• Darren (5/5): Inexpensive accommodation, comfortable bed. - We found it tricky to find the property but got there eventually. The hosts gave us drinks on our arrival in a small garden overlooking the water. We could walk to the Old City in about 30 minutes. We bed was comfortable and the accommodation was inexpensive. The room did not have any windows and smelled very musty.

• Martin (10/5): Excelente - El lugar es amplio y cómodo. Tiene cocina, heladera, baño privado y todo lo necesario para que la estadía sea amena. Los dueños super amables, nosotros llegamos muy tarde por una gran demora que tuvo el colectivo, y nos recibieron igualmente super bien, y con 2 cervezas heladas. Unos genios!!
• Jan (1/5): Stracone zaufanie do wynajmujących na przyszłość. - Lokalizacja Sytuacja przez którą się zdenerwowałem, straciłem zaufanie. Późnym popołudniem leżałem w łóżku z partnerką, zaczęła w drzwi pukać jakaś osoba, jako że oboje byłyśmy zaspani stwierdziliśmy że nie zareagujemy. Po trzecim zapukaniu właściciel sam otworzył sobie drzwi do mieszkania, wszedł i dopiero gdy mnie zauważył to się wycofał mówiąc coś krzywym angielskim że chciał sprawdzić światło. Jak dla mnie to zachowanie jest niedopuszczalne, brak jakiejkolwiek prywatności, po tej sytuacji baliśmy się o swoje rzeczy i wszystko nosiliśmy przy sobie. Nie polecam.
• Małgorzata (10/5): Zwiedzanie Dubrownika - Miły kontakt z właścicielem, apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, bardzo wygodne łóżka - do centrum miasta można się było przejść, można też dojechać autobusem.

• ernestine (6/5): Draußen ok nix fürklaustrophobisch veranlagte Menschen - Die Terrasse ist wirklich sehr schön und die Vermieterin und der Vermieter sind sehr freundlich Es gibt nur ein kleines Fenster in einen Schacht Praktisch ist es ein dunkler Schlauch - auch wenn die Terrasse super ist

• Veronica (10/5): Fabulous stay with lovely, friendly host. - Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment. Wonderful area outside to sit in the shade or in the sunshine. It was ready for me for an early check in at 10am. That was so appreciated. Lovely lady who had left me a carton of fresh orange juice and some lovely biscuits. On another occasion she brought me some freshly baked cake which was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend. Nothing

• Martin (7/5): Charming seaside apartment – but MISLEADING IMAGES and some disturbances affect the experience - The hotel boasts a beautiful location right by the sea and features a small terrace where guests can enjoy their meals. The apartment is clean and equipped with a kitchenette. A highlight is the hospitality of the owners, who generously provided free juice, cookies, and even homemade apple pie. However, there are some drawbacks, such as NOISY CHILDREN from the neighboring house and a constantly BARKING DOG. Additionally, the IMAGES presented online are somewhat MISLEADING, depicting amenities like a RESTAURANT or BAR that DO NOT EXIST. The apartment is about a 20–30-minute walk from the city center. Overall, a welcoming accommodation with a few minor inconveniences.
• Mary (10/5): Lovely accommodation about 20 mins to City Wall. Based in Lapad good location. - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Even gave us both a present when we left.

• Susan Marie (10/5): - We stayed here for 2 weeks. It is a small but cute apartment that made for a great home base and honestly, we were only there at night or to check in to change since the town just calls to be explored every day. The "land lady" was amazing! When she heard they lost our luggage she immediately went and got me basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.)! Plus, one day she even made us homemade strudel.... which was delicious! It is in a great location within walking distance to Old Town and to the Wharf. I highly recommend this place!

• Marco (8/5): Comfortable apartment - The apartment is small, but there is everything that may be needed for a short stay in Dubrovnik. It has also a garden with a nice view. The owner of the apartment lives nearby and is extremely kind. She welcomed us with some cold drinks and one day she even brought icecream for our kids. The old town is not very close, but still reachable by foot in 20-30 minutes. There is also a small but very nice pebble beach not far away (close to the hotel Bellevue). We had some issues with the check-in, because there is an agency acting as mediator between guests and host, but when we called to know ho to check-in they just put us on hold forever. After three calls we discovered just by chance that the owner was waiting us in the garden. As an additional note, there are insects and mosquitos around (which, of course, it's normal given the location of the apartment), so better to be prepared!

• Jiwoo (8/5): Decent value but could be better - Good location halfway between old town and the port. Nice view of the ocean from the backyard. Very nice hosts who provided refreshments on arrival. Street parking can be hard to find nearby but possible. Limited kitchen utensils. No natural light in room except for through the glass door.

They were very kind and helpful. The appartment is in a very great location, with a small garden from which you can see the sea. The hosts were extremely friendly, very nice and lovely. You have everything in the appartment what you need and it was very clean. We will definitely come back when in Dubrivnik. There is no such thing. One of the best experience we have had so far.

• Steven (9/5): Superb - Well equipped little apartment, good air-conditioner and a very pleasant outdoor area with a nice view of the Adriatic sea. The hosts live next door if needed, but are unobtrusive. Location is a couple of km from the old town and public transport seems limited.
• Adrian (2/5): Disappointment - - Upon arrival, the hosts offered us a beer. A nice gesture. The following day they offered us another beer but they communicated us that we can't use the terrace with sea view because they have a party. We refused the beer but we could not use the terrace we paid for. We are waiting for the refund for a paid service that we did not benefit from. Dear hosts, do you think it's right to take money for a service you don't want to provide?
• Louise (8/5): Perfect location, amazing hosts and superb view! - The hosts welcomed us with a fresh drink (a beer and a a homemade lemonade ) on the lovely terrace. The view is simply spectacular . You are 30 minutes walking from the main activities of Dubrovnik. We found parking in the street just in front of the apartment. Edita the owner even gave us goodbye gifts. Everything was great.
