• Serge (10/5): Dubrovnik , belle ville des fortifications! - L’emplacement à Dubrovnik , tout se visitait à pied ! Un très grand balcon privé, l’appartement est confortable et notre hôte nous a renseigné des lieux à visiter, le logement est bien équipé pour cuisiner, un marché se trouve juste en face, nous avons adoré notre séjour à Dubrovnik. L’appartement se trouve en sous bassement en bas d’un escalier ce qui rend le logement un peu humide en ce temps de l’année.
• Fabrizio (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Herzlicher Empfang. Ein sehr schönes Apartment. Bushaltestelle ist unmittelbar vor der Tür. Die Altstadt ist aber problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar und gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt bzw. Restaurants.

• Sachi (7/5): It’s ok but no frills - 広さ キッチンがあって一応基本的なものはある テラスがあってパラソルもあるけど、景色は特によくない ビーチまでは近い リネン類は多い ビーチタオルを貸してくれた 大きなスーパーマーケットまで歩いて15分 バス停も近い 寒い日もあったけど、エアコンはよく効いた トイレとシャワーがセパレート シャワーは熱いお湯は出たが水圧が低い オーナーはとてもフレンドリー 基本的なモノはあるけど、かなりベーシック ティー/コーヒー位はあるとよかったと思う。 広くて清潔にはしてあるけど、古くて内装も特に可愛くはない。 蟻が出るので注意。 オールドタウンまで15〜20分というレビューを多く見たが、歩いて30分だと思う。バスで5分。 ビーチは近いが、急な階段が多くて、登って来るのは大変。 この宿自体が通りから急な階段を降りないといけないので、大きいスーツケースやバギーを使う人は避けた方がいいかも。 シャワーが使いにくい。カーテン閉めていても周りが水浸しになった。 レビューで9.0がついていたので選んだけど、支払った値段にもよるが、7.0が妥当だと思う。

Dve reštaurácie, obchod aj zastávky autobusu pár sekúnd chôdze od brány. Priestranná terasa, vybavená kuchynka (rýchlovarná kanvica, toastovač, elektrické platničky, riad, príbor, poháre, hrnčeky, utierky), žehlička, fén, uteráky, klimatizácia, teplejšie paplóny (veľmi užitočné v chladnejších mesiacoch).

• Julie (10/5): Fantastic apartment, great location! - Fantastic location, only a 15 to 20 minute walk into the old town, fantastic views on the way. Plenty of bus services into town if you didn’t want to walk. Apartment very spacious, and exceptionally clean. The outdoor space was lovely with a large balcony off of the bedroom and an area to the front. The hosts, Joseph and his wife very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Nothing not to like.

• Mitchell (10/5): Cute location, close to a small beach - The hosts were so kind and sweet. They are a retired couple and want to make sure you enjoy yourself best. There are stairs to access the property, which can be difficulty for some, but stairs are everywhere in Dubrovnik!
• Holger (9/5): Tolle zentrale Unterkunft - Die Lage ist wirklich gut, die Altstadt von Dubrovnik ist fußläufig zu erreichen und es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Apartment ist komplett eingerichtet, auch die Küche hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch eine Möglichkeit zum Baden ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

• Heather (9/5): A very comfortable, quiet apartment. - A very comfortanle apartment with a patio and outdoor table and chairs. It is within easy walking distance to Pile Gate and the old city. It is close to a lovely bay for a refreshing swim and restaurants and small grocery store is nearby. The local bus to the main bus terminal passes by the apartment. Everything was suuitable

• Juliana (9/5): Superb - The flat is lovely, the cleanliness were impeccable, serious, I was impressed how clean it was. Very close to Old Town, only 20min walking, wifi worked well and had everything we needed. The host is so friendly and it's there for whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend it. Nothing. The only observation is there was no kettle, but we managed to heat water for coffee/teas in the cooker, it just took longer.

• Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - It is a clean, nice apartment with a lot of shade from trees and flowers. It has two balconies, one that is completely private with a nice view. The kitchen is cute, and completely equipped with a nautical style. The shower room and the toilet are separated which is super useful. The hosts are nice and helpful. There is a parking spot on the street and it takes you 15 minutes by foot to reach the old town. It's perfect for couples except for the single beds.
• Marta (10/5): Lovely time, would come back again. - Great area, only took 15 minutes to get to the town. Right next to a beach. The hosts were lovely and helpful. Has air-con which was lovely for when we were inside during the hottest time of day. Communication was a bit harder as it’s a company that deals with the messages on booking.com. There should be a number we can text the hosts directly to. The shower also goes cold after about 15 minutes which we weren’t expecting, so we’d have to wait for it to heat back up.

• Katja (9/5): Superb - It is very close to the city centre and some nice beaches for a decent price compared to other accomodations in the vicninity. The host was extremely kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if you’re planning to visit Dubrovnik. The rugs in the toilet and in the kitchen seemed a bit dirty and there were a few spiderwebs that could’ve been removed.
• Daniel (9/5): Good value for money, specially in the high season - First of all - excellent hosts, very warm and welcoming. The place is nice, quiet and green. The room is pretty small, but enough for two people, plus there is a huge terrace. Close to the public beach, supermarket and few restaurants. Old City is in walking distance, or you can take a bus. Would stay again if ever return to Dubrovnik. Not related to the property itself and the owners, they are great people. You have to be absolutely sure that you can come if the cancellation period has ended. Even in emergent cases (like visa problems) the company, which is a mediator between you and the hosts (Direct Booker), will reject to refund your money. Most other properties makes an exception in such case.
• Russell (10/5): Cosy and tidy with absolutely lovely hosts - Excellent hosting, polite and friendly. We were greeted with a little bottle of wine, which was unexpected and the room was just what we would want for our week long stay in Dubrovnik. The small kitchen has almost everything you could need and the terrace was plenty spacious. Not a lot really. There's probably a couple of things people should be aware of. Not really negatives, just be aware. Steep steps. Takes a bit of focus to get down. The shower room is tiny. It's pretty much the size of the shower itself and could be better served as a shower room, rather than a shower in such a small room. The bathroom is much the same, very small, but you can work around it.
• Perry (10/5): - An absolutely wonderful place. Very clean, beautiful outdoor private patio. Surrounding area was very beautiful. 2 restaurants in different price classes right up the stairs. The host is very approachable and nice. Beaches, old town, busses all within walking distance. Can really recommend
• Hans (10/5): Highly recommended apartment for those who want a peaceful stay with good location. - Nice apartment in the same house where the hosts live. Good location, 15 minutes walk to the old town, 2 restaurants as neighbours to the location, 200 m to Bellevue beach. We walked very much but if you prefer local transport, the bus goes quite in front of the apartment to the old town or the other way to for example Sunset beach. The elderly couple that owns the apartment were very nice and helpful. Studenac drug store is located just across the street and there's a bakery about 100 m down the street towards the old town. Nothing to complain about.

• Tara (7/5): The hosts friendly attitude was appreciated, the location good, some apartment features need upgrade - Liked to outdoor sunny patio. The apartment is in a very convenient location to the beach and old town. Nice part of the city. Kitchen was well set up. There were 35 narrow stairs to negotiation without the break of a landing to get down into the apartment and then back up to the street This is a serious issue for anyone with mobility issues and it was difficult to carry even our light luggage up and down these stairs. The shower door was rusted and stuck and never closed properly.
