• Andrei_Campean (10/5): Exceptional stay in Hanoi - Great location and quiet. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Very spacious apartment/studio fully fitted. I had everything I needed it. Towels changed every day, had 1 laundry included. Exceptional for the stay The mattress was on the harder side. Thao addressed this and added a topper. He also explained it's standard across Vietnam and as I have checked in into 2 other places at the time of writing, I can confirm that ist the firmness standard.

• boue (9/5): Good place for jet lag recovery. - Very good location close to the old quarter but not noisy. A bit expensive for Vietnam but it’s clean and cosy, nice if you just arrived and want to recover from jet lag. Airport pick up was practical. Overall what you can expect for the price.
• Achim (10/5): Quiet and spacious apartment - we loved it! - Friendly staff, very spacious apartment, everything clean and in very good shape. It was nice to have wardrobes for all that stuff in the backpacks, a desk for writing and a sofa for relaxing. The location was perfect, very quiet but still close enough to walk everywhere. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Wifi was good. Shower was good as well (but takes a while to get hot, in case you need that). We'd absolutely stay here again. Note that you'll have to pay your stay immediately on arrival in cash. This caught us a bit by surprise, but on the other hand you never know what sort of experiences they made in the past. And they were happy to write us a receipt for it, so no problems here. There are two VP bank branches within walking distance where you can withdraw money without fees.

• Evgeny (10/5): - - spacious apartment, good value for money, - one clothing washing with machine drying is included - quite clean - new towels daily - excellent high speed internet - there might be construction works somewhere nearby, so it was quite nosy from around 8 am till afternoon, almost daily - it was a bit of a confusion upon check in. We arrived in the late evening and we booked property with a possibility to pay by card. We didn’t have local cash yet. Staff said us that the terminal isn’t working and it can’t be fixed, so we must pay cash before entering the apartment. We asked to pay the next morning so we can exchange the money, mentioning we’re staying for the week. But the guy told us to pay before checking in and started to walk us towards the ATM machine somewhere nearby… At the end we managed to negotiate leaving some euro cash as a deposit and the next morning we exchanged the money and paid the property. So nothin major, but the service can be improved, especially when you arrive late, tired and all the exchange services are already closed:) - to improve: tea cups/mugs can be provided (there is a kettle, but no proper tea/coffee cups)

Es ist weit und breit die Beste Unterkunft hier in der Umgebung was Sauberkeit und Ausstattung angeht. Ich werde auf jeden Fall immer wieder kommen! Was mir nicht gefällt ist, dass meine Urlaubsreise bald zu Ende geht, ich wäre gerne länger geblieben. Mit anderen Worten es gibt nichts zu meckern!

• jason (10/5): - I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi.

The location is not easy to find and access. We had 5 big suitcases, it was not easy to make them to the room and get out to a taxi because the way to enter the location was narrow, and about 10-15 meters from the taxi stop.

• Richard (2/5): Happy guess, not! - Picky on small minor things like number of clean towels, one only. While checking out, detained from leaving because of a small stained on the bed sheet, under pillow area. Staff washed the sheet, stain gone and I’m out-o-ere! Very poor customer service and communication. However, I will stay here again if service is improved.

• SAKURA ALICE (10/5): - It was in a quiet and safe area. The room and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and kind. If you have WhatsApp, you can communicate very smoothly with the hotel staff. Our flight arrived very late at night, but they provided us with Airport pickup service and waited for us to safely arrived at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

• Lukas (10/5): Gutes Apartment - Ein wirklich schön eingerichtetes Appartement. Das Personal war sehr nett und wirklich hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen und Anliegen könnten wir uns immer melden. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr sauber. Es lagen immer Fische Handtücher bereit. Insgesamt sind wir wirklich positiv beeindruckt. Sollten wir erneut nach Hanoi kommen so wird diese Hotel unsere erste Wahl sein.

• Restu (10/5): - It was our first time visiting Hanoi and we couldn't have made a better choice by staying in Bi Ecosuites. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment's design and layout provided a peaceful escape from the urban rush. Our Junior Studio Suite was super clean, spacious, and had great kitchen amenities. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back.

• Nazhan (8/5): We loved our stay. Our host was very welcoming and gave us clear instructions on how to go in and out of the property. S - The property was tucked away in a residential area and also near the army installation. People around were really nice to show us where was the location as we were lost on our first day. It was away from the main road so there was no road noise at all. Its hidden and a little hard to find but once you know where the location. You can easily find it. Also, we wished the pressure of the shower was stronger. Its stronger when we switched to cold water but not when we switched to hot water but we ustand its all about going green and using less.

