- Neslie (8/5): - The property was ok for the price
- Jose Gregory (1/5): -
- Deltario (10/5): -
- XAVIER (1/5): Never again - The night time front desk attendant must have been asleep. No one at the front desk. I walked 1 mile down the road to another hotel at 3:00am.
- Startaveious (9/5): -
- Sheena (10/5): -
- Richard (10/5): Perfect - The cleaness of the room was excellent and the hotel as a whole was great
- Patricia (1/5): I will never stay there again or recommend to anyone - Close to theme park Very very very rude night clerk, dog barking in room, dirty elevator, broken glass beer bottles outside. People drinking and causing disturbances infront of building hanging out by their cars. No extra towels after 6pm
- Juliana Maria (4/5): Ruim - Localização Corredor e quartos fedendo a cigarro e baratas no quarto
- Luisel (1/5): Desastrre - Si elcuartoestaba linpio Reservation las muchasqqueson empleadasestaban sentadas enclosed counter ylos pasilos estabanunos ninos coriando escuter destroy deml hotel yo no reconmadaria a nadies para ese hotel
- Christopher (10/5): - Location. The room was great. Staff was great Bathroom was lil dirty n few places un the room. But nothing to keep away from
- Lightburn (10/5): Very nice hotel it’s was just in a dark area - Friendly Location

- myrick (7/5): -
- Deivakkani (2/5): Worst stay. Don't choose. - The property location. The staff, ambience including the restroom exhaust fan & door lock, TV remote weren't working, when reported the staff there was rude.
- Brasil (10/5): -
- Jonathan (10/5): -
- Ciara (4/5): - The whole building smelled horrible. There were boxes of fruit in the lobby. The room smelled horrible as well.
- Tonja (5/5): - Location I arrived T 11:15 pm and there was a sign to call with the phone on the wall for late night check in. I stood there and called over and over again for 45 minutes, and could hear the phone ringing behind the counter where no one was working. Another family came in and then another family and despite us all calling over and over again it wasn’t until close to 1230am before someone arrived to check us in. It kind of looked as if she had been asleep. She was friendly but it was diagusting that it took us ALL almost an hour to simply get checked in.
- Dwayne (3/5): Unpleasant/unsatisfactory - Nothing like the images online; this property needs a team that dedicated to cleaning the rooms and the front desk staff needs help it was only one person doing everything. AC looked rusty from the inside and the air vent in the bathroom has not been cleaned for months. In order for my family and I to stay the night I had to clean the tub/toilet and other areas in the room was not up to standards.
- Jackeline (3/5): Outside good, interior smells and is not taken care of. - Location and has tv channels. It smelled, and there were suspicious people outside hanging around. Instincts went off and we left the same night. Floor areas felt hollow, water damage.
Water pressure was low, and shower heads were unclean.
Elevator inspections were not present but on file, it seemed as if there hasn’t been an inspection in a while.
- INDIKA (1/5): Piece of shit - Oh my God, I never seen place like before. Noisy, Dirty Room & Unhelpful Staff. do not recommend this for anyone. Dirtiest hotel I ever seen in my life. Nothing.
- Tricia (2/5): -
- Krystal (10/5): 😳 - Location I did not like how on the website it showed a pretty decent hotel. Upon arrival, I noticed 2 to 3 windows open on second and third floor like they were airing out something or maybe the AC didn’t work in the room ..When you walk in, it looks like a ran down apartment duplex in the projects ,doors and walls filthy ,elevator smelled ,dogs barking throughout the night and loud noises coming through wall. When I cut the shower on it overwhelmed me with a strong order that smelled like urine coming from the tub. After I realize that
it was actually People Homes I tried to have a better understanding. Although they should take in consideration of the guests.. But I blame myself you get what you pay for..
- Jessmarie (2/5): - Olía mucho a perro la entrada . No tenía cortinas la habitación estraba toda la claridad .el aire acondicionado de cada 5 minutos tumbaba
- Jessenia (8/5): -
- Tony (7/5): Some improvements could be made, but overall a good hotel especially for the value - Close to everything I needed. The room was clean and a comfortable size for an extended stay. I didn’t feel like I was in a stuffy hotel room, but almost like an apartment or efficiency. I wish there was a sitting space that was not the bed or deck in my room. The shower water could have been a bit warmer as well. Also, if guests with pets could be in one designated area of the hotel that would prevent pet orders in the hallways. Staff was pleasant and helpful when they were accessible. Having to pay extra for kitchen supplies or fresh towels was a bit disappointing S well.
