• Christophe (10/5): Très bel hôtel à dimension humaine. - Vraiment une très belle chambre. J'avais demandé une petite déco pour ma chérie et vraiment trop bien décoré... La salle de bain est très spacieuse et c'est agréable. Tous le personnel est vraiment sympathique. Nous avons toujours eu de la place sur le petit parking de l'hôtel pour notre véhicule de location. De bons restaurant sont à proximité dans la même rue... Nous avions un départ très top le matin et des sandwichs nous ont été préparé. Merci.

• Gross (9/5): Small, friendly, and very comfortable place to stay; we loved it! - The staff are young, enthusiastic, and super helpful. The entire place is immaculately clean; the included breakfast was great. There is ample and convenient free parking.

I just had a night of stop over. I booked the cheapest room available. I was unsure if you upgraded me but definitely, I will return back to beautiful Albania if I have a place like yours to spend a week holiday. Hats off to your hospitality. Truely defined!

Breakfast was included which was amazing for the price. 25-30min drive from the airport. The place smelled of smoke as there was a smoking area/room opposite reception and it travelled to the vents into the room, so you could smell the smoke everywhere.

• Alba (9/5): Great! - The rooms were nice and had everything you could need, the staff was very welcoming. Amazing breakfast! Really nice view from the room and the terrace. There was a bad smell that came from the bathroom kind of like a sewage smell. Otherwise everything was perfect.

• Christy (10/5): Wonderful experience! - Wonderful experience! My friend and I had traveled all day arriving at 11pm. We received a genuine welcome with a very useful conversation as this was our first visit to Albania. The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking a very quiet scenic valley. It was spotless and totally tidy in every way. Our room was perfectly adequate in size with thoughtful amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was divine! We had a small balcony with table + chairs. Because we weren't in a rush to leave, we were able to enjoy a full breakfast that was made to order. Perfect eggs + bacon with cheese, olives, sliced tomatoes, and bread with jam along with a cappuccino and fresh orange juice. Breakfast is included in the very affordable room price. Incredible! The staff were extra helpful in every way including normal things like taxis, but also teaching us Albanian language pronunciation. It was a memorable experience with warm hospitality. Highly recommend. 😍

È la mia seconda volta a Tirana ma devo ammettere che Hotel Bonsai è stata una scelta azzeccata, il personale è discreto ma preparato ed il proprietario che parla anche Italiano ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. La Superior con Jacuzzi bellissima e molto pulita, andateci.
