• Simona (4/5): provare non costa nulla ma magari non a quel costo •ᴗ• - La posizione La struttura era in un portone che presentava oltre un aspetto tetro ma la maniglia di quest’ultima era rotta ed inoltre rimaneva aperto quindi non è una cosa ottima per chi viaggia. La stanza si presentava ben disposta , letto singolo più matrimoniale ma il bagno molto piccolo e molto cupo . I servizi c’erano tutti, aria condizionata ,bollitore , lavandino, cucina si. Tranne il ferro da stiro e l’asse di quest’ultimo erano in comune nel corridoio . Corridoio chiamarlo così è eccessivo visto che la porta di una stanza era attaccata all’altra . La prima pecca è stato che il letto singolo non era pronto all’uso ma portava solo una coperta rossa e in seguito nella mattinata di ieri alle 8 di mattina precisamente l’acqua calda era terminata quindi c’è stato un Gran disagio. Ma la disponibilità della proprietaria non è contestabile , efficiente e ottimale come il servizio di transfer ottimo .

• Daniela (8/5): - Top Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Restaurants direkt nebenan. Ruhige Lage. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile, Waschmaschine. Die Vermieter waren nicht vor Ort, aber über WhatsApp sehr gut zu erreichen.
• Amberley (9/5): Good. Would stay again. - Great location (just go down the steps and you’re already in the town), Many restaurants nearby and a shops. The room was modern and comfortable. No tea, coffee, milk or bottled water provided, whereas other bed a breakfasts in Croatia did provide.

We had a lovely time in Dubrovnik. Just bare in mind lots of steps to get to the apartment, which we were aware of and wasnť problem for us at all. We had only small issue with the shower, sometimes the switch for the upper shower wasnť working properly.

No new towels and no cleaning service from start of stay to end. Cooking pan is too old and would be great to change it. Aircon must be checked before guests arrive.

• Nick (10/5): Amazing place - Amazing apartment, perfect hosts let us in earl so we didn’t have to carry our back packs around. Everything you need in room. Cooking & doing washing was a treat Well beyond the host’s control but A LOT of steep stairs would be no good with suitcases.

Not sure how often the washing machine is used but if that was removed and spaced used for a slightly bigger shower then would make a big difference.

The neighboring room you can hear EVERYTHING. it was a very unpleasant stay with loud noise form the neighboring room every single night, late night, early morning. It was not worth the price we paid to stay and I was unaware of the lay out of the unit. I was under the impression it was a private unit, not with another attached and only a thin wall between and a door separating.

Air conditioning worked well but AC unit is in main room amd doesn't cool bedroom much so that's the only negative.

Of course there are a few stairs which can be a bit inconvenient after a long day but it is part of Dubrovnik. The room is a good size, clean, has AC, hairdryer, washing maschine. Very helpful and welcoming host, arranged transfer from and to the airport which is 100% worse it. Had a lovely stay and would definetly go back. Only one small thing which i would add to the room. We were missing a small wardrobe where you can hang your clothes and dresses, but apart from this everything was amazing.
• Claire (10/5): Fantastic location in Old Town - So central! You couldn’t get any closer to all of the old town restaurants and things to see! There was a kettle and cooking facilities! There was a couch bed and double bed. The owner/cleaner we’re helpful giving taxi transfer details and fresh towels when we asked. The steps to the property are a little bit tough if you are older or not fit. The shower leaked at the bottom but we just put towels around it at the bottom.

There are many stairs to the unit. The stairs are part of the charm of the old city. I'm almost 70 yrs old, and I did fine, but I'm a middle school teacher so I'm on my feet and up and down stairs all the time. Those with hip or knee problems might struggle.

• Karolina (2/5): Good location but unpleasant stay in old, damp apartment with terrible beds and pillows. - Good location, clean apartment, nice and responsive host that speaks English. Disappointing for the price, very old and outdated apartment, should be renovated. Very old, uncomfortable bed that made loud noises with every small turn. Very uncomfortable low quality pillows. Apartment is damp and has poor ventilation so windows have to stay open all the time, otherwise there is a smell. There was a shampoo and shower gel that looked like the cheapest cosmetics I have ever seen in my life (which is fine for an affordable stay, but not for 100 EUR and above per night). There could be better cleaning as there were spider webs near the bed. Bathroom fan is extremely noisy as there is some malfunctioning when you turn it on.

• Nathan (6/5): Slightly disappointing. - Great location, friendly host Arms and legs covered in bed bug bites. Other insects such as very large house centipedes were in corners or climbing up the walls. The bed was quite uncomfortable with hard pillows. The replacement fridge (main one didn’t work) sounded like it was going to take off and therefore we had to unplug it all together during the nights. Tv was extremely slow when turning on and didn’t have any channels so could only watch apps. The shower was also extremely small.
