. The flat was nicer but the downside to it was carrying luggage up 80 odd stairs, could be doing with a lift in accommodation.
• Fiona (8/5): good but disturbed sleep until early hours due to Thames Water - The location of the apartment was great, although 3 floors up after a long day out on our feet was tiring. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean with plenty of space for me and my two children. I had a lovely stay at Urban Chic — the apartment was stylish, spotless, and very well located for central London. It’s a great base for exploring the area and I’d definitely stay again. Unfortunately, during my night there, Thames Water carried out emergency drain works directly outside the building on both nights I stayed at the property. The noise (heavy engine noise and jet washing of drains) started after 11 p.m until 2.30-3am. The noise from the lorry and jetting equipment was very disruptive and meant that me and my children could not get to sleep. As a family wanting sleep to enable us to enjoy our stay in London, this was not good. As soon as the noise stopped, the property and outside noise was absolutely fine and we slept well. This wasn’t the property’s fault at all — just bad timing with external utility works. I reported the noise to Westminster Council on both nights and found their team very responsive and helpful. Although they could do nothing about the noise as it was emergency works, they were helpful. I was informed that Thames Water were carrying out emergency works which they felt could not be carried out during the day. I was told that it was going to continue for several nights - thankfully I was returning home after two nights of an inability to sleep but I pity those that were staying longer or lived in the area! I have raised a complaint with Thames Water as I believe that the drainage issues have been caused by a failure to maintain the infrastructure. I am not sure whether the work was notified to the accommodation owners but I would expect that as a business owner with tourists in their accommodation that this would be something they would intend to take up with Thames Water as a direct effect on their customers. Despite the disruption, Urban Chic itself was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to return under quieter circumstances. I am just incredibly frustrated and sad that Thames Water ruined our experience and our joy of London
