• Chen (9/5): Great place! Will definitely return - Excellent location, 5 min walk from everything- tube, theaters, seven dial market, shops. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and great shower. We didn’t cook, but if we wanted to, the kitchen was fully equipped We stayed during a heat wave and the air conditioning didn’t work Luckily they provided fans Also, lots of stairs (we were on the third floor)
• Stefano (10/5): We spent a week visiting London with two small trips: one to Stonehenge and the other to the Seven Sisters. - Nice apartment, clean, in a very good position. Ten minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square.
• Ayse (1/5): No reliable hot water for most of our stay, and even after maintenance occupied the apartment all day, the issue came ba - Location. However it is just next to a pub so hard to sleep with the noise We had no hot water upon our arrival and for 3 out of our 5 days here. After it was supposedly fixed, maintenance came back and occupied the apartment for almost an entire day, only for the issue to happen again afterwards. Very frustrating experience, especially for such a basic necessity.
• Owen (4/5): Completely dissatisfied - No redeeming qualities. I’d say the location is the best part BUT you have to walk up plenty of narrow steps. WiFi did not work at all even after following the instructions they gave. The thermostat also did not work at all. They put us on the top floor which didn’t help at all. Needed some TLC with the shower being shoddy with stains on the floor

• Luisa (8/5): - Very cosy and beautiful arranged Customer service very reliable, responding fast and supportive The wifi was not working in my flat, so had to connect with the wifi of the other flat. Plus the heating was not working at all in the first day of the stay - however that was resolved early morning the next day and the customer service was really on the job supporting
• Ron (8/5): Great location and excellent value for money! - The location was fantastic! The apartment was spacious, much larger than typical hotel rooms in other places. It had a nice kitchen and included complimentary amenities like two water bottles, two coffee capsules, and tea. (It might be even better if they provided a couple of coffee capsules per night.) Overall, great value for money. Our apartment was on the fourth floor and there’s no lift. It wasn’t too bad for us, but it could be an issue for anyone with mobility difficulties. You’re also required to leave a £200 deposit on a credit card, which wasn’t mentioned on the booking. If you book a non-refundable rate, you won’t be able to avoid it. Also, there is no refill of toilet paper for stays shorter than 9 nights.

• McIntyre (8/5): Worth the money and very central - Location was very central to everywhere. Apt was very clean Because it is central you could here alot of traffic,people and general works that went on outdoors. I thought the £200 holding fee should have been mentioned before paying our full stay. As it's alot of money to be paying out on top of your accommodation fees. it should have been more transparent when we were booking our stay. Because we had payed in full we were already commited so of course we had no choice but to pay the holding fee.

• Clare (8/5): Well-located and very clean - The apartment is in a good location, it was spotlessly clean, and access arrangements were clear & straightforward. Decor is simple, maybe a little less homely than some photos suggest, but perfectly adequate and comfortable. There's a decent amount of wardrobe and drawer space if you're staying a few days. Regarding the requirement for a security deposit, this is mentioned in the property listing, but the information is hidden away and I wasn't aware of it until after I'd booked. Given the booking was non-refundable, I had no choice, and I feel this is a poor experience - I'd like to see this more clearly explained up front in the main description. The street can be noisy, but this goes with the territory for the very central location - light sleepers should bring earplugs! Finally, a small word of warning that there is no lift and there are a lot of stairs if you're on the top floor, so this is really only an option for people with good mobility.
• Georgia (7/5): Great stay, staff could have been more accommodating given it was more than a couple nights. - Location was excellent as we wanted to mooch around central London with ease. Good amount of space and building felt safe! Clean and easy to get access/come and go. Central London is of course noisy so warning for those who are sensitive to sound/want 8 hours sleep. We could have done with a spare towel etc as we were there for several nights, we did request these but started declines.

• Liz (10/5): Amazing, if you like being close to everything then you should stay here. - Close to everything. It was amazing location. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It had everything we could need. We would stay again. On the Saturday it was loud outside, but it was a Saturday and to be expected due to the location. we would stay again here, as everything else was amazing and due to the location we were close to everything, which is what we loved.

• MARIA HELENA (8/5): SIN DUDA, EXCELENTE ELECCIÓN - Superó mis expectativas. Reservamos la Habitación Familiar con baño, y tenia dos habitaciones con dos baños, salón y cocina. Muy amplio y limpio. La cocina estaba equipara con platos, vasos, cubiertos, tostadora, cazos y sartén para cocinar y utensilios de cocina. Había lavadora, plancha y secador de pelo. La calefacción muy bien. Las camas muy cómodas. La ubicación es excelente. Desde luego que repetiría. Pregunté al anfitrión por algunas dudas antes de ir y me contestó muy rápido.

