- Yanagawa (1/5): 最低。 - If you make a reservation and don't reply to the owner's message, the reservation will be canceled without your permission. You will not be able to stay at the accommodation you reserved, but will be taken to a different accommodation and charged the same price. It's very unpleasant. I definitely do not recommend this accommodation management company. 予約をしてオーナーからの連絡を返信しないと勝手に予約を取り消される。予約した宿には泊まれず、違う宿に案内され同じ料金を請求してくる。非常に不愉快。絶対にお勧めしない宿の管理会社。

Can be a little noisy in the evenings but everything is quiet by 10pm. Many thanks to my hosts

- Van (1/5): This host is awful! - Nothing They asked me for deposit after the booking is confirmed to be "pay at the property". When I refused, they changed my room to another address with a bad attitude. I refused and had to book another hotel at 9.30 p.m while standing on the street with my suitcase.

- Giulia (7/5): Good - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Very friendly staff. The room was also very quite despite there is a bar on the groundfloor. I booked a room with balcony but in reality it was not available (so I would recommend to double check before your arrival). I wanted to book a taxi from the airport, but the owner did not answer my message the day before my arrival. It was not very clear how the cleaning worked (after 4 days I had to ask to change my towels despite the cleaning was supposed to be provided on a daily basis).

- Kaya (1/5): Avoid at all costs! Host treats tourists like dirt. - Never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in an accommodation before. Host is very argumentative and made my first night in the country very distressing as a female solo traveller. I had messaged in advance I would not be able to check in until 10pm as I was coming from the airport. They accepted my arrival time and responded, not mentioning that this was an issue. Check in time on the listing also stated until 23:30pm by the way. On arrival, instantly told I was “too late to check in” and once I got to my room realised I had been given a completely different room type and was filthy. I was told I had missed check in and my apartment had been given away. She purposely kept this information from me during check in and payment. The previous guest had clearly just left and the room had not been cleaned at all only the bed remade. She made a remark as if it was an act of goodwill to give me this room “as it was raining”. The host is incredibly unprofessional and dishonest, blaming me the entire time and being extremely rude. Shower was dirty and hairs all over the floor everywhere , dirty washing in the sink and stains on sheets and table. I was promised my room would be ready for the next day however was offered very basic rooms that were not what I paid for at all after waiting around half the day. I left and booked somewhere else so much nicer for the same price. Did not even refund me for the night I did not stay.
