• Helena (9/5): Great place, comfortable, clean and close to main attractions. - The apartment is spacious and clean, and it’s in a great location. It has everything you need to live comfortably, including cooking pots, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and even a hair straightener. P.S. Across from the apartment is a retro photo booth - a wonderful souvenir from the trip. And just around the corner is the fantastic Pino's Sandwiches restaurant, which I highly recommend! The only thing to watch out for is that, generally speaking, windows in Florence aren’t very soundproof, so one night when a group of people were making a racket outside our window at 2 a.m., we couldn’t sleep. I recommend packing earplugs just in case. The other nights weren’t nearly as noisy :) . And be careful with the bed - the slats can easily fall out, and the mattress might suddenly sag!
• Fabio (7/5): - Bellissimo appartamento, molto ben arredato e comprensivo di tutto. Location top, riesci tranquillamente a girare tutta la città a piedi. Non c'è l'ascensore e le scale sono molto strette per cui si fa abbastanza fatica a portare su le valigie. Purtroppo l'appartamento non è isolato acusticamente e si sentono molto i rumori del piano superiore e della strada (specialmente di notte).
• giorgia (6/5): BELLO MA NON BALLA - Struttura ben arredata, pulita, confortevole e spaziosa. Ottima posizione, molto vicino al centro. il personale per le pulizie é entrato in casa senza bussare o suonare prima dell’orario di check out ed é rimasta dentro fino a che non uscissimo. il riscaldamento c’era ma non andava, in casa faceva decisamente freddo per essere dicembre e i caloriferi non si potevano toccare. ultima menzione al fatto che abbiamo avuto un paio di problemi sull’ingresso in casa e sul gas (che era spento) e l’agenzia era lenta nel rispondere ai messaggi

• Sagar (4/5): - This is a clear example of how it takes both a good hard product and soft product to make a stay good. On the surface, the apartment is clean and recently renovated too it seems like. No complaints there. However every single night i had to write multiple messages to the property manager to ask the heating to be turned up. It was 6 7 outside and less than 18 inside the house. The manager would try and get the owner who remotely controlled the temperature to raise the heat. It would be turned on at 10pm and switched off at 7am or so, because why would anyone want to sleep in a bit later on their holiday. This applied to heaters in the bedroom as well as the living room. Then there was an euro 20 kettle that im assuming some previous guest dumbly boiled milk and burnt the bottom. A 20 euro kettle...was it replaced? No. For 3 days i had burnt tasting water for tea and coffee because they couldnt care to change it. Then there are the multiple dont touch stickers scattered across the room. Not a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was forgivable except the stinginess with the heater in the middle of winter. Go in but expect to fight every night for warmth.

• Krashia (1/5): Ποτέ ξανά! Δεν το συστήνω σε άλλα άτομα. - Άνετο διαμέρισμα μεγάλο! Ο οικοδεσπότης απαράδεκτος Όταν πήγαμε περιμέναμε μισή ώρα έξω μέχρι να ανταποκριθεί και τελικά μας άνοιξε άλλος ένοικος της πολυκατοικίας Επίσης δεν είχαμε κλειδί πρόσβασης στην κάτω είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας
• Katherine Ann (8/5): Fabulous location, pretty good flat! - This is a nice flat in a wonderful area. The street it’s on is vibrant and lively with some very good restaurants. We had a wonderful meal at Antico Bottaio which the flat sits above. They did a generous pour of red wine too. It’s easy walking distance to every place we wanted to see. We had fun shopping at the nearby outdoor market too. The shops nearby are wonderful. If you like cats check out Yaks Bags for the cutest handmade cat items! The only issue with the flat is the shower is poorly designed. The shower head is high flow. The shower pan is shallow. And the shower drain is extremely slow. Within one minute of showering the pan is full to overflowing. Even with turning the water off frequently it’s difficult to keep the water in the shower. This wouldn’t be such a problem if there were spare towels. But with only one hand and one bath towel each, we had to rely on the small bath mat to mop up the water. In the end we just decided not to use the shower. We made good use of the kitchen and were able to cook a meal, though be sure to bring your own oil. The bed was also comfortable after we put the bed slats back in place. The washing machine did a great job and I appreciate that there was laundry detergent supplied. Overall, a great flat which I would stay at again if they could fix the shower problem!