• Karolina (8/5): - Very central location, new flat and clean Extremely noisy, so if your are light sleeper this is not the place for you. If you get a message in WhatsApp requesting your card details for a deposit for any damage in the flat, blocked as that is a scam, we receive a message with all our booking information arrival, departure my name and the flat details so we thought it was the admin of the property. Only until we reported this to the admin of the property they sent an automatic message saying don't share details on WhatsApp (but never bother with a personalised message checking on us and this awful situation) so they should have communicated this in advance as I'm sure we are not the first ones that experiemce this. So right know we had our credit card details scammed so we had o cancel the credit card, some money is been taking from the account in several transactions and we are spending several hours in the phone trying to resolve this issue with the bank. So there is definetely a leak on the managing of our bank account details, not sure if this is booking.com issue. But please be aware of this issue and the admin of the property should take action to stop this from happening to future customers.

Muy limpio y organizado - El apartamento es muy cómodo, todo está impecable y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos bonitos días en Londres. La zona es céntrica y hay medios de transporte cerca. El último piso por las escaleras, y cuando hacía viento había un sonido repetitivo, molesto de noche, no sé si era del tejado o de algún metal que parecía golpeaba la fachada.

• Deb (10/5): Brilliant flat. - The flat was immaculate, comfortable bedroom and sitting room. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment. Very clean and good instructions for keys etc. Location was brilliant, central for most Theatres.... Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and China Town on your doorstep. Bonus of 24hr Marks and Spencer food only hall near, great if you arrive late. Steps, but then being higher up gives you a great view.

• Nicole (10/5): Cleveland Street - clean, comfy well equipped appt. - Note that my review is not for this property. I did not stay at West Street as there was a maintenance issue, and by stay was moved to Cleveland Street. The flat was very clean and had everything you could need for a short stay. The bed was very comfy, and there was plenty of hanging space. Decent shower, and mini toiletries provided. The apartment had a didhwasher and washer dryer, with a couple of laundry and dishwasher tabs provided to get you started. You’d need to buy your own for a longer stay than a few days. The location was ok. The bedroom of our apartment was at the back, so we didn’t notice any issues with street noise. The street outside was pretty quiet anyway. You’re in 5-10 mins walk of a number of tubes and decent bus routes, but there isn’t a fat lot in the immediate area. I’d suggest you travel for food, because none of the restaurants we used near the property were any good. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby - Tesco and Sainsbury’s. The tv was a smart tv, and you could log in to your own Netflix etc. the sofa wasn’t very comfy, but ok for a short stay. I think they’re missing a trick not having a sofabed in the living room so more people could share. The location - due to a change of property it wasn’t the area we wanted to be in, and whilst the transport links were good, there wasn’t anything to do around us.

• MARIA AMPARO (8/5): EXCELENTE APARTAMENTO EN PLENO CORAZON DE LONDRES - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, muy cerca de Trafalgar Square, Picadilly, Oxford street o Covent Garden. junto a muchos teatros, restaurantes, supermercados... El metro Leicester Square esta a cinco minutos caminando. El único pequeño inconveniente es que es un 4º piso sin ascensor. El apartamento esta muy bien, nuevo, bonito, cuidado y super limpio. La cocina dispone de todos los electrodomésticos en perfecto uso, pero esta poco equipada, no hay sartenes y tan solo cuatro servicios de platos, vasos y demás. El baño es un poco pequeño y se facilitan únicamente dos rollos de papel. El check in fue sencillo y rápido. La cuestión del equipaje al ser la salida antes de las 11 la solucionamos contratando una consigna muy cerca del apartamento, apenas unos minutos caminando. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Que hubiera pocos servicios de vajilla, cubertería y vajilla. Tambien seria recomendable que se facilitara un poco papel higiénico. Me hubiera gustado que el baño fuera un poco más grande.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Doskonałe, ciche mieszkanie dla rodziny z dwoma łazienkami w świetnej lokalizacji. - Mieszkanie duże, przestronne, czyste, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, doskonale wyposażone. Łóżka wygodne. Pomimo bliskości ruchliwego centrum bardzo ciche. Dwie łazienki super. Blisko metra, restauracji, teatrów i sklepów. Mieszkałam na pierwszym piętrze więc brak windy nie był przeszkodą. Jednak w przypadku wyższych pięter trzeba liczyć się z brakiem windy. Ale to typowe dla kamienic w centrum, więc coś za coś.