- Brionna (4/5): Not sanitary, would not recommend. - The property was close to Disney and a lot of other attractions. It was not comfortable at all I would never book again. I woke up with red bumps on my arms, lamp has mold and all types of rust, we have to go buy our own towels for a bath because the staff didn’t provide any when we asked for them, the towel in our bathroom was on the floor with stains, we asked for new sheets and they gave us “washed” sheets with stains on them. There was dog poop infront of our door and they only put a sign infront of it instead of cleaning it up. There was such a bad odor in the halls, elevator and our room. The fire alarm was falling off the walls, our tv would not work and when it did it barely lasted, the mini trash can outside that I guess we were supposed to take our own trash down was completely full everyday and everyone just had their garbage outside their doors, the walls were extremely thin I could hear the couple next to us mind u I had little children with me. Overall it was very unsanitary and I have a son with sickle cell disease.
- Jonathan (6/5): -
- Selma Joseph (2/5): - Smoking smell inside the room
- Aileen (3/5): Totally unpleasant odors and cleaning - Near to Disney parks The rooms and common areas were dirty all week. The guests take out the garbage and spend days in front of the front door of the hotel
- Florizon (9/5): -
- Nunez (6/5): -
- 389chaisem (10/5): Wonderful hotel! - The rooms are absolutely beautiful! The management and staff are always so nice and helpful! Always clean and are on call for emergencies anytime or just questions! :) very convenient location as well!
- yulitzao898 (10/5): Family friendly - Nice place for long term stay family friendly. School bus stops close by and the staff is really helpful. Close to 192 restaurants
- michellebV7063XI (10/5): Clean place - Good location very convenient close to Walmart and a lot of restaurants. I recommend this for families relocating or needing long term stay
- Luryan (2/5): -
- Gabriela (1/5): I think this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in - Nothing at all Everything it was so dirty
- Karen (8/5): -
- Ananda (2/5): They should give better service - Not clean, no shower curtain , no toilet paper no one there to provide the items needed.
- Jamie (1/5): It was bad... - There was a roach in my room so I didn't feel comfortable so I left an hour after checking in Everything
- Deltario (10/5): -
- P3782NQwilliams (10/5): Great placa - They are good and they are kind. Good location and great service. I recommend this place for temporary housing or vacation
- Eleanor (10/5): Very good - Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.
- Krystal (1/5): - Ubicación No funcionaba el elevador
- Ashley (1/5): Do not stay here - Not one thing A/c did not work in room no one was on site to even move us to another room. Elevators was shut down so you had to use the stairs. Hotels smells very bad and the people outside were smoking marijuana. There was crumbs in the room stuff all over the head boards and the tv was all smeared with something. Not to mention there was feet prints all over the wall in the room. Disguisting!
- Tyler (10/5): -
- Nivea (7/5): Good last min, but you also get what you pay for… - The location was perfect! The area left me just minutes away from a workshop I was attending for my job. The staff was super friendly upon arrival particularly as I was traveling with a service animal. The room is equipped with a kitchenette, but unfortunately no kitchenware to use such as cookware, utensils, china, or glassware. Side note, no toiletries are provided either so you will want to be sure you have travel sized soaps and such. While the price and location were prime, it was unfortunate that the facility was rented out by quite a few sketchy and questionable individuals. There was an overwhelming smell of marijuana both inside and outside of the hotel. There were used condoms found both throughout the parking lot and around the garbage receptacles on the sidewalk along with large household type bags of trash. With that being said, there was an exorbitant amount of “activity” which can clearly be heard through the walls at all times of day and night. Also to note, while this is an animal friendly stay, I did not locate any disposal stations for dog waste and multiple owners were observed walking, but not cleaning up after their pet.
- Cecilia (4/5): -
- Malinda (9/5): -
- Joe (2/5): scary, loud, and not worth the rate climbing 4 floors each day, multiple times a day sometimes - Location only elevator do not work the 2 weeks i was there, and my room was on the 4th floor………when i checked in there was a cop looking for a fugitive…….staircases were always filthy………and the hallways smelled horrible
- Jeisson sptik (4/5): They can work a bit more on cleaning of the halls. - Location The smells were so strong at the halls.
- Andy (5/5): -
- savonh529 (10/5): I love it here🤗 - I love it here the manager that employees they are really nice. I have no problem with them. I have no complaints. I love the price. It’s in my budget because of the different apps to make it cheaper. I give this hotel 10 star because of the price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- yaakov (4/5): Run fast and run far - Booked for 5 nights only stayed for 2.
