Ms Songui Seo (Welcome Experience Agent) and Mr Maurizio Roberti (W Insider) were incredibly helpful and kind to us during our stay between May 15 and May 17. Ms Songui Seo in particular took care of a significant number of requests and always directed us or advised us with the utmost professionalism and always with a smile. I am not entirely sure how Trip Advisor Reviews work but it is my opinion is that the hotel should praise both Mr Roberti and Ms Seo for their work and I would like to thank them. You can tell right away that the team here pays attention to the details. They did a few thoughtful things for our group that made it feel like more than just a hotel stay, which meant a lot especially since it was our sendoff night. It didn’t feel scripted or over the top, just genuinely considerate. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and on it without being pushy. Front desk, concierge, bar staff, all consistent. It felt easy the whole time, which is not always the case at higher-end hotels. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a great energy. It feels like a W, but a really well-run one. Clean, well designed, and everything worked the way you want it to. Ending our trip in Osaka could have gone a lot of ways, but this made it feel like a proper finale. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation. Really appreciate the team for making it a great last night.

The W Osaka is hip, it's modern, the room was stylish and unique and I was having so much fun, my husband had to drag me out of the hotel to do any sightseeing... My only regret was not booking a longer stay. The weekday lunch at Oh.lala was just as fun, and the service was fantastic! I wish I had known earlier! A huge thank you to the amazing team for the warm, inviting atmosphere - I felt I was not doing you all justice if I did not write a review because you are all so awesome! I’m already dreaming of the next stay!

The hotel was super stylish and very cool, not above all it was very comfortable, spacious and the staff were extremely good. We couldn’t justify the expense of a third bed for our 9 year old son to sleep in so that meant two of us squishing into a standard double bed. Sadly we wouldn’t stay here again because of that, as we did not sleep well.

- Rosemary (10/5): We absolutely loved it and would not hesitate to stay there again. - The hotel was magnificent. The service was truly excellent. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The restaurants were fantastic. There was nowhere to sit quietly and read a book with a drink. The Living Room was excellent sitting at the bar having a drink but the lounge seating area was pretty much booked out daily.

Everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless experience. Their warmth made the stylish environment feel instantly welcoming. To my delightful surprise, I was lucky enough to be welcomed by a cocktail party hosted by the GM and we were greeted by the loyalty manager Raymond and it was a fantastic opportunity to mingle and feel like a valued guest, setting the tone for the entire stay. Besides, I took full advantage of the FIT facility and had an incredible morning run with PT Jason. He was knowledgeable, motivating, and tailored the session perfectly. Running through the waking streets of Osaka with a professional guide was a unique and invigorating way to start the day—highly recommend booking a session with him! Overall, the W Osaka masterfully combines its iconic, high-energy design with moments of genuine personal connection and bespoke wellness. I can’t wait to return.

Tomoko gave me a relaxing massage and had a nice chat with me. She even helped checked if the shops in the area would open on the new year day.
