• Miranda (5/5): After this experience, I don't think I would choose it again. - Good breakfast with self-service “The hotel was beautiful, with a unique and pleasant style. However, there were several aspects I was disappointed with. The room was uncomfortably cold because the heating system was not turned on. Additionally, the staff’s communication came across as arrogant, which was off-putting. On Christmas Eve, despite making our reservation well in advance, the table arrangements were chaotic. We had to hold our plates in our hands to prevent spills due to the poorly spaced tables. This was clearly a result of the hotel accepting an excessive number of external reservations. Considering the high price we paid for the evening, the experience was far from satisfactory. 😟”

• Laura (10/5): Amazing hotel with beautiful design and history, great supportive and positive staff, and amazing food at their in-house - Great hotel with amazing interior design including art pieces such as paintings, beautiful decor and a very interesting history. The history of the hotel was explained to us very kindly by Sara, one of the employees, who was also very helpful during our entire stay. Additionally, the hotel’s restaurant served some of the best food we’ve tried in southern Albania, mixing traditional with gourmet meals. We loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel (some evenings that included traditional live music as well) and everybody who worked there, who were very helpful with their advice and support during our stay.

The breakfast was fantastic - croissants, bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, avocado, spanakopita, pastries and more! No elevator. Wish hotel items took less counter space. I had to spend time figuring out where to stash their stuff so that there would be room for mine.

Her smile and warm demeanour from the moment - The actual building of this intimate boutique hotel, which combines old glory with the latest of modern amenities. Perfectly located in the old section of town between the two major streets where everything is happening. The staff were very polite, efficient and professional. Breakfast which was incredibly plentiful, was served in the garden whenever we were ready, not on specified times. Everything was perfect.

We loved it, it looks like a museum inside but the room are modern and very comfortable The outside sitting are is modern and nice. • Dimitrios (8/5): Very good - Great location, parking place for the car, nice breakfast, clean and tidy overall. No soundproofing whatsoever, also wooden floors intensifying moving and walking sounds plus cranky old doors, make it hard to sleep if there is any noise. We happened to stay under a family with a baby, moving furnitures around and making a fuss after 24:00. I think the receptionist's response was not adequate. After first complaint, nothing. Second complaint, receptionist says he called them but they didn't answer the phone. We ask him to go see for himself. He goes upstairs and comes back saying it will be ok. We ask for a solution, either maintaining peace after 24:00 or at least moving us to a quiet room. After a while he calls us saying there is another room but there is 30 euros price difference because it has a jacuzzi. By that time seems the people staying above us had gone to sleep so we were able to get some sleep as it was. Other than that, pretty ok place.

Coming back in my hometown was a long-wanted trip and this people made it more special. They reminded me of where I am from, how generous,helpfull , about hospitality of Albanians.
