• Cassandra Teng (8/5): - It is convenient to take a bus opposite the road to the old town. There are eateries and groceries nearby. It is easy to locate the place. The owner is friendly and prepared coffee/tea for us in the morning. The room is rather small. Overall the bed is comfortable and there is a small fridge and kettle in the room.

• lisa (10/5): What a gem of a guest house - This is a little gem. The owner is so kind and helpful and the location is perfect. You have the bus stop right in front, a 30 minute walk to the old city and lots of restaurants. This is one of the quietest places we've. ever stayed and the room was spotless. Nothing. The bathroom is small, but it worked great for us.

• Izolda (9/5): Kleines feines Zimmer und angenehmer Aufenthalt - Tolle Lage, recht ebenerdig, unweit vom Markt im Hafen und auch der Busbahnhof ist nicht weit. Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen ruhig, aber recht klein. Das Bad war neu eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Trotz der zahlreichen Nachrichten und Formulare vom direct-booker-team war das einchecken dann sehr nett und einfach, denn es war abends vorort jemand da.

• Anna (9/5): - We were staying only one night but everything was great! We were able to walk to Dubrovnik Old Town, bus stops and ferry terminal - very good localization. Welcoming, kind host, clean room, no complaints! :)
• Zdenka (10/5): Toller Aufenhalt in Dubrovnik und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin - Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir durften uns zudem bei der Abreise Zeit lassen. Nach Silvester sehr angenehm. Im Sommer wahrscheinlich eher nicht möglich. Auch unser Gepäck konnten wir bis zur Abreise in der Unterkunft noch aufbewahren. Es gab einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer sowie Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sogar einen Sekt spendiert. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm und herzlich. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Badezimmer modern und ansprechend. Alles sehr, sehr sauber. Busbahnhof ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Zur Altstadt fahren mehrere Buslinien (Station quasi direkt vor der Tür). Puno vam hvala Sanela 💕 Das Zimmer ist etwas klein. Aber da man im Sommer eh draußen ist, m. E. nicht weiter schlimm. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

• Denis (6/5): Location was excellent for travel needs but gaining access was not easy. - Very clean and comfortable: well located for transport (bus and ferry), supermarket shopping and restaurants. Difficult to locate the entrance for access at night. Having to negotiate entry via a narrow lane with steps and then internal stairs to the apartment was not ideal for octogenarians with luggage. The apartment did not have space for 2 suitcases. We were able to fit one in the robe and one on the “kitchen” cupboard after moving tea/coffee making facilities to the window sill.
• Alexander (7/5): Podría ser estupendo, pero tienen que mejorar. - *El Hostal tiene excelente ubicación: Cerca de la terminal de buses, de ferries y de Lapad. A 2 minutos tienes la parada donde pasan los buses 1A y 1B que te llevan al centro histórico (old town). A pie llegas en 30 min. *La señora que atiende es muy amable. *La habitación que me asignaron era amplia. Habría puntuado este Hostal con "9", a no ser por dos cosas que me fueron pésimas: 1) Las almohadas y el colchón olían a húmedo, un olor ácido de humedad mal seca. 2) Nadie contesta cuando tratas de contactarlos durante la estadía. Solo después que te vas te envian un mensaje pidiendo disculpas por no haber contestado. Pedí si podían cambiarme las almohadas al menos y nadie contestó. Pedí cambiar los paños a media estadía y nadie contestó.

• TERUYO (9/5): 旧市街から離れるが、バスターミナルから徒歩圏内 - 画像付きで場所を案内してくれたので、迷わずに行くことができてよかった。 バスターミナルから徒歩圏内。チェックイン時に女性オーナーがいて、部屋やバスなどの案内をしてくれた。 部屋は白を基調としていて、掃除もきれいにしてあり、快適だった。静かな環境。バスに乗って旧市街へ行くバス停は近くにある。 近くにはスーパーやカフェだけでなく、市場もあった。 空港へ行くバスは、始発のターミナルから乗れるので、混雑を避けることができた。 管理している所が別にあるのかもしれないが、到着前にメールが何度も届いたので、自分の旅行の邪魔になった。不要なものは送らないでほしい。

• Jacinta (1/5): Dont stay here - The host never returned my messages, i was unable to get any response from them i tried messaging thru booking.com email through the email they sent me calling on the number which was no success, we sat there, left our luggage there for 2 hours and no response. Very poor I didn't like the fact that i couldn't get a response from the host, we couldn't get checked in we had to find other accommodation, as there was no response thru messaging email and calling. This is very poor on their part, ive never experienced this before.

