• Stefania (9/5): - Camera pulita, letto comodo, asciugamani cambiati ogni due giorni, bollitore con caffè e the, bottiglia d' acqua in frigo all' arrivo (graditissima!), shampoo e bagnoschiuma disponibili, doccia grande, climatizzatore perfettamente funzionante, TV con Netflix. Inoltre, vista magnifica dal piccolo spazio attrezzato con sedia e tavolo antistante la camera. Ottima posizione per quanto riguarda i mezzi pubblici, sia per girare in città, che per l' aeroporto. Vicinissimo il porto per imbarcarsi con destinazione le isole vicine. Il quartiere è molto piacevole con locali, bar e ristoranti carini dove si mangia molto bene. Eccellente la comunicazione con l' host, che risponde nell'immediatezza. Le scale per arrivare all' alloggio sono tante, ma ho trovato particolarmente faticosa l' ultima rampa, con gradini assai "alti" (anche se non sono molti, meno di 100) e poca illuminazione. Risulta conveniente rientrare con il bus n.3, così da arrivare scendendo le scale e, quando si esce, invece, andare "giù", a valle, dove i bus sono numerosi e frequenti.
• Komulainen (10/5): - Erittäin ystävällinen emäntä. Siisti asunto. Parvekkeella kivat kalusteet ja huikea näköala. Puhtaat pyyhkeet keskellä viikkoa ja sujuva roskien poisto mukava lisä. Ihanat tervettulijaisjuomat. Omalla autolla tuleminen haastavaa, sillä parkkipaikkaa lähes mahdoton saada.
• Cornelia (10/5): Traumhafter Aufenthalt - gerne wieder! - Es hat alles gepasst. Vom Moment an, als mich Daria willkommen geheißen hat bis zum Abschied, war der Aufenthalt toll. Man merkt einfach, dass das Apartment mit viel Liebe geführt wird. Es gab sogar Teller, Besteck, einen Wasserkocher, eine kleine Teeauswahl, Zucker und einen Flaschenöffner am Zimmer :). Daria ließ es sich auch nicht nehmen, mich bei der Abreise zum Busbahnhof zu bringen, da ich alleine mit einem großen Koffer unterwegs war. Tipp: Solltet ihr, wie ich, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen, vertraut Google Maps nicht und nehmt nicht den direktesten Weg, der über die Stufen führt. Es sind sehr sehr viele Stufen, wie ich feststellen musste. Folgt dem etwas längeren Weg die gewundene Straße entlang, dann erspart ihr euch die Stufen mit eurem Gepäck. Alles war toll.

• Annalisa (10/5): Struttura tranquilla, lontano dal traffico con vista super - La struttura è molto carina e accogliente e ottima accoglienza. Acqua e succo nel frigo, shampoo e bagnoschiuma presenti, letto comodo e posizione tranquilla. Vista spettacolare! Ci sono da fare parecchie scale per raggiungere la struttura, pensavo fosse più vicina alla old town, ma ci si arriva in bus che sta “a valle”. Per la discesa niente di grave ma la salita è tosta, c’erano 37 di giorno 😅 avevo fatto da poco un’intervento al ginocchio e questo è stato un minus, ma per me personalmente.

• CHING HUI (7/5): - 房間設施一應俱全，陽台看出去的風景非常好：到舊城區要坐3號或8號巴士， 房東有些特別，我們住三天，第二天下午我們不在時她沒告知就進來打掃，令人有些不習慣，另外第一天入住時房東原本口頭說搭機當天可以載我們到巴士總站（車程約5分鐘），後來當天卻沒出現，所以我們臨時叫Uber，Uber在熱門時段很貴，原本單程EUR25-30變成EUR47，建議住這可以先安排好到機場方式

Nagyon nehéz és körülményes autóval megközelíteni és parkolni. Nem volt egyértelmű, hogy hol lehet megtalálni a szállást. Kifejezetten hangos a hűtő.

• sara (10/5): - Really nice and roomy apartment with everything you need, the view is lovely especially at sunset, clean and airy. Parking really difficult if you are bringing a car. The closest park we could find was an 18 minute walk. We parked our car and caught an Uber to the apartment and then our Uber got stuck on the street because his car was too wide lol. Might be stressful for those with a car, just FYI.

• Guest (9/5): Overall, and excellent stay and gorgeous apartment! - I can’t fault this property at all everything was absolutely fabulous! The apartment is in a stunning location with a gorgeous view of the harbor and the area is super quiet. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything we could possibly need and our towels were even changed during our stay which was much appreciated! Daria was lovely and super helpful. She helped answer all our questions quickly and provided us with advice for the activities we wanted to do during our stay. This wasnt a huge issue for us but the narrow street on which the apartment is located means that sometimes it’s hard to find a taxi that will collect you from the door! However this was minor and we were able to get taxis easily when we walked down onto the main road.

• Elsa (9/5): Peaceful stay in Dubrovnik - We chose the comfort room as we wanted separate beds. The room was a good size for both of us to move around and open our luggage. It's nice to have a little lounge/kitchen and the bathroom was great and functional. Daria was super friendly and we were able to check in a bit early as the room was ready (we arrived on the boat). The view of the garden and harbour is peaceful and there's a little table if you want to sit outside. There are cafes and shops by the harbour down the hill and we usually got the bus from there to the old town. We used Ubers in the evening and it was very cheap. Nothing to report
• Geert Jan (9/5): - Pracht uitzicht over haveninham en schitterende tuin. Netjes Iets lichte gordijnen, zodat 5.30 het al geheel licht is en krakend bed, maar weegt niet op tegen prachtige lokatie en alle voorzieningen top.

