• Celeste (1/5): Prenoti per 3 ed il terzo letto è un divano praticamente vecchio sporco e pieno di muffa , con la rete inclinata , segna - La posizione geografica Tutto, dalle foto sembra carina e accogliente , invece arrivi lì e trovi un divano letto come terzo posto letto ma è con la muffa e tutto inclinato non ci si può dormire
• Camilla (1/5): Cancellazione 3 ore prima del check-in - Ho ricevuto la cancellazione della prenotazione via e-mail, senza alcuna spiegazione, appena tre ore prima del check-in, quando mi trovavo già a Roma con le mie amiche. Abbiamo immediatamente contattato il proprietario per chiedere chiarimenti o comunque almeno un’alternativa. In un primo momento si è mostrato disponibile ad aiutarci, sostenendo di non essere a conoscenza della situazione. Tuttavia, dopo pochi minuti, abbiamo ricevuto un’ulteriore e-mail in cui ci veniva comunicato che non era possibile offrirci un’altra struttura, accompagnata solo da generiche scuse per il disagio e dall’invito a contattare l’assistenza Booking per ulteriori informazioni. In sostanza, nessuna spiegazione concreta, nessuna reale volontà di aiutarci e nessun rimborso immediato. Da sottolineare che, prima della partenza, avevo fornito tutti i documenti richiesti e versato l’intero importo, inclusa la tassa di soggiorno. A causa del rimborso non ancora ricevuto, siamo state inoltre costrette ad anticipare altri soldi per poter soggiornare in un’altra struttura. Un comportamento inaccettabile che ha rovinato l’inizio del nostro soggiorno. Da evitare.
• Maria emilia (1/5): - La cocina eléctrica no funcionaba. La vinieron a arreglar el día antes al check out, es decir que en 4 días de estadía, la pudimos usar una única vez. El aire acondicionado no puede usarse en simultáneo con la cocina eléctrica porque salta la térmica. No se hicieron cargo

• Clinton (8/5): Very good - Interesting apartment, note the stairs up to the bedroom. Comfortable and well equipped.
• Beatrice (5/5): Overall glad to move on. No care taken with property. Staff were courteous. - Easy walk to shops No floor rugs so space felt cold and uninviting (different to sales photos). Toilet was squashed in a corner and uncomfortable but bidet had prime position. Towel very worn with holes. Rough toilet paper and kitchen had no welcome items eg milk in fridge. Very small steps on spiral staircase. Bed was 2 single mattresses pushed together so ridge in the middle and very hard and low to ground.

• Oz (9/5): Superb - The place is actually very quiet and cosy, the place is very beautiful. The towels was a little bit stinky.

• Rachael (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and a good size apartment. The hosts insist on welcoming you to property, which means you need to plan your arrival. That's actually quite annoying if you're trying to just leisurely enjoy your day or if you've been delayed. While the host was flexible, it certainly added another layer of stress that I could've done without. The apartment itself is also not stocked with essentials - no laundry powder, dishwashing liquid, sponge, cooking oil, salt and pepper. This is particularly annoying since the intro booklet says you have to wash your dishes or you will be charged extra. I'm pretty sure the previous guests only used water and many of the dishes and cutlery weren't cleaned properly. While the host said I could contact them if I had any issues, I would've just preferred the place to be set up properly and not have to co-ordinate anything.
• Raquel (7/5): After 11 o clock at night it’s quiet. - The property is near to everything. Closes to every bar, restaurant and amenities you need. Living room is comfortable. Couch is not the greatest to sit in. Cushion slides out most of the time while you sit in. Bed upstairs has an odour. It might be an old bed. First night can’t sleep . My husband ended up having an allergy. Mild or old hardwood floor.

• Julia (9/5): Loved! Look forward to coming back! - Danny was extremely accommodating and welcoming. The apartment was very charming and well equipped. Location could not be better!! The sofa bed was not super comfy. Probably wouldn't be so bad for someone younger. lol..but I have an old back.
• Maurah (6/5): Pleasant - The biggest perk of this appartment is it's location. Trastevere in itself is beautiful. The appartment was only a 2 minute walk to the heart of the town. The bed was quite nice, a bit hard but it worked for us. The water pressure was amazing. Good communication with the BnB team on beforehand and on the day of arrival. They helped us book a taxi from the airport to the appartment. We arrived 1,5 hours early and already got the key since they were done cleaning. The person who welcomed us was also out contact person during the whole period of our stay. She was very friendly! On the other end, there were quite a few downsides to the appartment. The bathroom really needs an update. The toilet seat was loose. The doorknob of the front door is loose so if you're not careful, you take it right out. The walls and windows are like paper, you can hear everything. The neigbourhood was pretty quiet at night though. They only provide two rolls of toilet paper per stay, regardless of the duration of your stay and the number of people. For 5 days and two people, that was not enough. We had to find that out the hard way, when the last roll was done. To top it off, one of our rolls was not even full, it was already used for half of it before our stay. All these things added together just made our stay less comfortable. The pictures of the app are correct, but just more polished than the real look. We are used to a better standard for a BnB in the same price range.