Girl at the front desk was very nice other than that this place is a real dump. Stay at your own risk. For about 24-30$ more a night there are plenty of other options where you can put your feet on the floor and use the shower.
- VICTOR HUGO (1/5): -
- Carmel (2/5): Hotel.com is denying my review and photos - Drug dealers outside, selling drugs, dog urine everywhere, staircase hallways. The hotel room door was heavy and kept getting stuck all night you hear dogs barking. Save yourself the headache and don’t even bother find somewhere else. Requested to be refunded and they refused so I will dispute with my bank
- adO7311TI (2/5): Rude manager doesn’t keep up with the hotel - I have had major heart issues and had to climb the stairs daily because elevator has been broken for months the manager David doesn’t have it fixed!! He just gives you the run around which you can tell he is lying through his teeth. Which is a big safety issue when all the floors have ADA rooms. Make the 1st floor for all the disabled people. Plus David is the rudest employee in that hotel Cheyenne, Lyra not sure thee other girl who works till the evening people get there deserve raises to deal with poor management. Plus the lobby and all floors hallways & stairs have odors don’t even replace the air fresheners to make the hotel smell better and mop the hallways and stairs floors daily. How do you expect people think rooms are when they smell odors everywhere and floors and stairwells are dirty! This hotel needs new management! Plus ESA if you bought out some WoodSpring suites should have updated the hotel still logos where the fitness center was! Lobby where guest check in so much waste of space. The vending machines should be moved in the lobby or laundry room replace luggage carts that don’t fall apart
- Domonique (8/5): -
- rilya (2/5): - Elevators was broken , they tried to give me room on 4th floor im like im not walking up all them stairs… then they gave me on on second floor. stair hallways smelled sooo bad, hallways smelled bad. Stains on sheets NEVER AGAIN. Even the key card was filthy i had to disinfect it.
- R2779LQdanielo (10/5): Good location - Located on a centric are close to shopping and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cheyene the front desk was very nice
- Maria (2/5): - Manger unprofessional
- Vanessa (7/5): Good -
- Andrea (4/5): Disappointing - I loved the location , everything is close by but will not stay here again. The check in process was a hassle as I requested late check in coming from the Disney Parks and upon arrival no one was at the front desk. Had to call staff through phone in lobby and it took a while to get a hold of her. Once she came down she was very friendly and got me up to my room right away. However the elevators were broken and the room was on third floor. So taking everything up was not fun. Was disappointed and did not feel safe when I arrived to my room and the door would not lock you could push it right open. Had to go back down the stairs to request a room change and then back up the stairs with all my stuff again to the fourth floor where I was finally able to settle in. The hallways and stairs smelled like pet urine so not pleasant at all. There were pubic hairs in the shower. The comfort of the bed was ok. Overall the stay wasn't horrible and great price however I do not see myself staying here again.
- Karen (2/5): - Was not able to check in. When we arrived we were told my room was on the 4th floor but the elevator was not working. Completely inconvenient for me and my family. So we booked a room at another hotel, but I was told that I would not be charged for the night and a note was added to my reservation indicating I cancelled due to faulty equipment. Needless to say I was charged. I would not recommend this hospital hotel.
- Sam (9/5): Superb -
- sheenah952 (10/5): Very nice hotel - The staff is amazing and very friendly. They are willing to work with you. The rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable.
- Nerissa Nissan (2/5): - Horrible only one set of towels we had to either buy towels or wash them no exercise room they reed some updates to perform
- Jothimurugesan (4/5): - The elevator is not working, room is sticky while you walk with bare foot, its dusty. While check-in only they are informing elevator is not working. they are giving only 3rd floor. Last minute we couldn't resist this, so we planned to stay.
- Sira (4/5): Disappointing -
- Lauren (2/5): - Elevator broken. Unsafe for a woman to leave on her own to even get water. The online attendant told me to wait until 9 am for water.
- Rebeka (10/5): - Ok
- Yaslin (2/5): - The girl at the front desk was helpful and kind but the hotel was disgusting and a waste of money. There was a gross smell, the room had mold in the vent, elevators didn’t work. Would not stay here ever again.
