• Francisco (6/5): - A decoração e qualidade dos espaços, a hospitalidade do funcionário, a localização, os eletrodomésticos, os condimentos para cozinhar. Cheiro a mofo, a cama do quarto faz muito barulho a cada movimento, o sofá-cama tinha lixo por baixo, cheirava a mofo e não era uma superfície regular. Na segunda noite foi necessário colocar os dois colchões no chão, fora das camas, uma vez que na primeira noite foi impossível dormir. Na sala, onde está o sofá-cama, uma das janelas não tem isolamento de luz, o que para alguém que só durma com escuro, não consegue dormir.
• Charles (2/5): Nice place but forgot jacket on checkout. Told it wasn't there - assume taken by cleaner/host - Nice facilities and location. Everything clean and working. Realised at the airport that I'd forgotten my jacket on checkout. Contacted the host and parent company and tried waiting at the airport to pick up the jacket/pay for it to be shipped to me, but it was very slow replies and unfortunately had to pass through security or risk missing my flight. I received an incoherent set of messages from the host, and was then told by the parent company that the cleaners said there was no jacket at the property. I can only assume it was taken by the cleaners/host. Very disappointing and a very unfortunate end to an otherwise nice trip.
• K.mart (7/5): Great location! - The location and comfort can't be beat. The restaurant across the street was pretty loud, but we slept with earplugs in and the beds were very comfortable. The AC didn't work, which wasn't awful in May but could be a problem for others in the summer. We followed the directions to turn on "AC ALL ON" switch, but that didn't help. Had it been working, we would have given a higher rating.
• Eduard (10/5): Good place to stay - Good location, not far from the main attractions, all in walking distance, spacious apartment, excellent for two persons, all equipped all you need, quiet area, and response from the host is quick. I would recommend to others.
• Kiran (2/5): - Initial communication with Yassin was great. Unfortunately the property did not provide us with the specific address. It should have been 34M; our taxi driver dropped us way up the hill. I tried to call got no answer. Checked the Expedia post and it only said 34. When we finally arrived Yassin was definitely in a rush to leave. The room itself has huge potential however is VERY poorly maintained. Extremely dusty and evidence of mold. There were also Cobb webs hanging from the walls and ceiling. The whole room stank of wet mold. In our bed room we found someone’s old contacts on the floor which makes me think the room was not cleaned properly. The floor was so disgusting it felt like it had never been mopped or very carelessly done so. The bathroom also was dirty and had mold in the shower. The host messaged asking if they could glean it after my initial review which they did not. Over all very disappointed. The location was perfect however we feel it they made even a little effort to upkeep the property it would be a totally different experience. So much potential but it feels more or less a cash grab with no care put into the over all experience for the guest. Avoid if possible.

• Nicole (8/5): - Getting a taxi at this location was quite the struggle for us. Uber will be your best bet. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. We were two couple staying here and they only have one set of keys so we had a hard time doing our own thing.
• William (9/5): Perfect location, cozy unit with good amenities. - This location cannot be beat. Much quieter and more cozy than the city center, yet close to delicious restaurants and the Piazelle Michelangelo, and an easy walk to other main attractions. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Overall all was great, but it got quite hot at night and the A/C was not always effective. Opening the windows let in the lovely night air, but the dishwashers at the restaurant across the street are extremely loud until around 0100. Luckily, closing the windows keeps all noise at bay.
• Glenn (6/5): Michelangelo Apartment - Visited Florence for first time, had to arrive very late due to flight diversion, property manager very accomodating and let us in after midnight, thank you. Place very spacious but needs maintenance, mould on walls in bedroom and lounge, shower overflowed and did not drain away, advised property manager who got it fixed immediately but shower and surrounds very mouldy and needs a good clean. Duvet on bed very stained and with no cover, bed very noisy and creaky😃. Overall a very handy place to stay for location, close to many bars and restaurants. We did a lot of walking as place easy to get around, also went to football match at Artemio Franchi Stadium, fans very passionate. Train is easy to manage, did day trip to Pisa and then bullet train to Bologna.

• Marion (10/5): Very enjoyable stay! - Very nice host who arrange to pick me up from the airport and was very kind. The apartment is well located, and comfortable. It’s big and very clean. Nothing except maybe the pillows who are a bit hard. The rest, perfect.

• Shane (10/5): If you are looking for a great place in Firenze, within 20 mins to everything in the city center… the San Nicolo neighbo - super clean, A/C in every room, every appliance you could ask for and host was the best. Will be staying here again on our next trip to Firenze nothing… everything was great
