• JORGE IVAN CARDONA OCAMP (1/5): Nos cancelaron la reserva el mismo día en que llegamos al hotel. - Nada Estos HP nos cancelaron, justo al momento de llegar al hotel nos manifiestan que la reserva estaba cancelada, es un peligro hacer reservas con ellos.

• Jonas Moreira (9/5): Ótima - Apartamento amplo, bem cuidado e com onibus, em 7 minutos chegava ao centro de Dubrovnik. A comunicação com a empresa Broker não é pelas mensagens do booking. Na pressa da viagem, não tinha reparado nisso. Foi um erro meu, porém se a empresa acompanhasse as mensagens do booking seria melhor.
• alexandra (7/5): Appartement bien situé pour un court séjour à Dubrovnik - Appartement bien situé, spacieux, confortable et fonctionnel, bénéficiant d'une petite terrasse. Parking sous-terrain idéal et sécurisé. L'appartement est géré par une agence, ce qui peut rendre le check-in difficile. Dans notre cas, ce fut très laborieux (plus d'une heure d'attente et deux appels à l'agence) car l'agence n'a pas réagi suite aux informations de check-in que nous avions fournies en amont. De plus, l'appartement mériterait un nettoyage de fond ainsi qu'un renouvellement des draps, serviettes et certains ustensiles de cuisine.
• Andres (1/5): Awful - The apartment was dirty, there is not towels, the post Said that the parking was free and we have to pay 126€ at the end when we were leaving. Everything was awful, never returning here. DO NOT COME TO THIS APARTMENT.
• António (8/5): Great stay in Dubrovnik - The host was very nice and allowed us a to check-out later. The bed was very big. The kitchen was well equipped. Big apartment in a modern bulding. The location is perfect, walkable to the old town and to a great beach. Also there is a bus stop and a supermarket right next to the building. The shower was not so practical and the house could be a bit more clean. The windows seem to not close 100%.
• Dragan (4/5): If the agency, who runs booking in the name of the owner, starts doing their job as they should, we would definitely sta - The very location is excellent. You can get on foot in 15 minutes to almost every part of the city. It has elevator, parking inside building, groceries shop nearby, gas station in front of the building, and the host is very polite and she met our every need. The agency who runs the booking for property (in our experience) is not running it as it should. The booking instructions was very confusing. The cannels of communication was mail or land line number, which adds additional cost to monthly operators bill. No Viber or Whatsapp number. That's the first issue. The second issue was the cleanliness of the apartment. It was horrible. There was dust everywhere! Hair in bathtub, lipstick stains on glasses, meal stains on dining table... Shame on the agency for not taking care of such beautiful apartment.
• Anirudh (10/5): - The place is ideal for tourists. It’s walkable from city centre. It’s around a quiet neighbourhood with all amenities available nearby. The hosts were really warm and welcoming.
• Gerhard (5/5): Passable - Good location but the apartment is starting to show the age what would be ok if the cleanliness would be good. Bathroom and toilet very dirty and moldy. Rest of the apartment a deep cleaning is needed as well as its dusty and sticky almost everywhere.
• Verified traveler (6/5): 広いです - 空港シャトルバスや旧市街に行くバス停の目の前だったので便利でした。 部屋はリビングと寝室に分かれており、広かったです。バスタブもありました。 一般の方も住んでいるマンションの一室といった感じで、フロントなどはありません。30分前までに仲介業者に到着時間を連絡してください、となっており、2時間前に到着時間を連絡しましたが返信がなく、到着しても誰もおらず、ビルのスタッフの方から電話をしていただいてもつながらず、何度か電話してやっとつながり、そこからオーナーさんに連絡していただいてやっとチェックインできました。待ち時間がもったいなかったですし、不安になりました。 オーナーさんはとても優しい方でした。 キッチンにはトースターやレンジ、食器、ケトルなどがありましたが、ケトルにはいつから入っているかわからない水が入っており、キッチンの排水口は詰まり気味でした。机も汚れが目立っており、清潔とは言えませんでした。 部屋は広く、場所もよいので、シャワーして寝るだけというくらいであれば、値段も手頃でよいかと思います。
• Boglarka (5/5): The apartment was ok. - Should be properly cleaned before renting out, also you can see that the apartment was used and there was no refurbishment. Windows would not close, the bed linen looked like used. The bed in the livening room very uncomfortable. Neighbours were very noisy early morning, and you could hear everything, even when they were talking. The location is great, and owner is friendly.
• Ahmad (10/5): HoliYAY - The owner is very friendly and really helpful. The facility was very good and walking distance from both beaches and main station bus.
• Weslei (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is incredible, very comfortable, has kitchen utensils, stove and refrigerator, the wifi connection was very good, the location is very good, next to a bus stop that takes you to the old town, 5 minutes walk from a supermarket, on the ground floor there is a very good restaurant with great prices, the garage is on the third basement, but to access it you need to get a card from the owner, so before entering the garage contact the rental agent or owner.
• Clinton (10/5): The apartment provided for convenient arrival and sightseeing. - Good restaurant in the building. Grocery across the street Nothin to dislike.