- Mouse (1/5): Wish I can get re emburst honestly a.c was not even working properly - No breakfast The fact that I couldn't find anyone to change my sheets .there was blood on my sheets just got there .got the room and the bed sheets were used and with blood the bed was falling apart also
- Roberts (10/5): Great - Everything experience Nothing
- Roberts (10/5): Great - Clean professional
- Jaelyn (1/5): Bad -
- Roneshia (5/5): Passable -
- Robert (6/5): Pleasant -
- Betty (1/5): Unsanitary - location bed sheets were dirty and full of hair. Towels were also dirty and full of hair. Toilet didn't look clean. When we called and explained that we were given dirty towels , they told us we have to wait until the morning. When we explained that would not work we then were told we can leave.
- Diosdelie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (2/5): - First for everything, I had to check out less than 10 hours later.
- Ernest (1/5): Bad - Location Had fleas and ticks I also have video
- Ashley (2/5): Don’t stay here if you want sleep - Towels were dirty and can hear every noise around you. Barely got any sleep from all the noise and yelling.
- Colleen (7/5): It was good for the price. - It was good for the price.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Salvatore (4/5): Good to sleep then leave. - The room was sub-par. The hallways smelled like weed and the floor in the room was dirty. Definitely did not feel safe in the parking lot with all the people hanging around.
- Elizabeth (6/5): Not an extended stay - We came for two nights to spend time with family. Room was smaller than average. Advertised as an “extended stay suites” it did not have any basic amenities such as hangers, iron, blow dryer, coffee pot. The hotel also had a very strong oder of marijuana both inside and outside even though it was advertised as a no smoking hotel.
- Phuong (2/5): - People who travel from different states are already spending money on their flights. Including hotel. Why would you make people pay more money for the cooking utensils and even like cups, bowls, plates, etc etc. It's ridiculous. AND then, I stayed 10 days. Housekeeping is only allowed every 2 weeks? GROSS. I can see every 3 days. "You can pay to wash your comforters at the laundry downstairs" spending MORE money??? Just disgusting and filthy. I would NOT recommend this place NOR ever staying there. First and last time.
- Exploration207408 (10/5): Everything was good! - Everything was good! Easy check in and out. Clean rooms, the room and ac unit even smelled clean. All that made up for a subpar bed. However that is just a matter of preference and opinion. If I have to stay on 192 again... this is where I will stay.
- DORIS (2/5): - When I checked in the lady at the lobby looked tired n leaning over the table sleepy, My bathroom had no shower curtain, when I called I was told clean service were out duty to call back in the morning, headboards were dirty.
- Christine (1/5): uncomfortable , didn’t feel safe , checked out 5 minutes later - Nothing This hotel was so disgusting, and very uncomfortable . I have never been to such an awful hotel. The room itself was so gross, the smell of pot was so strong in the hallway outside the rooms someone down the hallway in one of the rooms was yelling and banging on the walls. My daughter and were so scared we went back to check in desk and told the lady that we can not stay there we were way to uncomfortable and didn’t feel safe. She told me it was ok she understood and that my credit card would be refunded in 10 days if not contact extended stay directly.
- Agatha (2/5): - extremely dirty, do not stay, smells horrible, window would not close, all the light came inside, pubic hair in the bathroom, dirty sheets, dirt and dust under the bed. im sorry just disgusting!
- Bullington (4/5): Not the best in terms of cleanliness and quality, but you get what you pay for. - I liked that it had an elevator and require a key card to enter residential area. There were roaches in the bathroom. They didn’t provide enough towels. The sheets were stained. Bed was super uncomfortable. The staff wasn’t very attentive. The hotel reeked of drugs
- Albertina (8/5): Very good -
- OnAir40283632925 (10/5): Great extended stay ever - I Love this extended stay David is the best GM I have ever meet he is very Knowledgeable about everything and the property is very clean it's pet friendly with absolutely no smells go book now. You will not regret it. Also the laundry room is always clean never dirty
- 136ajd (10/5): Exelent - Exelent service and employee, is good location close to Disney is a 5 minute to Animal Kingdom has a lot restaurant around and Walmart is a 5 minute Publix same, at side has a miny gulf and a different gif shop is close to old town and fun spot Kissimmee same to H2O Water park and Sunset walk
- Verified traveler (2/5): Very very bad - Terrible hotel sheets had stains hair all over shower and toilet seat floors wear sticky and nasty upon arrival. Stair way smelled like dog and hallways smelled like cat urine. Not worth it at all
- Tyler (1/5): Didn’t get help from front desk waited over an hour for help then got a late check in fee for 103 dollars and talked to - Nothing scam Scammed