When in Sapa, the property held some bags for us free of charge in a secure closet, which made our trip to Sapa very stress-free. When we came back to Bi Ecosuites after Sapa, we found our bags were already delivered to our room! Additionally, Bi Ecosuites worked closely with us as we added nights to our booking and did some rearranging to allow us to stay in the same room for those additional nights. In summary - the staff were all very kind and accommodating throughout our stays. The rooms were excellent - very clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom and kitchenette worked well and we enjoyed utilizing all these amenities. My partner and I are both working while traveling and found the room to be a very good place to work - decent wifi and comfortable work spaces. It's a bit away from the tourist area of Old Quarter, but we really enjoyed that. Being tourists, we found the hectic nature of Hanoi to be fun but tiring after a long hot day. Coming back to our room at Bi Ecosuites with good AC and quiet surroundings felt like a reprieve from Hanoi's craziness! I can't say enough good things about this place!

• Amit (10/5): Amazing hotel! Great expirience! - I stayed at the B Ecosuite hotel for two nights and I was very impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and design of the room. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist style that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and safe, but also close to the city center. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a real value for money, especially considering the quality of the service and the facilities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, cozy and affordable place to stay in Hanoi. It is one of the best hotel room I have ever stayed at, and I usually stay at 4-5 stars hotels.

The main difficulty was the room being advertised as having a washing machine or washing at no ad - very clean and comfortable with a large space and lots of storage only one bin in the bathroom which makes utilising the kitchen difficult. check-in process was difficult as property was hard to find and no one was initially at reception. short reception hours meant we were unable to get washing done. the advert made it sound like the property had a washing machine available at no extra cost however this was not the case.
• Dangová (7/5): Great place, not the best service, missing bins - The apartment was very nice and clean, beautifully minimalistic, yet had everything we needed for a one week stay. The location is great, lots of places for eating out. 1) For an eco place I would expect to have at least three bins - one in the bathroom (which was the only one we had), another one for general waste and another one for recycling in the kitchen. 2) It's not very clear who we are supposed to communicate with about occuring problems since there's one manager available on the phone and then two ladies in the building who are doing the cleaning and on-building help. The unclarity made the whole process of getting simple things solved longer than necessary. Also, it's not clear whether the two ladies were taking care of the reception too or just the cleaning since they don't sit behind the reception desk (which was always empty) but further back in the hall. One last complaint is about the cleaning process. I put the tag with a cleaning room requirement on the door handle at noon and two hours later I was asked three times whether the cleaning is really necessary - in a way that made it sound like I'm bothering the lady by asking for this service in her working hour.

• Eng (1/5): locked out of the hotel - Terrible experience here at bi eco suites hotel. Operates like an airbnb with reception from 8am-5pm. Would not have been a problem but on my second day staying here, I was locked out of the hotel. The card stopped working for their front door to the hotel and I was unable to enter the hotel. Nobody was at the reception at 11pm and the manager’s phone was turned off. There was no other emergency numbers and I was left stranded at the front of the hotel for about an hour trying to tap in or hoping another guest would enter. To keep it short, I slept at another hotel that night and checked out the next day after the hotel manager replied me in the morning. I asked for a refund for that night but she refused as she was insistent that I did not know how to scan a card to allow myself into the building and she claimed it was my fault, and it was also “my fault that her team stayed up all night to fix the system”. I’m pretty sure she was sleeping well that night as she was not picking up her phone. She charged me an administrative fee to refund my remaining days at the hotel and that was the end of my terrible experience there. What tickled me most was that when i checked out, the hotel staff who insisted I did not scan the card right, struggled for about 5 minutes trying to get the door to unlock as the button from the inside was not working Hope this serves as a fair warning to all about this hotel. They are clearly arrogant and not willing to acknowledge the fault in their systems and their guests are doomed to suffer the same situation soon enough.

• Dulcie (9/5): Great Value if you want to experience the hustle and bustle of Hanoi and get a quiet night sleep - Clean and spacious. furniture were in great condition. Toilet came with a bidet which is great. Place located in a quiet area so sleep was not interrupted by Hanoi’s busy roads. Less than 10mins walk to train street and 15-20mins to Old Quarters. most importantly, staff was nice and accommodating. shower drain was a little slow to drain the water out. Not a big issue unless you enjoy long showers.
• Brendan (10/5): Beautiful hotel, excellent location! - This was exactly as advertised. Classy, minimalist, quiet and beautifully designed. The only minor flaw was the kitchen area had no bin, but I repurposed the small one from the bathroom instead.
