And near to bus station and underground and circle you can reach any where from area with in 30 mins 1- The staff specially James . No kitchen towel, cleaning cloth, hand towel in kitchen. No teabags provided. Bin in kitchen too small. Could do with loo roll holders. Hand wash in only one bathroom. Only one pillow each. No instructions on what to do cleaning wise for leaving When the building door closed, the front door to the apartment sounded like someone was kicking it down.

• Charalambia (10/5): Just perfect and Suitable for a group of 4-5 - Great apartment just 1 min walk from Edgware station. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything needed. The host was friendly and responsive and gave clear instructions. They even accommodate our late check in and we really enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend!!

• Carmen (5/5): - Lo que más nos gustó fue que estaba bien comunicado con zonas principales de la ciudad, que no tenía moqueta y las duchas tienen mampara en vez de cortina. Parecía un piso remodelado. Y que, a pesar de los retrasos que tuvimos con el avión y demás, no nos pusieron problemas aunque la persona que nos recibió se quejó bastante de ello. El wifi no funcionó en ninguna de las redes y claves que nos dieron. La reserva era para 6 y había 3 tazas, 3 rollos de papel higiénico y pegado al lateral de una cama había varios enchufes cuestionables y en uno de los baños también. Además, una ventana (la de la cocina) no cerraba de ninguna forma (tuvimos que dejarla así toda nuestra estancia en el piso).

The apartment was filthy dirty with mould in the bathrooms, DNA samples all over the lounge and scuff marks on the walls and rundown with a broken fan, missing light globes, broken floorboards, blocked shower drains that caused flooding in the bathrooms and non-functioning power points. We waited 3 days for the ironing board and 4 days for the hairdryer that were advertised as included. The apartment wasn't serviced during our stay to change the worn and poor quality towels or provide toilet paper until we requested them. Considering the issues, the facility is overpriced and in need of a makeover renovation and repair program.

• isma (7/5): Por lo general muy bien salvo el sofá cama que no se le puede llamar sofá cama - Está muy bien completo con su nevera buena ubicación buen personal 2 baños con suelo térmico y 2 duchas metro a 2 pasos etc Que se supone que nos alojábamos 6, en espacio muy bien pero en descanso no cogen 6 ni queriendo el sofá cama te lo venden como sofá cama se estira muy bien pero no hay quien se tumbe, es más cómodo el suelo literalmente no vale como sofá cama, yo me tumbo en cualquier lado a dormir pero en eso es imposible tiene maderas de por medio en los colchones y es imposible

The shower in one of the bathrooms is unusable—it fills up with water when used and even causes a leak into the shop below the apartment. On top of that, it’s quite noisy. Definitely we are not coming back at this place.

• Sofia (6/5): Bra läge men inte ett boende för sju personer som vi bokade. - Läget, låg nära tunnelbanan Vi var sju vuxna men det var ett boende för fem vuxna. Endast sängar till fem. Två av oss fick sova i en liten liten bäddsoffa så benen hängde ut. Den hade hårda ramar och saknade bäddmadrass. Fruktansvärd att sova i tre nätter. Det fanns inte porslin till sju personer och toapapper fick vi köpa själva.

Las almohadas son pésimas, para mi imposible descansar bien. Si ponen unas buenas almohadas le daría un 10. El ascensor estaba roto y estábamos en un cuarto piso. Para nosotros no fue demasiado problema pero para gente con niños o mayores lo sería. Y nos dio la sensación de que era el estado habitual del ascensor (a lo mejor no)

• Silvia (5/5): Lugar para dormir y poco más - El alojamiento era amplio, tenía capacidad para 6 personas, 1 dormitorio con 1 cama de matrimonio y otro dormitorio con 1 cama de matrimonio y 1 cama individual y el sofá se convertía en cama. Los baños estaban reformados, pero mal cuidados. Había muchos elementos del apartamento rotos, uno de los armarios no cerraba, la cisterna del baño estaba mal colocada y la ducha no tragaba, un día llegó a inundarse el baño. La alarma de incendios saltaba todos los días, al usar el tostador, incluso con las ventanas abiertas y pasando frío, saltaba la alarma y nos llevábamos el susto aún sin haber ni siquiera humo. La nevera enfría demasiado, el agua se nos llegó a congelar, teniéndola aunque fuesen 20 min. La ubicación del apartamento no era mala, estaba cerca del metro, pero si es verdad, que por la noche, hay muchas personas bebiendo y gritando frente al alojamiento y puede ser incómodo ir al baño o tener las ventanas abiertas.

