• Vivien (6/5): Disappointed - Location great. Keyholder was pleasant.. No bedding for sofa bed, no instructions for cooker, had to boil water in microwave, need good clean,, no duvet covers or pillow covers, gaps in flooring, dressing table drawer not opening, balcony not usable, lift not good,other occupants in building don't use it, 4 flights of stairs no lights working at bottom of stairs.Noisy Irish Bar across road.
• Katerina (9/5): - The house is spacious and the bed comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything with lots of stores and supermarkets nearby. There were places in the apartment not very well cleaned
• Chiara (5/5): - La posizione Nella descrizione è indicato balcone, ma in verità è un affaccio sul retro, quindi tra altre case, mezzo diroccato". L'ascensore è un montacarichi che va solamente con chiave ed è piccolo.

• Bodu (10/5): - Perfect location. Spacious and very comfortable apartment, very well equipped and nicely furnished. Check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Not that it made any difference to me, but be aware - it's the third floor (high ceilings) with atypical (small and slow) elevator. The fridge seems not to be working properly (it might be an issue during the summer months).
• Lucrezia (10/5): Casa dotata di ogni comfort e in pieno centro! - Casa bellissima e dotata di tutti i comfort. Soprattutto pulita, letteralmente. Ogni angolo della casa era pulito, cosa difficile ormai oggi da trovare. Sono stata con una bambina e ho potuto fare tutto. Cucinare, scaldare il latte col microonde, preparare una cena per noi adulti. Letto largo e comodo, bagno ampio e super moderno. Da buona napoletana ho apprezzato tanto la moka per il caffè!!! Posizione non ottima, di più! Comunicazione con host veloce e chiara, molto disponibili (mi hanno concesso check-in un ora prima proprio perché dovevo far pranzare la bambina). Piccola pecca l’ascensore lento in discesa, ma non dipende dall’host e comunque non è semplice trovare palazzi storici con ascensore quindi proprio non lo metterei in lista nera!!!

• Tony (10/5): Great apartment to explore centre and Santa Croce - Modern, clean, well-purposed apartment in a central location, meaning you can walk to all the main sites and attractions in central Florence. Also, well-positioned to discover the cool bars and restaurants of Santa Croce and the market at Sant'Ambrogio.

• Marianne (10/5): 2 gode dage i Firenze - Jeg var i Firenze sammen med min søn, og vi boede 2 natter i lejligheden. Vi nød begge opholdet meget, men vil ikke undlade at gøre opmærksom på, at der var larm i gaden om natten. Det gik især ud over den af os, som sov i sovesofaen. I soveværelset hørte man ingenting.
• Emiliano Luis (6/5): - El departamento es completo y ordenado. Tiene todas las opciones para dormir y comer bien, con cocina microondas y elementos necesarios. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado! Colocaron 2 ventiladores mini pequeños. Mucho calor! Pareciera que lo hacen siempre, porque ninguno de los 2 aires andaba, uno en la habitación directamente sin control remoto. Está situación nos informaron un día antes de llegar, luego de haber pagado hasta los impuestos. Una pena porque en general es lindo. Otro detalle es un 3er piso sin ascensor.

• Dmitry (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment. Cozy and comfortable, warm, comfortable mattress. Great location. There are kitchen utensils, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. The faucet in the bathroom is not convenient. When you open it, water hitting the sink splashes everything around. The pillows were too big had to take pillows from the couch. Lack of wine glasses. The apartment is on the 4th floor. The elevator didn't work but it didn't matter to us
• Pratik (10/5): Excellent place to stay for family with kids. - Everything. Location, kitchen, kitchen items, bed, toilets, living room Shower door needs to be locked by magnet, else water leaks out. Toilet should be equipped with free shampoos and soaps which were missing. Elevator takes 5 minutes to come down and 5 minutes to go to 3rd floor. Be patient.
