• László (7/5): Kicsit túlárazott - A központi elhelyezkedés. A folyamatos utcai zaj. A kicsi zuhanykabin, ingadozó melegvíz.
• Stephanie (4/5): - The place was generally clean but the shower had a lot of mould as you can see in the pictures. The check in was not great with the staff telling me their audio did not work so they could not take our call. We asked for a hairdryer as listed and didn't receive it until the second night after much back and forth. The WiFi was listed incorrectly but after connecting it worked well. The keys were on a flimsy wire and we were told if the electronic tag fell off we would be charged. Maybe a simple cheap ring would help. The washing machine must be very very old. We did not dare use this ancient machine. The flat sits on a party street with pound music and partying late into the night. The bedrooms are at the front so that is not great. The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the shower is hot.
• Katharina (7/5): Zentrale Ferienwohnung in Florenz - Super zentrale Lage in Nähe des Doms und zu Cafés und Restaurants. Die Fenster waren sehr gut und haben den Schall, der von der belebten Straße kam, gut absorbiert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber geputzt und das Internet schnell. Die Abwicklung mit dem Schlüssel hat sehr gut geklappt und war unkompliziert. Die Hausverwaltung hat über WhatsApp sehr zeitnah geantwortet. Die Küchenausstattung war spartanisch, z.B. sehr wenig Besteck und Gläser. Es gab keine Ersatzmüllbeutel und keinen Spülschwamm. Die Spülmaschine hatte einen defekten Spülarm, so dass man mit der Hand nachspülen musste. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war abgenutzt und schmuddelig (Sitzkissen, Wände, Sofa). Leider waren die Mückengitter defekt und so gab es im September sehr viele Mücken in der Wohnung.

• Mann (7/5): Good - No breakfast Better communication. When I sent a question I got the same boiler plate email that did not answer the question. All info should be sent/put in a single communication rather than pieced out in multiple emails.

• Santa (1/5): Huge disappointment! I demand a refund. - I spent a day contacting the property manager and didn’t get clear information. I was sent to a supermarket to get the apartment keys. When I reached the apartment, had trouble getting in. I called the number provided by Booking and was told that the apartment was not reserved in my name. Had to find a different place to stay. I demand a full refund. This was my 50th wedding anniversary celebration and was a huge disappointment.
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great about a 7,8 min walk to the duomo 10 to the uffizi is a perfect location Although it is noisey at night I'd recommend ear plugs, there's a few bars outside a student hot spot I think so bit of singing in the early hours 😀 but it was fine still slept great The hot water you had to mess with the boiler we got it working after contacting the flat but it the rads would come one when you had the water on so we only turned it on when needed.once working it was really good It would be good if you didn't have to touch this as some people may struggle if they aren't very practical But again I would definitely stop here again
• Stephanie (8/5): - Excellent property beyond our expectations. After a stressful day of traveling internationally, the key and entry taxed us. The key continued to be an issue for us (skeleton key with 4 locks). But otherwise, it's location and the property itself, awesome!
• Anonymous (10/5): Such a great place, great location. would absolutely stay there again. - Great location, very nice accommodations, 2 big bedrooms and bathroom, well stocked kitchen. Just over all a fabulous place Nothing. It was wonderful.
• Charles (8/5): Really enjoyed our stay in Florence at 2 Borgo Pinti and would definitely recommend it or stay again - Location brilliant to explore the city. Comfortable and clean. Air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge worked well which was much needed! Naveen met us promptly with the keys and was helpful showing us round the flat. Lift was great. Noise from the bar a few doors away, although as we were only staying 3 nights it didn't bother us too much. Shower tiles could be cleaner and maybe place a mat in the shower as the floor was a bit slidy!
• Paul (8/5): Exploring Florence made easy from Borgo Pinti - Good location, Met a property and contactable if needed. Nice rooms and facilities. At weekends a local bar was noisy until early hours, despite solid windows.

• Peter (7/5): Great location and clean - Cleanliness, location, comfortable bed, warm. Extra bedding. Excellent WiFi. Good cooking facilities. Good double glazing. Lack of kitchen utensils, not enough seating in lounge area, leaking radiator, washing machine leaked and didn't empty, shower missing door and needed new washers on fitments. Noisy bar outside.

• Jerome (9/5): A nice journey in Florence - The flat is well located in Florence. It is straightforward to walk to places of interest. It includes 3 air conditioners, that are very useful during hot summer. Several damaged items in the bathroom should be replaced.
• Louise (7/5): Comfortable, clean good value accommodation but needs some TLC and the host to meet with keys - Brilliant location and super clean apartment. Handy to have a lift. A few things in the bathroom need attention - wobbly toilet seat, non sliding shower screen. The man who met us to give us the key was very friendly but far too busy - he was over an hour late meeting us and was difficult to contact on the phone. Sort these things out and this apartment would be absolutely fantastic!