• Manolo y Minerva (9/5): Maravillosa estancia - Ubicación perfecta. Cerca del centro pero cerca de la zona final de la ZTL si vienes en coche. Muy bien equipado y muy muy limpio. Apartamento más preparado para el frío que para el calor. Los ventiladores del salón no fueron suficientes, haría falta un aire acondicionado mas. La calle es ruidosa y hay que cerrar ventanas.

• Carmen (10/5): - Beautiful property and close to all the places we wanted to visit. Spacious and well equipped and everything worked very well. Very clean and comfortable beds. Host was great. Stayed on the phone to make sure we were in the room. Plenty of windows so it has great light but also has blackout curtains. I have already recommended it to several people.
• Abdallah (9/5): Superb - - Good communication with the agency - very central location - the bed is big and comfortable - cosy, felt like home - Because of the central location, it could be a bit noisy during the nights especially in the weekend. But this is normal and expected when we chose a central location. With ear plugs, all good ;)

• Darcy (9/5): Comfortable, spacious, clean and enjoyable stay in Florence. - It was so spacious, had a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, also a washing machine which was super helpful. Had such a big lounge, bedroom and bathroom/ laundry. Was super clean and comfortable. TV we had access to Netflix, prime. The communication with the company was super prompt. They allowed us to put our bags at the property earlier than check in time. We really really enjoyed our stay here. Overflow in the shower, however was still able to have a decent wash anyway. Just had to be careful not to overflow it. That was the only thing we didn’t like. Everything else was excellent
• Luisa (6/5): Nice location but experienced problems with heating. - The location is very convenient. When I entered the house there were only 13 degrees in the flat and the heater was off. It therefore took a while to warm up the apartment + had to discuss several times with the assistance. Half-way through my stay (almost 10 days) the heater turned off again leaving me with no heating and hot water. Whereas a technician was sent to solve the issue, it was highly inconvenient in such short stay to experience a similar issue twice. The shower is nice but the water overflows easily and needs fixing (whereas the property only indicates the existence of the problem with a sign that says "please do not overflow the shower"). Otherwise the apartment is nice and in a good location. During winter time make sure to confirm with the property the heating arrangement.

• Kurt (8/5): We had a great stay at Santa Croce during our time in Florence. - Perfect location for a couple, we spent 5 days in Florence and the city is walkable so easy to reach all parts of the Florence easily. Kitchen has everything required to cook meals if you are trying to save some cash. Easy communication with the host/rental company who met us at the property. We found the bed a bit too soft for our liking, after a long day exploring a firmer mattress offering more support would have been ideal.

• Nini (10/5): Modern apartment in the heart of the city - We loved the apartment, It's very cozy, really beautiful and modern, the bathroom is so big, there is a washing machine and the dishwasher as well. Kitchen is supplied with all the stuff you need. The host Naveen was very helpful, he was in contact all the time. wifi works very well the TV is huge and you can also "Netflix and chill". Location is amazing it's only 15 minutes walk from the central station. Highly recommended!!! just so you know it was no problem for us but it's in a third floor and the hall is very narrow

