• shun (1/5): Should not use Mysquare - Location Building itself not room I got the worst accommodation experience. Two days before check in I was asked to relocate to another flat outside of the city. A series of communications I managed to check in but the key was not ready. The bedroom lightbulb is off and despite my requests this had not been fixed so as broken heating for 22 days of my stay. All necessities including toilet papers are not supplied. For that period only two cleanings - just left bed sheets and towels on the floor. Bed is too small, cheap and poor. There were not sufficient kitchen tools. I was also charged additional deposit of 500 GBP which was not yet refund a day after checked out. Mysquare services are poor and only maximizing their profit for the amount I paid 5700 GBP. I am still waiting for receipt of my payments settled several month ago.
• Att (9/5): A good stay while in London - We booked this property as a base to visit our son who is currently studying in London. This property offers a good space with all facilities to make it feel like a condo living experience. After 20 days stay, we are starting to miss the place. The location is very convenient as it closes to London tube, many supermarkets and restaurants. Nothing major
