Das Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Das Frühstück ist à la carte und relativ teuer. Es war aber sehr lecker.

Discreto ma tutto da scoprire: dall'accoglienza del personale che e ' attento, gentile ed efficiente alla meravigliosa colazione . Segnalo lo yogurt greco con muesli e frutti rossi. La hall e' piccola e, unica pecca, un po' buia ma la sala colazione ha due aperture all'esterno una delle quali da su di una graziosa piazza assolata dinanzi alla cattedrale. L'arredo delle stanze e' sobrio , moderno ed elegante. In un disimpegno all'entrata e' posto un vero e proprio mobile bar fornitissimo. I bagno, piccolo, e' funzionale anche se privo di porta per dividere in modo netto gli ambienti. Rapporto qualita' -prezzo ottimo.

Schon beim Empfang wurden wir unglaublich herzlich begrüßt – das gesamte Team war vom ersten Moment an außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über ein kleines Upgrade vor Ort – eine wirklich tolle Geste, die unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Unser Zimmer war einfach top: stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Hier konnte man sich nur wohlfühlen. Auch das Bistro hat uns begeistert – sowohl die Qualität der Speisen als auch der Service waren auf höchstem Niveau. Das Personal war durchgehend professionell, herzlich und immer mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Kurztrip nach München, der uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! 10/10 hervorragend!

Anna Maria (9/5): Comfort in the city centre - I loved the location connected to Bayern Munich world. The room was spectacular, and the 2 windows made it very luminous yet very dark when sleeping. I felt like I was in a truly luxury hotel. There was a nice touch of earplugs and sleeping mask in the room, and the Sonos music speaker ensured a great atmosphere. I would have liked better toiletries in the bathroom. Also a bit more space for placing things in the bathroom, around the sink.

Christl (7/5): Luxuspreis, viel Improvisation – aber Service und Champagner retten die Stimmung - Unsere rundherum guten Erinnerung an das DO & CO Restaurant vor drei Jahren: Ambiente und Qualität waren damals herausragend und nachhaltig beeindruckend. Eine Flasche Ruinart zum Geburtstag sowie durchgehend aufmerksamer, freundlicher Service für einen versöhnlichen Gesamteindruck gesorgt. Luxuriöser, abgetrennter Badbereich mit japanischem WC – allerdings eher etwas für Experimentierfreudige mit Lappen in Griffweite, da eine Anleitung offenbar als optional betrachtet wurde. Die Tür? So schwergängig, dass man das tägliche Workout gleich miterledigt. Zwei Hinweise unsererseits verhallten leider – trotz freundlicher Zusagen – irgendwo im Hotel-Orbit. Das Lichtkonzept bleibt ein Mysterium. Selbst nach zwei Tagen intensiver Feldforschung ließ sich keine Logik erkennen. Eher ein Überraschungsspiel: Was geht jetzt wohl an – oder aus? Der Fernseher bietet viele Funktionen, aber kein Netflix. Bei einem Preis von rund 500 Euro pro Person und Nacht – ohne Frühstück – eine kleine Enttäuschung. Und wer hofft, dass die Minibar inklusive ist, erlebt beim Checkout unter Umständen einen Realitätscheck. Besonders originell: Der extrem laut beschallte Bayern-Store verfügt über eine automatische Verbindungstür zum Eingangsbereich. Wann immer jemand an dieser hochsensiblen Tür vorbeigeht, wird man zuverlässig mit einer spontanen Lärmdusche versorgt. Wer sich dieses akustische Erlebnis ausgedacht hat, scheint eine gewisse Leidenschaft für auditive Grenzerfahrungen zu haben. Ebenfalls bemerkenswert: Ein abgegessener Zimmer-Service-Tisch blieb bis zum Abend als gut sichtbares Ausstellungsstück vor dem Aufzug stehen – ein stilles, aber eindrucksvolles Beispiel dafür, wie lange „temporär“ in der Praxis dauern kann.

The rooms are very small, and the toilet and shower area are directly inside the bedroom; you can see the sink area while sitting on the bed. They can knock softly and enter at 5 PM, and even if you're asleep and say no, a man checking the minibar might enter your room. Be careful, the shower is visible from the door as soon as it's opened. Apparently, it's their procedure, which is pointless; they might check the minibar during cleaning. The only advantages we liked were the location and the food in the two restaurants. They are far from providing hotel-level service. They should just continue as restaurants.

Danny (9/5): Ruhiges Hotel mit top Lage! - Top Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück! Die S-und U-Bahn Station ist nur wenige Meter fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, was einen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Der Preis ist zu manchen Zeiten zu hoch.
Luca (8/5): Bello, comoda la posizione, colazione irrinunciabile! - La colazione eccezionle, ottima la cucina e servizio al tavolo. La posizione dell'hotel é strategica, raggiungi le varie zone del centro storico in pochi passi. Sembra abbiano anche un ottimo ristorante Giapponese al primo piano ma noi abbiamo optato per la cucina locale. Front desk potrebbe migliorare, il secondo giorno la stessa persona che mi ha fatto fare il check-in voleva farmelo rifare (non hanno 100 camere) In camera mancano appoggi e ganci, chi viaggia con due cose in più deve lasciarle in valigia. Idem in bagno, un asciugamano usato va gettato a terra o posato sul lavandino. Ok il minimalismo ma ci vuole anche il confort. Ok essere moderni o art deco, ma non nel confort e nei servizi.

Marc (9/5): Great place to go if you want to be in the old city center. Trendy and cool wibe. - Very nice place ideally located in the old city center. Polished, design rooms with all that is needed. Access is not the easiest by car but they have a good vallet service. Limited infrastructure (e.g. no fitness, pool, ...) directly on site.

Besonders verblüfft und gefreut hat mich die äußerst persönlich gehaltene Begrüßungskarte in meinem Zimmer. Ich glaube so eine schöne und nette Karte habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel bekommen.