The apartment had everything we needed. Easy to get back and forth to Old Town by bus (10 min). Nice to be in a quieter, peaceful area, away from the tourist crowds. Short downhill walk to Gruz Port where we caught our departure ferry to Korcula Island. Make sure you can handle lots of steps (up & down).

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect stay! - What an amazing place! The view from the balcony was superb, we watched the sunset with a glass of wine before going out for the evening. Daria was a fantastic host, so helpful and really went over and above! The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. The location was good, very handy (10 minute walk to bus station) for catching a bus easily to Old Town which takes 20 minutes and last bus back on an evening is around midnight. Small supermarket within a few minutes walk. We walked from the bus station (both had suitcases), and did all the steps - yes, ALL the steps!! I would advise getting an uber from the bus station when you have your luggage :-) I would definitely stay here again, we had a great stay! Would highly recommend!!!

• Sanna (10/5): - Room was clean, cozy and had a nice bathroom. Had also a small fridge.There was a beautiful view from the accommodation. The owner extended checkout time a bit since it was raining, which was perfect and helped me a lot with my schedule for the day. Very nice and friendly host. There's a bus stop close by (short walk approx 5 min.) where you can take bus number 8 to the old town. 15-20 min walk from the bus station. 10 min walk from the port. For me it was not a problem, but good to be aware of the steps upwards. Depends where you come from and start counting, but there are a lot. But you can take it as a good exercise :)
• Erika (10/5): - Staff molto gentile e disposto alle tue esigenze. La stanza ha ottimi servizi e molto apprezzato anche la cassetta del primo soccorso nell'armadio. Non c'è un angolo cottura come del resto non richiede tale struttura ma a disposizione c'è un frigorifero e un bollitore d'acqua ad uso personale. Anche la posizione dell'appartamento è ottimale, vicino al porto e stazione centrale degli autobus, in più ottima vista sul porto.

• Gaelle (8/5): - Petit studio dans la ville de Dubrovnik. Les places de stationnement étant très rares dans les petites rues, la propriétaire nous a beaucoup rendu service. Merci infiniment à elle pour cela. Nous avons ressenti son souhait à nous rendre le séjour des plus satisfaisant possible. 🙏 Nous avons visité à pied la vieille ville ( à 30min de marché) ou prit les transports en commun. La petite terrasse est fort agréable et offre une vue idéale sur la baie pour le moment du coucher de soleil.

• zita (10/5): Highly recommended, five star! - Perfectly located in a super quiet area, but get ready for some serious stair climbing 🙂 The place is exceptionally clean and Daria is and excellent host. Offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, close to the port and main road to take the bus to old town. Cute little terrace overlooking Dubrovnik, with beautiful sunset view. Few options for a decent grocery shopping nearby, but the essentials are available. We received some valuable tips from Daria and she really was ready and available when we needed her for anything. Thank you again.

• Thomas (10/5): Great value stay - Very clean, great views over the port of Gruz. Great for day trips as I was picked up from the local bus stop. Takes around 40minutes to an hour to walk to the old town. The host Daria was nice. Nothing really. Lots of steps to get to if you are coming from Old Town / Gruz port. Took a few minutes to find the entrance - it is a big green door on the southside walkway on the building.

• Anima (10/5): Wonderful! Definitely would stay here again if I come back to Dubrovnik. - Nice quiet area, lovely view of port Gruz from the property! The place was really clean and owner was really helpful in regards to getting around the area! And price was really good considering how expensive Dubrovnik can get (It was much cheaper than hostel in Old town, where you are probably forced to share a room with 10 people :) ) Nothing. There are many steps to the property, which I have been aware of. I took Uber to the neighbourhood from the airport and only had to take few steps down to the property, so would recommend Uber if you have baggage (cost me about 27 euro +the tip).

• Elena (8/5): Affordable accommodation , good for a short stay in Dubrovnik - Affordable accommodation 15 min by walk from the port. Nice view to the sea and sunsets (ground floor but there is a small table outside). The room is small but incredibly clean and has everything you need. The hosts are living the same house and are friendly enough but not intrusive. The small supermarket in 3 min (with incredibly slow service :) Overall , it's a good option if you spend most time exploring the city and surroundings. A lot of stairs up from the bus station (I was told that there is another bus stop more convenient but I found this bus is not going often), not a problem if you're in a good fit but definitely not really convenient when you transport your luggage. A suggestion: sponge+detergents should be provided (there is no kitchenette but some crockery and cutlery).
• Ines (9/5): Schönes Apartment mit toller Aussicht - Das Apartment war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Highlight ist der Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen - die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch und man konnte gut abends dort sitzen und entspannen. Bis zur Altstadt sind es ca. 30 min. Fußweg, aber man kann auch den Bus nehmen. Der Busbahnhof ist aber wirklich sehr nah und gut zu erreichen. Alles war gut, hier aber nur ein paar Hinweise, denen man sich bewusst sein sollte: die tolle Aussicht muss man erstmal über viele Treppen ersteigen; aber es lohnt sich! Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super, das Licht der Anzeige ist aber recht hell (falls das jemand stört also besser nachts ausschalten oder Schlafmaske tragen).

El apartamento está limpio y tiene lo básico para cocinar, así como aire acondicionado. Bajando las escaleras, a diez minutos en bus, se llega a la Old Town. La dueña muy amable en todo momento. Pudimos hacer una colada por 5 euros. Sin duda recomendable. No es una crítica, si no más bien una sugerencia, en el salón estaría bien tener un sofá cama.

In a nice, quiet part of town but also very easy to access the old town either via walking or public transport. Beautiful views from the room with a little terrace to watch the sunset. Not the comfiest bed but not a huge issue. Also struggled to get the right temperature on the air conditioning.