Lenzuola sintetiche e dubito che fossero lavate. Gli asciugamani uno.per uno piccoli. Il divano sporco . Televisione non funzionante, solo a pagamento. La caldaia si bloccava ogni 2 ore e per farci le docce è stato un delirio.per non parlare dell scale! Una puzza di cucina spezziata che dovevamo correre per non vomitare e per non farci rimanere la puzza addosso. Su tutti i piani c'erano trappole.per topi...lascio immaginare. LE FOTO?? Assolutamente non corrispondono alla realtà. La scelta di questo appartamento ha messo a repentaglio.la.riuscita del viaggio.

• Lacassia (8/5): - La struttura è vicinissima a fermate di bus e metro e a molto supermercati. La pulizia. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato capelli ovunque e soprattutto sul divano letto. Siamo stati qui 6 giorni e non ci sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani o pulita la casa durante il soggiorno. Non è stata rimossa nemmeno l'immondizia per tutti e sei i giorni. Inoltre, non era specificato che per raggiungere l'ascensore avremmo dovuto fare circa 6-7 scalini, e una delle persone che era con noi è disabile e su sedia a rotelle, quindi questo è stato un disagio importante per noi.

No hay menaje para 7 personas , solo habían 3 cucharillas. Faltaba limpieza y por la noche no paraban de llamar al timbre .

• Alessio (5/5): Ottima Zona Maa……. - L’appartamento è quello delle foto, vicino alla stazione Metro e a diversi supermarket locali, e questo è un ottimo punto a favore.. Passiamo oltre: Pulizia inesistente già dall’arrivo, i vetri delle finestre erano grigi dallo sporco, e tutto l’appartamento era pieno di polvere sui pavimenti, inoltre l’ingresso del “condominio” era sempre ostruito dalle scorte di asciugamani e lenzuola, la gestione non si preoccupa se qualcuno per esempio, come al caso nostro porta su valigie di grande volume.. L’odore di cibo etnico nel condominio persiste H24, ed io tutte le mattine ero l’addetto ad arieggiare la scala. Allego foto della scala, dove passare con le valigie risulta impossibile.

The apartment is just OK but could be so much better with some minor improvements. - collection was fine once we'd called 3 different numbers and spoken to someone as the entrance to the apartment block has several different numbers on the front and no clear instructions on how to get in or contact the host without phoning the number in the email, which of course nobody answers. There is 3 different number! Apartment could have done with a few minor things to make this experience go from a 2* to a 4*. Some simple things could be done to improve massively. Firstly the apartment is mostly quite clean but not hugely, Theres marks on most of the walls which need painting. Our shower handle was broken so it wasn't the easiest to turn on or off but it did work. There are wardrobes but no hangers to put your clothes on so pretty pointless having a wardrobe if you can't hand anything up in there. No tea or coffee in the apartment. Not a massive deal but if we had known itd have taken some with me for a morning coffee... No shower gel provided. There was shampoo in the showers and some handwash in the toilet but no shower gel or soap in the showers for either room. The bed isn't the best but passible but the pillows are terrible. one pillow per person (2 pillows per bed) and the pillows are wafer thin and uncomfortable. Really struggled the first night to get to sleep on them and was up from 3am til almost 6, Its a good job the alcohol got me through the 2nd night!!