• Shaun (8/5): A spacious and well equipped apartment in the busy beating heart of London. - The property was well stocked with kitchen, cooking, laundry items, big dining table. Enjoyed the large spacious apartment. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Located right in the heart of central London was convenient for shopping but the noise of city night life was a bit disturbing.

• Debra (6/5): - The location was good, however, very noisy most of the night. Also, I think for what we paid per night the amenities could have been better, such as coffee for each day of our stay. Also, as there was a sleeper sofa, there should have been linens for it. We were unable to use the oven as it started smoking right away.
• Yaojun (8/5): - It's in a very convenient place. You can walk to quite some famous places. It's clean and has a good kitchen. I give it a 4 star for 2 reasons. In the night, it is a little bit noisy as the bars around seem only close around 1:30am to 2:00am and having some music playing. If you're a light sleeper like me, it can be an issue. It may also be an issue of the room we stayed only. They only provide tea and coffee for a day. If you stay there longer, you may need to prepare some yourself.
• Salim (3/5): Not worth it unless you like stress - It was a clean and nice location The staff were absolutely useless. Made us pay £500 security deposit with only 12 hours notice. Didn’t send any email either with check in instructions. Made us wait out in the rain while they got themselves together. The sneakily don’t add if you’re under the age of 25 you must pay the £500. Then didn’t even return the money back until a week later. Disgusted by the customer service and organisation. We also had random check in where a man and women came to look around the room at 9am. Could’ve at least waited until our check out.

• Eduardo (5/5): Good apartment, but the noise and lack of blackout curtains make it terrible. A pity. - A lot of noise from the outside. Very difficult to sleep. No blackouts which made it even worse as there wew many lights from outside.
• Jonathan (8/5): - excellent location and lovely apartment - there is a bit of noise from street, but not too much to sleep or more than to be expected from such a central location. Will aim to stay again.

• Chenny (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean and spacious for family of 4 and very central location, but it all comes with a price…… We suffered sleepless 4 nights, constant noise from the street throughout the night nonstop. Next door bar’s truck arriving at midnight reloading beers… another one came next day at 1am… the ambulance screaming by every night few times… drunk people shouting at 2am at weeknights … the rubbish collection truck came at 5am… homeless people sleeping and arguing right opposite the entrance of the flat. Maybe get yourself drunk every night or get triple earplugs ready so you can sleep. What a shame otherwise it would be such a good place to stay, maybe not enough coffee pod , toilet rolls but that’s no big deal.
• Lara (4/5): No heat, No internet, No TV. - avoid in winter - No heat, no internet, no TV. Attempted to stay there Feb 5th 2025 but when we arrived, the underfloor heating did not work. After spending hours in WhatsApp chat, they pushed us to other properties in a non-desired part of London (not as central). This happened two days in a row. We left. It was 14 C (58 F) inside or lower. Extra difficult to contact property as a virtual dead zone for cellular (4g/5g) and on property internet (cell based) at best was 6mb down/0.2mb up by one window only. TV using same internet was glitchy/unusable. As it was so cold, the non working towel warmers were just a bonus. Great location, but a bit noisy, probably ok in spring to fall, but avoid in winter and be aware of cell/internet limitations. Customer support once reached did try to fix, but eventually refunded our money and we went elsewhere.
• Sussan (6/5): Beware early checkin required 20 pound per hour - While this property is close to everything the checking was a scam they advised the room was ready by asked for 20 pounds per hour due to not having any storage and there are 68 stairs to get up and down with heavy suitcases. This is my 4th place of stay and would be the lesser of my favourite due to the scam of getting more money out of tourist. I have 6 more places of stay here in London before all the reviews are done and dusted.
• Howden (8/5): - Excellent location at end of Shaftesbury Avenue so right in the heart of soho and theatre land. The only issue is noise. You do need to take earplugs with you as there are constant sirens and bins and bottles crashing from 5am However if you can sleep through that it’s perfect

• Nikkidaniel (9/5): Perfect quiet location, modern spacious apartment seconds from the London action - Really excellent and easy to use entrance system, lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment with privacy between rooms, a larger than average kitchen/living room and a conservatory area which can be cut off with a sliding door. All kitchen equipment is available and the whole place is spotless. The location is great if you like a quieter street minutes away from the noise of Central London. Neighbouring buildings look like offices so don’t expect breath-taking views. The windows are attractive though and it feels like a New York back street. Everything you need is seconds away: pubs, restaurants, even a Tesco express. Goodge St station is just around the block. Would definitely stay here again. Not a criticism but some people might find it very modern and clinical with the white walls and kitchen but there are lamps to create a cosier feel. There isn’t loads of toilet paper so bring a spare roll if you happen to have a cold!