• colette (10/5): - Accueil au top ! Hôte aux petits soins, c'est appréciable. Petite chambre avec tout le confort. Emplacement idéal pour ceux qui veulent éviter la foule de la vieille ville. Bus à deux pas pour s'y rendre. Pour ceux qui veulent aller sur les îles, l'embarcadère est à 50 mètres.

Muito prático para serem vai usar o porto ou rodoviária. Ducha excelente. Janela anti ruido. Frigobar, cafeteira e Sr condicionado. Quarto pequeno, apenas 12m2.. Pouco espaço para malas. A anfitriã é amigável, mas nos dias anteriores a chegada você recebe e-mails frequentes e inconvenientes para completar seus dados, porém com link danificado.

• Cristina (9/5): - La gentilezza e la disponibilità della padrona di casa che ci ha offerto caffè e dolci e ci ha messo a disposizione il tavolo nel suo giardino. La piccola stanza era fornita di tutto il necessario e la fermata del bus per il centro storico è a due passi di fronte a casa, dove si trovano panetteria, supermercato, mercatino, bar e ristoranti. A Dubrovnik parcheggiare è complicato e molto costoso: informarsi bene se si arriva in auto, altrimenti i bus 1A , 1B e 3 si fermano in strada davanti alla casa.

• Bianca (8/5): Clean accommodation near the bus and ferry terminals - The room was very clean and within walking distance of the bus and ferry terminal. There is a bus close by that goes to the old town. The host is very friendly.

The location is very close to Dubrovnik port and bus station, which made it easy to use as a base for travel. There were a lot of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The bathroom facilities were modern. The walls were quite thin, and we could hear other rooms very clearly. The room is quite small, so perfect for a 1-2 night stay, but might be too small for any longer duration.

The room was basic but very clean and good value for the money. The lady managing the rooms is lovely and helpful. She even coped with our accidental red wine spillage! Can be a little difficult getting into the property up the laneway with heavy luggage.
• Jane (10/5): Great location and functional! - We stayed our last night in Dubrovnik after returning from the islands.The location is great. Next to the ferry and many bus routes. It was the perfect place for what we needed. The host was very sweet. She even messaged me when the room was ready to see if we wanted to check-in early. She also allowed us to leave our luggage in the house until the afternoon. This is a basic bit functional and comfortable place. The luggage storage is a room in the house that's open and visible to other guests. Not secured. Since we didn't have anything valuable, we were ok, but it made me a little uncomfortable. I'm just sharing so people can plan accordingly.

• Petteri (7/5): If you need to use the bus station, this is a great place. - The hostess was very friendly and gave us a good overview of the room at check-in. Everything was quite clean and the beds had massive pillows and were comfortable to sleep on. There would've been fresh coffee in the morning, but we were in a rush to get to the our bus, so didn't have time to test it. The place is a short walk away from the bus station, but quite a distance from the Old City. Our shower door was a bit broken and got stuck for both of us, we were afraid to break it further apart, but we left it still intact.

• Pamela (10/5): Rooms Edna offers easy access to Old Town and a cozy location in an entertaining and warm Dubrovnik neighborhood. - A cozy and very clean room with plenty of storage, a well-supplied bathroom and a great location. The host is warm and welcoming. Rooms Edna is a flat 10-minute walk from the bus station and even closer to the port. There is a bus stop just outside with regular busses to Pile Gate (Old Town). Also steps away is Gruz Market, a grocery store, bakeries, restaurants and cafes.

We were greeted by Senada(I hope I spelt her name correctly), and she was lovely and very helpful and made us feel welcomed. The room was just what we needed, very clean and felt like home and great value for money. It's in a great location to the port and close to Old Town. We would definitely stay at Rooms Edna the next time we visit Dubrovnik❤️ .
• Zoe (8/5): Clean room and nice host - The host was lovely, the room clean and we were able to leave our luggage for the morning The room had a large cupboard and bed which took up most of the space so it was difficult to get around the bed and you also couldn’t fully open the cupboard door to have your luggage out of the way but still accessible. It was fine for one night

Close to the bus station (15 minutes walk), market & supermarkets, nice bars and restaurants. Kettle & tea/coffee provided plus the small fridge was handy. • Leslie (10/5): - The room was immaculate and the host was delightful. Very convenient to the ferry port (5 min walk) and the bus station (10 min walk). 10 min walk for the bus into the old town. You can pay €2.50 to the bus driver. The bus back from old town stops just 3 min walk to the room. Definitely a great place to stay while transiting through Dubrovnik.
