Phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, phòng ngủ tách ngủ gian khách ở 2 người thoải mái. Đường đỗ xe ô tô hơi bé. Ô tô phải gửi ngoài k có chỗ để bên trong, phòng ẩm thấp, có mùi chua và hôi, cảm giác k sạch sẽ đấy sẽ là điểm trừ lớn nhất

Hoàng (5/5): Giá hợp lý vì ở trung tâm tuy nhiên - Gần trung tâm và phòng rất rộng đủ tiện nghi ( mặc dù đồ cũ ) Bát đĩa mẻ , bồn tắm chảy nước trực tiếp ra sàn, nước bẩn , bồn cầu bẩn , vòi tắm han gỉ . Khoá từ hỏng , nhân viên không chuyên nghiệp.

HSIN-YI (6/5): - There are many restaurants nearby the hotel. 1.The receptionist can't speak English. 2.Need to double confirm the reservation room before check-in or the receptionist wouldn't know he should give which room card to you. 3.The hot water is not enough to full of the bathtub.

Mārtiņš (10/5): Nice place if you want your space. - A nice, large, serviced appartment. We stayed for a week and had to work par time, this did the trick for us quite nice. The wifi was good, there is scooter parking on site, a 'guard' 24/7 at the enterance, and elevator. The water was hot, okey size fridge and some pots in case you want to make your own food. AC (no heating function) Overall nice experience.? There is a SUPER cheap, reasanoble quality, sushi place close by. Everything ws fine.

Maria (10/5): Exceptional - It's a very cozy room that I didn't want to leave. It's got everything: a bathroom, stove, microwave, rice cooker, fridge, drinking water cooler, and great internet for remote workers. The room was cleaned every second day. Within walking distance, there is a store, pharmacy, coffee shops, and many Japanese restaurants. We'll definitely be back here next time.

Andy (1/5): Scam Warning!! - !! Scam Warning !! booked a 70m2 two bedroom. When we arrived at 7 pm the apartment was already rented out and in there system they have placed us in a one bedroom apartment. I told them we are 4 adult and they try to convince us to take it also AND they wanted us to move to another apartment on another street(also same host )on our last night. After some exchange they moved us to another street with two 1 bedroom apartment instead. !!!!! Here the tricky part, they wanted us to cancel the booking and there excuse was so it match on there system. I believe they wanted me to cancel the booking so I cant write a review about our experience and how they treat us. Be carful before you guys book here. If its pre paid and you cancel on arrive on the same situation as me and want to find something new maybe you wouldn't get money back. For me i paid on spot so even if i cancel i wouldn't lose money

Đức (1/5): Don't stay at the place or any of their other places - Facilities is ok but not as good as described, but i booked an one bedroom apartment but have to stay in a small studio Service is really really bad. I booked for one bedroom apartment on booking.com, in the morning the day I we checked-in they send me message on Booking and asked for deposit otherwise they won't keep our room. I missed the message. It really hot when I came check in, but they said they sold out their room and moved us to other place. And we booked for one bedroom apartment but they gave us a tiny studio. We are tired so decided to stay. Then when we already checked in, room service lady entered with her pass key because she didn't know the room was sold. Really bad experience. The facitities is acceptable but all serviced they served was not as they described

Siok (1/5): not able to stay as they have no room for me. - the room booking is confirmed but when I arrived, there said there is no room for me and cancelled my booking. they want to transfer me to another property which is very far away. I need to pay for my transportation fees and need to stay at a far location and lower grade of the hotel. very very bad experience and very unprofessional. if there inso room available, how can they accept the booking and confirm? and there is no explanation but just ask me to check in another property they have.

Diar (5/5): Bad host bad communication. - Good WiFi Friendly security guy Enough cookware we booked for 5 days The day before they host contact us that our room was not available yet so we needed to stay at another location. and promised us to move our luggage the next day. day after at the end we did it ourself. there was no host. only a security guy the guy was very friendly and helpful i give him a 10 there was no cleaning. they cleaned 1 day but we needed to ask it the bed was very small so if you travel with a family this is not a room for you.
Ash (5/5): Pretty basic - There was a table so I could work. A laundry service was done regularly. Apartment was cleaned regularly. Was moved to a new place at the last minute. I chose an apartment with a couch and cooking facilities, so i could do some cooking. There was no couch in the apartment i was moved to. There was a hob, but no frying pans, woks or cooking equipment. The WiFi connection also failed when the neighbours got home. There were two old tvs that were unused as no streaming or smart tv function. And at that price, it's not good enough. I'm comparing this to other apartments in Vietnam. The apartment I left in Malaysia. And my new apartment in Cambodia.
Keean (1/5): Stuff made of nightmares. Avoid. - Better than sleeping on the street I guess. I usually try stay positive in everything but this tested me in every single way. We arrived to find there was no room for us because they had overbooked. We waited 6 hours for an ant-infested room with no hot water and we’re told we could only stay for one night (instead of 4 which we booked). We were moved to another of their properties in a different part of the city which had none of the same facilities, no security, no reception and no customer service. I requested a refund for the first 2 nights we had been there so we could find somewhere to stay for the remaining 2 but they said no and insisted on moving us again but we’d have to wait 4 hours and there was no guarantee of this one being better. They said if we wanted to wash our clothes then we could go to a different property (separate from the previous 3). On top of this, the bed was solid as a rock so I ended up finding a sofa in some random garage - almost surreal.

There was no cleaning for many days, sometimes three days in a row; ants in a cabin, dead ants in a water dispenser; constant necessity to ask for stuff that must be received automatically everyday; non-obvious check-in (no normal lobby in the hotel), also impossible to ask anything at night, because of no staff at work.
Andreas (7/5): Decent stay in a not so busy area - I was really happy about the room which I stayed in - spatial and clean. I checked in around 6-7pm and there was a security man there to do the check-in. The accommodation has a 24/7 security man staying at ground floor. AC was working fine and it wasn’t a very noisy area. WiFi and smart tv. The host responded swiftly through the chat in Booked.com app. Although this stay isn’t perfect, I do recommend it and I will probably stay here the next time I visit Hà Nội. Even though I liked my stay, there’s a few things that I didn’t like. First thing is that I selected to pay on arrival. However, the host contacted me the same day as I planned to arrive while I was travelling through airports, telling me that the accommodation is fully booked and I have to pay in advance through online banking to keep my booking. This felt very sketchy and unprofessional and nothing you want to add to your already existing travel stress. Second is that there is no clear instructions regarding the check-in process and I felt a bit lost when I arrived to the location. Third I made the booking for the larger room but when I came my room I noticed that I had been given the room that is the smaller one. Fourth, there’s no information in the room regarding WiFi password or anything related to the stay.