• Sjoerd (9/5): geed location for most site seeings - good location in relation to metro and bus The temperature setting for the appartment with 23 Celsius was far to high. It is far more econmic and pleasant to occationally increase the room temperature form 18 dergree upwards than to four times dayly reduce the temperature from 23 dregees down. We tried to figure ou the temperature setting but did not manage.
• Mustafa (1/5): Unprofessional management / broken heater - Location is very good When we went to the apartment, I couldn’t turn on the heater. After I contacted them, officer came. He said that the apartment’s combi boiler was broken a nd he couldn’t do anything. However, it was -1 celcius outside. Then, i bought an electric heater before the stores closed. They said that they would pay for it but they didn’t.
• Ellen (9/5): Modern apartment in a great central location - The location is superb! Our apartment (no. 3) was clean, modern and spacious. Easy check-in and the customer service responds quickly. Washing machine and the dishwasher are a plus. Would stay here again! Noisy at nights, but we had earplugs so it’s fine. There isn’t much toilet paper so you have to buy more yourself (+ we also bought some kitchen paper towel to be able to clean the kitchen counters).
• Donghyun (1/5): Worst facilities and service - I don't have any good memories I spent 3 days out of 5 nights and 6 days with the boiler broken. I requested a repair via WhatsApp and they even sent me a video of the boiler condition, but they said it could be repaired the next day and I endured the cold for a day. The next day, I had a schedule outside, so I inquired about the boiler repair and was told that it was fixed. However, there was no trace of the boiler being inspected and the boiler was still broken. The service staff kept lying and did not respond to messages when it was disadvantageous to them. I feel really bad that I came on a family trip and had bad memories. I hope that others will never book accommodations operated by this apartment company and that the same thing will not happen to me. This is truly the worst apartment with the worst facilities and service.
• Emma (10/5): Excellent location. Clean, spacious and great amenities. - It was spacious and super central to all the London highlights…. And Christmas lights! Some challenges with wifi connectivity.
• James (8/5): Perfect condition, top location, hard beds - Immaculately clean, spacious and uncluttered, the 2-bed apartment I stayed in was as neutral as you could possibly wish for. Entirely white and grey, it had no features in it that could possibly offend. Don’t expect character and you won’t be disappointed! It’s excellently located just off Shaftesbury Avenue, which is perfect for shopping, theatres, sightseeing etc. with everything you could possibly need within an 5-10 min walk. The flat has secondary glazing and is fairly quiet despite its proximity to the busy street. Kitchen facilities are decent and everything in the flat seemed to work, though the Wi-Fi was occasionally intermittent. Shower pressure is fine. These were cold days, so the underfloor heating was very welcome. Only two things I could possibly fault. Venetian blinds in the bedrooms were poor at blocking out light, so beware if you need complete darkness to sleep. But most annoyingly, the two double beds varied from hard to rock hard. This might suit some, or be bearable for a couple of nights, but I wouldn’t take an extended stay if you’re used to a softer mattress.

• Alastair (5/5): Central and well equipped apartment - Clean and tidy central, modern apartment with good facilities - we were allowed to check in 30 minutes early The temperature management in the apartment was unworkable - all three of us had poor sleep due to it consistently running at 24 degrees and there fire being too hot even though we followed the instructions on the thermostat
• Adele (8/5): Very good - Great location in the centre. Comfy bed. Nice underfloor heating Noisy from fire station and general hustle and bustle but what do you expect right in the centre of Leicester Square

• Joseph (7/5): Good - Good location, and a good size for the price. Photo of view from bedroom window included. Fair amount of noise from outside during the evening/night, to be expected given the location. Only two pods provided for the coffee machine, for two people staying two nights.
• Masaharu (2/5): Lack of wifi made it a horrible stay. Airbnb is otherwise great. - Very central location, convenient and big space. Wifi did not work, and the host was unable to fix it for the whole stay which made for a horrible stay. I ended up spending majority of my time in a different location in order to work and have internet. The maintenance person also came in to the unit multiple times for an unrelated reason to fix random things like ac unit, bathroom, leak, etc. It was very unfortunate timing.
• Bernadett (9/5): Good apartment - We rented the apartment for two people and it was ideal. We had a room with a double bed, but the sofa in the living room was also good for sleeping. The flat is in a perfect spot for reaching all the main tourist sites. The nearing streets are full of shops and restaurants, open until late. It is very well aquiped. In the kitchen there was a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a kettle. I had some trouble getting into the building, but it was my fault and the lady who answered to my call at the helpdesk was really nice and helpfull. Then everything went smoothly. If I ever go to London I would book it again. There where cuttleries, I just couldn't find knives , forkes and spoons.
