• Ricardo (7/5): Apart aceptable y barato - Ubicacion aceptable. Lo bueno que tiene una parada de bus a pocos metros y supermercado pequeño cerca. Apart bien equipado y limpio. Muy buena atención de su dueña. El precio es barato La cama y colchon muy incomodos. Poco espacio en habitación. Limitada iluminación en habitación. Agua caliente para bañarse duraba 3 minutos y terminaba bañándome con agua fria. No tiene microondas.

• Malcolm (10/5): Home away from home close to Dubrovnik Old City. - Elena met us at the apartment (she lives across the road so could see us arriving) and greeted us with a warm welcome, pouring us cool fruit juice and gifting us a bowl of fresh fruit! This was very appreciated, given our bus from Montenegro was 2 hours late and we’d missed our stop to the apartment, so went around the local bus route 1.5 times! The bus driver and locals helped us figure out where to get off, they were very friendly. Dubrovnik is a clean, hospitable and well ordered city with a wonderful climate, what a pleasure to visit and stay at Apartment Joky. Elena has set the place up superbly, with everything you’d expect, including extras like laundry detergent & pegs. Unlike other apartments that say ‘self-contained’, Elena obviously cooks, because all the things you could possibly need to cook up a storm are there. It’s so brilliant to have a quality washing machine, detergent and a line in the sun, so that you can catch up on your laundry. We will be back for a week next time! These are all tiny hassles in what is a brilliant place with a wonderful owner! The bed frame (particularly the slats) is getting a little long in the tooth, so just be gentle with it. The bed doesn’t quite fit in the bedroom, so you can’t quite close the door. There’s no door on the kitchen, and no window covering on the kitchen window, so you can’t get things quite as dark as you might like if you are trying to sleep when it’s light. If you’re carrying heavy cases (which we were) there are about 20 stairs to get to street level.

• Megan (9/5): Great stay, very friendly host. - Great location, 10 mins walk to the old town/ city walls. 20 minutes from the port/ bus station. A bit longer if carrying luggage. Host was very helpful! We were late arriving and she was happy to wait for us and she left some fruit and cold juice which we appreciated so much after a long afternoon travelling. She gave us tips and things we could do the next day. Nothing

Tiene lavarropas, soga en el exterior para colgar ropa, heladera, cocina completa, es super amplio, a menos de 15 minutos del centro caminando. También podes llegar caminando desde la estación de buses (15 minutos) Pudimos dejar las valijas unas horas antes del check in. La persona que nos atendió (era quien estaba limpiando el depto) fue super amable. Todo fue excelente

• PANAGIOTIS (10/5): Ειλικρινά αξίζει. - Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Αν και το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε παλιά οικοδομή, μέσα ήταν καθαρό και είχε τα πάντα. Πολύ κεντρικό γιατί πήγαινες εύκολα στην παλιά πόλη ( είχε στάση λεωφορείου στα 30 μ). Η υπεύθυνη του καταλύματος ήταν ευγενική. Η τιμή του ήταν πολύ ελκυστική για την τοποθεσία και της πόλης του Ντουμπρόβνικ. Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης μπροστά από το κτίριο. Θα μπορούσε να γίνει μία ανανέωση στο διπλό κρεββάτι.

• ingrid (10/5): estadia perfecta - el departamento es realmente bonito, pero ademas es cómodo, muy limpio, tiene de todo, puedes cocinar si quieres. el TV es smart, así puedes ver lo que quieras en el idioma que quieras. La ubicación es buena, porque está bien conectado en transporte público y si quieres caminar, igual bien. La anfitriona 10 de 10, nos dejó fruta, jugo, almendras y naranjitos confitadas y nos permitió guardar las maletas el ultimo día. Recomiendo el alojamiento, sin dudas volvería. Le lit et les draps était passablement propre mais vieux excepté les couvertures en extra aurait besoin d’un peu plus de fraîcheur et les vielles serviettes rendu un peu sec Voilà

• Katarzyna (6/5): Skąd "fantastyczny" ? - Lokalizacja, miła właścicielka, miłe powitanie. Kosz owocow i sok. W szafkach kawa i herbara. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Bezplatny parking na miejscu właścicielki. Lokal nadaje się praktycznie do remontu. Wody ciepłej brak w łazience jak i w kuchni. Brak należytej czystości. Klimatyzacja jak i ogrzewanie tylko w salonie i nie ma możliwości nagrzania całego lokalu. Wystające progi w drzwiach. Na zdjęciach są pokazane całkiem inne meble w salonie jak i kuchenny stół w realu jest to stara kanapa i stół z brudna ceratą. Używane przybory kuchenne jak gąbka, ściereczka. W sypialni nad głową nie przymocowana połka, ktora moze spaść na glowę. Z zewnątrz budynku "tragedia". Od przodu stara fasada, a widok z okna na plac pełen kotów i ogólnego bałaganu. Dużo wynagradza bardzo przemiła właścicielka, ale czy to wystarczy to nie jestem przekonana.
• YAJIMA (6/5): 寝具とバスルーム以外は問題なかった。 - ホストが優しい。ウェルカムドリンク、ウェルカムフルーツがある。アメニティが充実。パスタ、米、小麦粉、コーヒー、紅茶、塩、コショウがある。キッチンの設備、調理器具かなり充実していた。洗濯機は問題なく作動する。 チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりもあった。 追加の毛布をリクエストしたところ、毛布を4枚も用意してくれた。 寝具が凄く汗臭かった。これはかなり苦痛でした。寝室にはエアーコンディショナーがありません。しかし予め追加の毛布をリクエストすれば問題ありませんでした。 バスルームのお湯に制限がある。5分で水になります。タンクの水がお湯に変わるまでに時間がかかるので、2人で宿泊している場合は計画的にシャワーを浴びる必要がある。私たちが宿泊したのは冬だったので特に大変でした。

