• Claire (10/5): The best family holiday ever thanks to the lovely hostess Mara! - The communication from the hostess prior to our arrival and the gorgeous welcome set the tone for our holiday. It was so lovely! Mara was available throughout our stay to answer questions about where to visit and what to see - local, ‘inside’ information. She made special events extra special, completely above and beyond our expectations. The villa, it’s more than that, is truly unique with such history. I was lucky to meet the tortoises and feed them. The church on site is remarkable. Everything you would need is steps away, supermarkets, restaurants, beautiful beaches and scenery. The old town is minutes away via bus. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and will absolutely be returning to this beautiful place. Thank you Mara! Nothing. Everything exceeded expectations.

The cleanliness was outstanding, parking was convenient, and the view was exceptional. The private garden was a lovely touch. The hostess was fantastic and even had a delightful, friendly dog. She also provided us with some homemade items such as jam. The house offered ample space and was well-maintained. There are many wonderful beaches nearby, with a bus station right outside and easy access to Uber. We highly recommend this place! / (it was perfect 😄!!)

We felt very comfortable and welcome at her place :)) She was amazing, she took care of us, gave us best travel advices and even more. • Karen (10/5): Mara is the most hospitable host you could ever imagine and Villa Marini Dvori is a little slice of heaven. - Mara made this more than just a stay in an anonymous apartment - she was incredibly kind, hospitable and helpful - and it felt like we were staying in her home but with our privacy and within our own self-contained apartment. The accommodation itself was immaculate and fully kitted out. Mara had even bought us some provisions for our first morning because we arrived on the eve of a public holiday. For us, a family of 5 (children: 12, 18, 20), the position of Villa Marina Dvori was perfect: a ten minute walk to the beach or a 10 minute bus ride to the old city. We split our time between the two - the buses were regular (we never waited more than 5 minutes) and easy to use. I wish I’d had more time to sit in Mara’s stunning garden but I started most days reading on the terrace overlooking the marina - heaven!
