• ANIL (8/5): Stay was comfortable and what I did not like - I have stated above separately. - The location, Cleanliness, Essential items were stocked except for sugar, Elevator available, though old and rickety, but functional, Very very close to the Vatican Supermarkets / eateries in very close proximity Access to the apartment using the Vikey App. First of all, the link was not provided on time When I did receive the link, it forced me to download the Vikey App, The Vikey App response time is pathetically very slow Apartment WiFi is not available at the building entrance, you need to have your own WiFi source. No cupboards provided in the two rooms; as we were staying four nights, clothes were piled up on the metal clothes stand No clothes hooks provided in the bathroom, No luggage rack / suitcase stand provided, to avoid keeping the suitcase off the floor, Bed mattresses are too soft; end up in the morning with a backache.
• Michael (1/5): Rome was fabulous but I did not look forward to returning to the apartmment - The Location was excellent, near to shops ,restaurants and transport. The kitchen was modern but lacked electric power points Entrance to the property involved contacting the hosts agents by smart phone for a a code to a key box. Being 76 I am not tech savvy and only with having my daughter along did I manage. Inside the property ,by the front door was a broken coat stand. In one bedroom the bed was broken and held together with what looked like cling film, in another a chair had an arm rest that just fell off. In neither bedroom was there a wardrobe or drawers .A couple of coat rails on wheels had to suffice. Worn clothes had to go on the floor whilst the clean items remained in suitcases. In the reception room furniture was dated and in one cabinet there were empty beer bottles .The most ludicrous thing was that the apartment did not have any wine glasses .I have taken self catering holidays for the past 40 years and in all that time this is the only place not to supply wine glasses

• Francesca (7/5): Zona meravigliosa - Posizione eccellente, vicino la zona del Vaticano e fermata della metro a due passi. Check in facile, istruzioni precise da parte del personale. Immobile con un gran potenziale con ambienti grandi. La pulizia approssimativa.

• Jorge (7/5): Good - - Location was great, really close to the metro and the Vatican - Very big apartment - the smaller toilet was not smelling good, window could also not been opened much as there was a bird nest - in the biggest toilet the shower pressure was not good - room a bit noisy sometimes but fine at night
• Valentina (10/5): A great choice - The location of the apartment is very convenient, a 10 min. walk to the Vatican and to the Ottaviano metro station. There're lots of shops and restaurants near by. The apartment is very big, featuring a living room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable, you've everything you need. Nothing.
• Marianna (5/5): This flat was nice for space & location but definitely needs some love & care - location!, the space as the flat is very big, it was warm (we stayed in winter so this was nice & cosy), safe to leave yours things in, very good WIFI, we had 2 sets of keys, showers were OK, it felt OK but quite not right there yet, clean but you could notice dust here & there, -sofa is quite dirty (photo) -tables - also used & the little table in one of the bedrooms has a broken leg (photo) -frying pans old and unappetising, this should be changed long time ago (photo) -no dishwasher, for 3 of us 5 nights this would be really useful to have -noisy a lot as the street outside is super busy, you can hear the cars/ambulances, earplugs did the job but tbh it was tiring -broken kettle once we arrived (but the staff brought a new one the next day) -heating was good, but twice there was a terrible loud sound coming from one of the radiators (?) or somewhere but def heating system, once happens at 5am ,basically as if someone was drilling the wall next to you, very strange

The apartment was very clean, very close to the main attractions and well equipped. We really felt at home. The communication with the staff was excellent( Big thanks to Momo). Nothing.

• Mika✈️ (9/5): Big comfortable apartment near Vatican - The apartment is huge. Each of us had separate room. Many mirrors, all bath and kitcken supplies, iron and good hairdryer. Everything what is needed for comfortable life. Many thanks for letting us check in little earlier. It was nice also to have a book with all necessary information. Hot water doesn't reach the bigger shower. And doors in smaller shower didn't close.
