• Claudia (9/5): Monolocale accogliente per passare le vacanze a Roma - Il monolocale è molto bello con una struttura di volte e muri antichi. I letti molto comodi. L'ambiente ben strutturato e attrezzato. La posizione comodissima in pieno centro sia per andare a piedi che per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il bus per arrivare alla struttura e la signora gentilissima ci ha consigliate e aspettate. Consiglierei di mettere un cartello sul cancello interno al palazzo affinché la gente lo accompagni invece di lasciarlo sbattere... metterei una zanzariera alla finestra che dà sul cortile.

• Cristina (7/5): - La ubicación del lugar es excelente para moverse practicamente a pie a todos los monumentos. El baño muy pequeño,un poco agobiante.

• Mariana (7/5): Buena ubicación pero ciertos inconvenientes bastante graves - La ubicacion es perfecta, esta a 15 minutos a pie de la mayoria de sitios para ver y visitar en Roma. En general el piso sirve para lo que es, dormir. Esta ordenado y tiene lo justo y necesario para un par de dias. No hay mucha luz que entra ya que es como un entre piso, pero tampoco es un gran problema. La poca flexibilidad de los dueños del negocio con la hora de llegada y el fee extra de 30euros si llegas 1 solo minuto mas tarde de las 21h. Por mucho que este avisado, en mi caso llegue 25 minutos tarde porque me habian perdido la maleta y luego con el estres del tren, cogi el equivocado y fueron completamente inhumanos y poco comprensivos en el trato. Andrea, el que nos dio las llaves si fue un encanto pero el no podia hacer nada ya que es una orden que viene de los propietarios del negocio. Otro punto a tener en cuenta son los baños, la ducha huele constantemente mal y como a un olor a pis bastante desagradable.

• Belen (4/5): - Buena ubicación y estética No contaba con las comodidades que mencionaba. Fue nuestro hospedaje 5 y fue el único que NO nos proporciono cosas básicas en COCINA: esponja y detergente para lavado de vajilla, trapo, servilletas, aceite para algo mínimo, lo cual le quita la comodidad de tener una cocina disponible. Pedimos estos ítems y solo recibimos al día siguiente esponja y detergente. BAÑO: no estaba bien higienizado, era extremadamente pequeño y la ducha se inundaba apenas la abrís. En conclusión, otras hospedajes más económicos nos brindaron mayores comodidades y nos demostraron intención de que nos sintamos cómodos.

• Brignone (7/5): - La ubicación buena cerca de importantes monumentos Solo tuvimos inconvenientes con el sensor de humo que hacía sonar una alarma, unos 10 minutos cada vez que lo hacía, incluyendo la madrugada, eso sería lu único que no nos gusto
• veronica (3/5): Muy mala administración solamente buena ubicacion - La ubicacion El trato con los que manejaban la propiedad, pésima Nos entregaron un departamento con una falla en la alarma contra incendio y nunca respo dieron nuestras demandas y el último día volvimos al departamento y teníamos bomberos y policías adentro del mismo un susto tremendo no volveria

• Pclift1 (8/5): Great place to explore Rome, but away from the real touristy bits. - Location was great, easy walking distance to main attractions. Area was lively in the evenings, but quieter later on. Shower room on the small size but adequate for us.

• Sanson (7/5): Compact apartment in the center of Rome, but maybe not the best mid summer option. - Awesome location, walking distance to many sites, tons of dining options, experience old Roma! Facilities were generally very good. Very secure, first floor apartment with an elevator. Host was super friendly and helpful. Be aware that it’s in the ZTL restricted traffic zone, so not a good option if you have a rental car. We rented Vespas which we were able to park nearby easily enough. There is no A/C, so not a great option for mid August! The bathroom is, um… cozy! The apartment itself is extremely compact, but they’ve done a great job with the space there is, but if you are a little on the chubby side, you might find it tight. (I’m 180cm and 120kg and it was fine.)

• Isabelle (9/5): Very pleasant, worth the money, would recommend - amazing location! Good amount of space. Very secure. Not at any fault of the property, but me and my partner found that when people were leaving the building in the morning they’d make a lot of noise and less the gate and door slam which continually woke us up. It’s more of a case of other people in the building needing to be quieter at early hours. The room was also quite bright in the mornings as there’s no proper shutters or curtains on one of the windows.

Danny was lovely and came a little earlier to let us in and show us how everything worked. - Location was excellent, loved that it had a local feel, yet close to tourist areas. It lived up to its name as being cosy. Security was good. The 3 locks to get into the property were a novelty. Having a lift to take our luggage up to the apartment was a bonus. The floor needed a sweep, although easily remedied. Jiggling the keys to get them out of the apartment door was frustrating, but after 3 days, we’d worked it out. Not having anywhere to put toiletries in the bathroom was a bit of a pain.

• Jo-anne (8/5): a truly lovely little home away from home in a beautiful part of Rome. - the location is fantastic. it’s a very cosy little apartment in a wonderful part of Rome. walking distance to do many of Rome’s history. there was a dreadful smell in the bathroom. there were no curtains so the lights from the street shone through the windows all night.

• Keyur (8/5): Very good - Excellent location in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to the main sites of interest as well as areas where the restaurants and bars are. The team also provide a useful information manual to help plan your stay. Shower is small and gets cold fast so you need to be quick. Checkout is early!
• Elif (8/5): nice stay - the location was fabulous, the unit is new, with nice windows to the street vibe. It is right behind a supermarket and compo di fiori . we could have some real shampoo, coffee, paper towels etc for the daily use. We had to buy them in the market for a 4 day stay. The unit is a little smaller than it is in the pictures but it still is beautiful . We could have covers for extra cushions.