• Judy (5/5): I’m sorry to say that it was disappointing for the money I paid for it, although it had an updated kitchen and bathroom - The area was close to many sights we wanted to visit. It was reasonably clean. There was a UE boom so we could have music, the TV was huge. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were modern and fresh and in working order. The co host was very friendly and gave good information about the area The living area was smaller than we expected and wasn’t very relaxing to spend time in because the air conditioning was only in the bedroom and the TV took up so much of the lounge area. It was also uncomfortable sleeping in the lounge due to no air con and the noise was beyond the expected with neighbours having a street party till 4.30am, and trucks emptying the recycling bins outside at all hours The bed broke the first day and it was obvious the slats had broken before and hadn’t been fixed properly. On the upside the co host arranged to have it fixed immediately. We’d recommend a full length mirror maybe in the bedroom as this appeals to the young ones getting dressed to go out.
• Wanjak (8/5): Very good - Really nicely decorated and modern apartment. Washing machine and kitchen was nice to have. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage. The A/C unit is also only in the bedroom, so if you have people sleeping in the living room, it might get a little hot.
• Pearce (7/5): Great location, nice apartment but just needs some maintenance. - Great central location. Some of the wooden slats under the mattress were broken which made the mattress slump and dip in different places, it was like what I’d imagine a giant would feel like if they were to sleep on some rolling hills. The air con was broken, the remote didn’t work on the first night and it was stuck on full blast 21 degrees, the room was freezing, it was so loud but I couldn’t unplug it as it was so hot outside, it was a real dilemma. The host was great and came to fix it the next day but it was leaking water, we put a bucket it under it and the sound of dripping water trying to get to sleep was annoying.
• Karen (6/5): Florence was beautiful. The property was closed to attractions but away from the crowds. Very good restaurant situated - Location was great and good air conditioning in the bedroom as well as washing machine. With exception of shower, property was clean. Bathroom was a bit dark (one of the lights was out) and shower could use a good scrub-clean. Property did tend to get a bit noisy in the morning due to traffic. The living room/kitchen did not have air conditioning and was very hot. Sofa bed was not comfortable.
• Robert (5/5): Was an ok place to stay, needs some maintenance to make it better. - Facilities such as kitchen and laundry. Proximity to attractions and shops. Needs some maintenance, air conditioner was not working properly, shower floods. Very noisy at all hours of the night due to people at the nightclub, bar and 24hr pizzeria directly outside.
• Aisha (7/5): lovely - modern space, tv was nice. bed was comfortable. to many stairs should’ve been notified before specially with a-lot of bags. the ac is located in an odd space.

• Amira (10/5): Overall, I fell in love with Florence as a whole and this flat contributed to my experience greatly! - Sooo spacious, I recommend over getting a hotel any day. Location was amazing, we were so close to everything we wanted to do that we could walk. Felt nice having a full kitchen to re heat our leftovers and store water/ drinks. Bed is extremely comfy! Be aware there is a quite a few flights of stairs to get up to the property. I also asked for the WiFi password as the one provided upon check in was incorrect. It took a bit to head back on that.
• Marko (9/5): Superb - Modern and comfortable apartment in good location (everything in the walking distance). Noisy outside, younger people drinking and partying up to early hours.

• Catherine (10/5): Beautiful flat, great location close to Duomo - The location-I could see the top of the Duomo from my room- pretty much a straight walk to the Duomo (10 mins). The furniture , sheets and towels were very good. Washing machine/ dryer/ iron & board/ new kitchen and fridge/ dishwasher-all excellent quality and very clean:) My photos don’t do the flat justice as it’s better than appears in person -good handover manual too from Janet :) Lots of coat hangers- good quality pillows, hairdryer and straightening irons. Lots of good lighting. Shampoos made available in bathroom Large tv and Netflix plus other choices of channels I felt safe in the block of apartments Street had lots of restaurants and cafes/ bars. I didn’t come home late so didn’t know how safe it is late at night , but any big city needs caution ; but felt ok in the area Four flights of stairs to climb ( I had a heavy case)/ no lift Very quiet building and the windows pretty much cancelled the noise from the street below (usually quiet after midnight) The bedroom curtain pole fell off and I notified the agent and they responded quickly offerering to fix it, but I said I’d wait until I’ve vacated the flat It seems a lot to pay as I was solo but I think can sleep up to 4 (pull-out sofa and queen bed) which breaks the cost down Definitely recommend the property :) Bit difficult to communicate with the greeting agent and had to messsge via booking .com property site but Pascal met me on time and went through the necessary details professionally
• Carol (6/5): Nice apartment - reasonably priced - Modern, spacious, clean apartment No lift.Apartment on the 3rd floor.Air conditioning only in bedroom.Dark curtains closed when we arrived.Windows closed.. exhausted after dragging luggage up 3 flights of stairs.Not even a bottle of water in the fridge! It can be very noisy outside at night
