The staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. Room lighting can be improved as it is too dim. There was no kids pool, Unfortunately, only an adults pool.

- Rakan (4/5): Less than normal experience - All other things that I didn’t mention it down in what I don’t like is good. My Eid holiday stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The service quality was below expectations, especially the room service response time. We requested a baby bed, but it took almost one full day to be delivered, which was very inconvenient for our family. The biggest issue was the room window curtains, which did not block the sunlight at all, causing us to wake up as soon as the sun rose every morning. For a hotel stay that should focus on guest comfort, this was a major downside. I hope the management improves these basic hospitality standards.

- SULTAN (3/5): القيمه اكثر من الاقامه للاسف - للاسف موظف الاستقبال كان سيئ جدا جدا لم اعرف اسمه شخص له دقن سعودي استقبال سيي لم يرحب لم يسلم كان في غرفة الموظفين يتناول وجبه خرج وفي فمه اكل منظر غير حضاري للاسف لم لقي التحيه لم يسلم لم يرحب بالنسبه للغرفه نص بلاط ونصف فرش شي غريب بس اكثر ملاحظة على موظف الاستقبال لايوجد اسم على صدره استقباله كاني غير مرحبي في بالفندق استفزني كثير الغرفه اقل من عاديه

- سعيد (4/5): الموظفه الي سوت لي التشك ان كانت شايفه نفسها ومكشره واسلوبها مو كويس - المكان قريب من مل شيء بشكل نسبي الاثاث قديم شوي لا كنبات ولا السرير والشراشف والمخدات كانت جدا سيئه المطعم كان مقبول بس صالي عدوى بكتيريه في الفم من الملاعق و الخاصه بالمطعم غير ان الاسعار مرره مبالغ فيها مقابل جوده الاكل حجزي كان من ضمن الخيارات الي حطيتها انه ممكن يزيد او ينقص وطبعا بمجرد ما صرت باخر ليله وابي امدد صارت الغرفه غير متاحه ولما نزلت للاستقبال سبحان الله صارت متاحه بسعر دبل اخر زياره له فيه خيرات افضل واجود واقل سعر

- Almelta3 (7/5): - + الموقع + نظافة المكان + السرير والكنبات مُريحة وتوفر مقتنيات الغرفة + توفر مواقف للسيارات + سرعة الاستجابة _ المصاعد بطيئة وكل مصعد يُطلب لوحده. _ السعر للغرفة 655 ريال غير مشمول بالافطار وهذا عالي ومُبالغ فيه ، السعر العادل والمنطقي اقل من ذلك بكثير. _ الإفطار للشخص 92 ريال وهذا سعر عالي ، المسألة كلها افطار. _ بطاقات الدخول للغُرف تحتاج البرمجة من الاستقبال كل فترة. _ قنوات التلفزيون معظمها ليس HD ، لابد من نظام فائق الدقة لقنوات التلفزيون.

The Hotel could not deliver an invoice marching the amount charged by Booking in advance,, but just for a lower value. Reception could not sort this out and I was told to fix this with Booking. Perhaps the amount on the invoice equals what the hotel gets from Booking