The host is very welcoming. It wasn't clear that there is an AC in the living room only. The bedroom is a tiny box barely fitting the bed and it was too hot to be there at night. Slept on a sofa in the living room.

L' appartamento é piccolo ma ha tutto ciò che serve , frigorifero, cucina ben attrezzata, due letti, lavatrice, filo per stendere... ecc. La Signora Helena é gentile ed é stata disponibile. La pulizia dell'appartamento potrebbe essere migliorata.

• Tomáš (10/5): klidné tiché ubytování s klimatizací - velice ochotná a laskavá hostitelka na google maps je bohužel špatně zobrazená adresa, takže jsem čekali cca 2 bloky jinde, velice ochotně pro nás zaběhla a navedla na správné místo, pak nám dala i spoustu užitečných informací a na uvítání jsme dostali výborný vychlazený jablečný džuš, který velice osvěžil v horkém letním večeru

À notre arrivée, elle nous a offert un verre et partagé des recommandations sur les lieux à visiter. Le logement était propre, bien équipé, confortable, et situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, idéal pour découvrir les environs à pied. Je recommande vivement !

Cuina ben equipada. Estenedor d'interior i d'exterior, ideal per les tovalloles de platja. Llit de matrimoni amb matalàs massa tou. Sofà-llit molt incòmode.

• Marius Alexandru (7/5): Ar fi putut fi ok! - Mobilier nou, modern, locație aproape de cetate și plaja (15-20 minute). Motivul pentru care am dat 7 a fost faptul ca frigiderul mirosea groaznic, practic nu l am putut folosi toată perioada în care am stat acolo. Alesesem un acest gen de apartament tocmai pentru a avea acces la plita, frigider (electrocasnice) dar din cauza mirosului de carne stricată nu am putut folosi frigiderul. Pe tv și mobilier era praf. Doamna care ne a întâmpinat a fost foarte sociabilă și ne a ajutat cu informații utile dar nu a făcut curățenie și nu a spălat frigiderul în care cineva probabil uitase alimente care ulterior s au stricat.

She also showed us to the parking space. The apartment was a short walk from Old City Dubrovnik, which was a beautiful place to explore. The washing machine was useful after a week on the road.

Place de parking pour la voiture juste devant la chambre,et gratuite, très appréciable à Dubrovnik.Appartement à 20 mn à pied de la porte pile de la vieille ville. Rideau de douche un peu court,et ballon d'eau chaude un peu petit.

• carolina (5/5): Una propietaria de lujo pero no lo volveria a elegir - La propietaria una maravilla de persona y muy bien ubicado El departamento tenia feo olor en el baño, la ropa de cama del sofacama parecia vieja , muy usada y los colchones hundidos. La pieza muy pequeña, de hecho un costado de la cama estaba contra la pared. Entraba olor a pis de gato por la ventana del comedor. La parte exterior del edificio vieja y mal mantenida

Спалнята е супер миниатюрна, леглото съответно също е малко и долепено до стената, което е страшно неудобно. Чистотата е под всякаква критика, но най- големия проблем е, че бойлерът е много малък и топлата вода е достатъчна колкото един човек да си вземе душ, ние бяхме трима и къпането беше истинско приключение.

Την πρωτη μερα μας υποδέχτηκε στο καταλλημα με φρουτα γλυκα χυμο, μας ειχε ηδη μακαρονια να μαγειρεψουμε και πληθος απο αφρολουτρα στο μπανιο μεχρι και σαπουνι για το προσωπο Λιγο αβολος ο καναπες-κρεβατι

• KONSTANTINA (9/5): Για καλοκαίρι οκ για χειμώνα όχι - Ωραίο και καθαρό σπίτι μόλις 20 λεπτά από την παλιά πόλη και με δικό του πάρκινγκ. Η οικοδέσποινα πάρα πολύ ευγενική και μας κέρασε φρούτα και χυμό και μας έδωσε χρήσιμες συμβουλές για την πόλη. Το υπνοδωμάτιο δεν έχει μέθοδο θέρμανσης καμία και ήταν πάρα πολύ κρύο αν και χρησιμοποιήσαμε όλες τις διαθέσιμες κουβέρτες
