• Péter (7/5): A great location and a comfy flat - 1. The location is wonderful,. 2. The rooms are large and comfortable 3. All rooms have a bathroom and all bathrooms have a bidet which is a huge bonus. 4. All rooms have AC units The appartment had all the commodities we needed. 5. Arriving on the first day and leaving on the last was really simple with the Vikey system. 6. We could ask for help if we needed it,, they answered quickly. Only two problems: 1. Our bed was squeaky 2. The heating sometimes made a loud noise. There was a note not to mess with the control units of the radiators, which we didn't do until the noise started, but when it did, we tried to make it stop by setting one of the radiators. That solved it for a while but then the noise came back. Somebody came to set it right, but after that the noise came back yet again, so we had to turn off the heating altogether and use the AC's to heat the rooms at night.

Pour le reste la ville éternelle est toujours géniale. - L’emplacement est top, et le fait que les chambres ont chacune leur salle d’eau et WC dédiée est un vrai plus. Il n’y pas d’espace de séjour. Une douche (chambre 1) était bouchée à notre arrivée. Les robinets sont mal fixés. Il n’y avait rien dans l’appartement à notre arrivée dans la cuisine. (Sel,poivre,huile, essuie tout, pastille lave vaisselle) La machine à laver ne fonctionne pas.

• Mattia (8/5): Posizione ottima e struttura completa di tutto il necessario - Struttura con posizione comodissima e ben collegata, spaziosa e completa di tutto il necessario. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per Roma. Manca qualche appendi asciugamano in più nei bagni e qualche sedia in più nelle camere per appoggiare i bagagli.
• Alaa (4/5): 😑 - Very close to Termini station Every room had a bathroom so that was great The bathrooms in general got clogged very often, in one room the AC kept making squeaky noises it was absolutely impossible to sleep, absolute nightmare. In addition, the AC in a couple of rooms was leaking so had a private pool in the rooms. The hosts agreed to a symbolic small refund but a couple of euros can’t make up to the facts that I was unable to sleep half of the nights

• Chee (4/5): Roma Termini Big Apartment unit 11 - Location We took 2 hours to get into the unit after much struggle to unlock the unit. The s o call one key unlock doesn't work. The telephone number provided was uncontactable, email went unanswered, absolutely hopeless. One of the room was very cold and one of the toilet has the shower screen dislocated.
• Bogdan (10/5): Exceptional - Apartmant has nice location, clean and comfy. On foot half an hour to Colloseum, 2 minutes to Roma Termini. Bed frames are bit noisy and squeaky.
• Janice (7/5): Recommended. Location near public transport. Reliable wifi. AC! - Location is great. Minutes from Roma Termini. Near food/cafes, pharmacy, ATM. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! None of us had to share :) Air conditioner in every room (front/dining area and bedrooms). Much needed since temperatures were 🥵 hot during our Rome visit. Wifi was reliable. Appliances that we used (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) functioned without issues. The building lift also worked well on the occasion that we used it but we were in apartment 11 which was on the second floor. Without our luggage, it’s easy enough to walk up and down the stairs. Showers—one had a leak, 2 had shower doors that didn’t close and would get water on the floor outside the shower. We were told someone would come by to fix one of the shower doors that had hinges off track but nobody came. Apartment unit door—‘Unlock’ with a link wasn’t very seamless. Often received an error code to contact the host. Though using the code to open the apartment door worked. The whole process took longer than if there was a key or an access card. Staff—no options to contact for immediate support. No phone calls. Contact by email or their rental portal.
• Tay (7/5): Location. Location. Location. - Location is superb. heating and washing machine are helpful. Neighbours was wonderful. Bed was uncomfortable. Wifi was average. People with heavy luggage be informed that there are still flight of stairs even with elevator.
• Shasivari (4/5): Disappointing - Located in a good neighborhood. The apartment left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. In one of the bedrooms, the sheets held onto an unpleasant smell and the kitchen was not well equipped. This apartment fell far short of even the most basic expectations.
• Enrico (10/5): Big, clean and comfortable. Perfect location. - We were warmly met by Pablo who explained to us everything about the apartment. The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. Four bedrooms with bathrooms each, linens and towels were provided. A very nice kitchen with stove and other cooking equipments, cutleries, glasses, plates, bread toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, and dining area with a big table where the family can sit and eat together. All bedrooms and also the dining area had airconditioners, perfect for our trip since it was on a July. The location was very close to Roma Termini which gave us access quickly to anywhere in Rome. The wifi internet access was fast. The description and pictures were accurate. None
