• Muzaffer (10/5): An ideal stay that is comfortable and meets exactly what you want. - We were very pleased with our accommodation. There were three of us, two adults and a baby. They gave us a baby bed as we requested for the baby. It was very good and comfortable, the baby slept very well, just like at home. The location is very central, there is access to everywhere, we received the key immediately and we were able to enter the apartment very early, the cleaning of the apartment was very good, they even changed the towels immediately when we requested. Communication was problem-free, when you call, you can reach them immediately, when you send a message, they answer within 5 minutes, we are very pleased, when we come to London again, we will probably stay here again. When I read the comments, I was skeptical about a few small criticisms at first, but after staying and experiencing it myself, I will definitely give it a ten out of ten It would have been great if they had said that when opening the door, the bottom lock was turned to one side and the top lock to the other side. We had to work a little for that, other than that, everything was great.
• Fabiana (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect for me The key was not ready by my arrival time. During my stay, all the time we had people knocking the door in different days without any warning - one day for showing the apt to possible new tenants (?), another day to fix the heating (without any complaints about it), another day to talk about voting process (?), another day for changing the power electrical system (?) Not sure if the accessibility to the building entrance, even having to use the key, is safe. I don’t think I would book this apt again if I’d be only by myself.
• Jameel (5/5): This is an over priced apartment with an outdated drawing room and bedroom not to mention the bathroom. Simply not worth - The location. AFTER non-refundable reservation was completed, received message from the staff asking for £500 deposit. No where was it written prior to completing the non-refundable reservation. That was the first shock with many more to follow. Outdated cot and mattress (developed back ache), outdated sofas, missing furniture and display items (in comparison to the images), bathroom exhaust fan not working from the day we checked in till the day we checked out (although staff and service personnel visited couple of times), etc. At times of warm weather conditions, be prepared to sweat it out because this apartment does not have air conditioning unit. They charge you extra for an air conditioning unit if you need one. For real 😳.
• Satomi (8/5): Very good - Spacious room for two people with good location. Well equipped kitchen. A little noisy in the morning because it was near the railway station.
• Christison (9/5): Great space in this apartment and great location for what we needed. Would stay again. - Loved it had a washing machine as this was our last leg before travelling home. No balcony but we knew this and wasn’t a big issue. And would have like air conditioning. But again knew this when we booked.

• Talya (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very well located, spacious and overall fun. It is a little run down and not super clean. I spent 6 nights there. It was never cleaned while I stayed. No renewal of soap, shampoo or toilet paper, which I ended up going down stairs and just buying myself. Since making the reservation I keep getting spam messages from the owner trying to tempt.e to try other apartments, when I asked them to stop they explained its marketing and I should be happy to get it. When I checked in there were keys to the apartment in the open to the public mailbox, 6 days later they were still there, so anyone could just enter, guest safety doesn't seem high on their list. It's a good place of you are free spirited.
• Jeremy (3/5): Apartment shown in the pictures was nowhere near representative of what we actually got. Actual apartment was smaller, - Location is as described and perfect for what we wanted Photos in the advert were nothing like what we actually experienced. We have raised our concerns from Day one with both the property and booking.com regarding the misrepresentation of the property and still waiting for a resolution
• Maksym (10/5): A very comfortable apartment on bankside just next to Hilton Bankside, easy 5 min access to Southwal - I like the location as this is what I was looking at bankside. It is very quite and comfortable, nice equipped kitchen, big bathroom , living room with dining table and bedroom.