• Valérie (4/5): Je ne recommande pas. - L'appartement est proche de 2 stations de métro et bus. Le logement était propre et spacieux. Accès au centre de Londres assez rapide (20 à 30 minutes). Un Marks & Spencer situé à 5 minutes de l'appartement permet de faire des courses. Un kebab à proximité : odeurs dès le matin, particulièrement désagréable dans les chambres. Nous étions 5 personnes mais pas assez de couverts (1 petite cuillère et 5 cuillères à soupe, pas de théière). Pas de kit de base à disposition (sacs poubelle, pastilles lave-vaisselle sel, poivre, huile, torchons). Les draps dont stockés dans les couloirs de l'immeuble, ça ne fait pas rêver. Les différents ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas visibles instantanément, il a fallu chercher (les poêles sont dans le four par exemple) et étaient d'une propreté laissant à désirer. Le freezer était saturé de glace, impossible de l'utiliser. Une chaise était cassée. Dès que la porte d'accès à l'immeuble est ouverte, un appel d'air a lieu et donne l'impression que quelqu'un essaie de forcer la porte de l'appartement. Enfin, les photos sont loin de refléter la réalité du logement : elles datent certainement du début mais les équipements ont très mal vieillis.
• Rene (2/5): Overall very disappointed with stay - need to address these shortcomings. - Apartment location near tube and grocery stores was very good, renovated condition of apartment was good, beds were quite comfortable, provision of dishwashing soap and laundry soap was appreciated. Good number of plates, cups, cookware provided. Finding apartment was difficult (small number on single door access to street (cabby could barely find), no air conditioning and no screens on windows to allow for opening without bugs, fans did not alternate and had only one speed setting, missing knob in shower stall did not allow for setting temperature of water, drain in second shower stall was plugged when we arrived (had to plunge it), second bedroom with twins was very small, washer/dryer combo machine did not dry clothes properly (excess of 3 hours to only partially dry small load), very few TV channels and intermittent signal when viewed, could not figure how to operate stove & no instructions provided (should be provided for all appliances), water leaked from ceiling pot light in twin bedroom shower stall - very dangerous, reported but apparently no action taken as it leaked again, electronic key fob only worked for one day then needed to use code provided, inadequate provision of bath towels for multi-day stay, no dishcloths or dry towels provided

• Anna (8/5): Molt bé en general - L"apartament està correcte,net, ample, té una cuina molt correcte, Punt de metro molt aprop. L'ubicació està bé, l'única cosa que no ens va agradar és que just al costat hi ha un bar que no fa massa bona pinta. Però no vam tenir cap problema

• Tracy (3/5): - The property was clean As we approached the property we were meet by three ladies leaving. They had done one night out of three and could do no more. On entering the hallway to your apartment you were meet with a greasy cooking smell and laundry on the stairs, which stayed there for the duration of the stay.( fire and trip hazard) also on the window sill and to the entrance of your apartment there were rodent traps. We waited for the key holder and on meeting him he was very rude. Once in the apartment it looked very nice until you tried to use one of the showers which had not been connected to the water so did not work, the other shower was very small and had a scolding radiator so close to the entrance to the shower you could no help but touch it on entering the shower. This could not be turned off.(Very dangerous if children are in your party.)The cupboard was not stocked correctly only three mugs and not enough plates, cutlery, pans to cook. All were not in good condition and were dirty. The air con that was advertised were three floor fans in the bedrooms.I would advise you take your own towels also if you choses this apartment.

• Judi (10/5): Amazing views from this lovely apartment - Large, clean and comfortable apartment with an incredible view of the sea. The location was great with an easy drive to the center where restaurants and shops were. The beds were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed coffee on the upper patio at sunrise each morning with that beautiful view. Would definitely stay again!

• Gloria (7/5): Ojo... lugar bullicioso - Lo bueno, es que se encontraba cerca de estaciones de trenes y metro, había bastante comercio y lugares en donde comer. Cuándo llegamos la persona que nos fue a entregar la llave fue poco atento, llego tarde. En el sector las personas eran groseras y mal educadas al tratar, se escuchaban peleas entre personas en la calle. Los vecinos del depto de arriba eran muy bulliciosos. Por lo general en las noches pasaban policias con las sirenas activas.
• Masternettuno (6/5): Soggiorno a Londra - Posizione molto favorevole a 2 minuti dalla fermata della metro. La pulizia dell'appartamento è stata precaria,non c'era una scopa per pulire,al 2 gennaio abbiamo richiesto una scopa e due cuscini - mai pervenuti. Il frigorifero, quando si apriva la porta si inclinava in avanti quasi uscendo dal mobile della cucina. Per il resto tutto ok
• Quinonero (4/5): Good location but that's about it - Location was good near a train station but in a bit of a sketchy area. No toilet paper, only 1 key and they wanted to inspect the property in the middle of our stay. The property smelt really bad when we arrived with marks all over the walls. It was also a very dirty apartment black mold in the shower grout, power points hanging out of the wall stained mattress and bed sheets. Also no view and check-in was shambles as we had to meet someone waiting in the cold and they didn't even know which apartment it was.
