- Luigi (10/5): - Il resort è molto bello, curato e soprattutto pulito e profumato. Le camere sono delle vere suite: enormi e dotate di tutti i confort, (se devo trovare un difetto, non c’era lo stendi panni). Il fatto, che abbia l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia, è indubbiamente il suo punto di forza, soprattutto nelle torride giornate estive. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ( per il compleanno di mia figlia, le hanno fatto trovare una torta in camera, omaggiata da loro). La posizione è eccellente, perché ti permette di godere del mare ed allo stesso tempo, nel raggio di 15/30 minuti di raggiungere in taxi tutti i punti strategici della città. L’hotel, inoltre mette a disposizione dei clienti un servizio navetta ad orari prestabiliti per raggiungere, il Dubai Mall e l’Emirates Mall. Che dire… scelta eccellente, lo consiglio vivamente,

- Mark (8/5): - This was a well presented, well run establishment with some great staff and an excellent breakfast option. The only real downside was that it was located at the end of the Palm, where transport options were not good, and it was very inconvenient to get to areas without a vehicle or constant use of taxis. There is a shuttle bus that an be used, free of charge, to run to the city centre, but with only seven seats available, and a requirement to book 24 hours in advance, although this service was free, we only managed to secure runs on a couple of occasions. The staff are what made this visit worth it. Nice place, nice offerings, but an excellent team, and well worth visiting, as long as you are aware of the location constraints and transport needs. We look forward to visiting again.

- Rowena (10/5): Great place to stay at the palm! - We had a really great stay here at Th8 Palm. Our room was one of the suites towards the garden. It was an easy access to and from the restaurant, pools and beach. This was especially great since we travelled with two younger kids. The staff in all areas treated us with great service and respect which is something we really appreciated. All in all super happy about our stay amd would definitely come back again.

- Aziz (10/5): Hôtel 8 Palm en couple - Hôtel magnifique , très belle décoration intérieure , suite spacieuse et toute équipée , magnifique espace piscine et vue incroyable : Burj khalifa , hôtel Atlantis ,Burj Al Arab . Par contre il y avait des méduses dans l’eau donc nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner en mer. Le fait d être sur la Palm a fait que notre séjour a été reposant car moins d effervescence qu’à Downtown . Le personnel était très gentil ,professionnel et réactif à chacunes de nos demandes . Le parking gratuit a été aussi très appréciable .

- Yuko (8/5): - The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was a washing machine in the room, but even after running the dryer for about 10 hours, the clothes didn’t dry. Overall, the electrical system seemed a bit weak, and the breaker tripped twice during our stay. However, when I called the front desk, they responded immediately. The staff were all friendly and provided courteous service. Thank you very much!
- Kin Yu (10/5): 有機會可以再來的酒店 - 非常之好的體驗，由於酒店遲了給我們房間，他們馬上作出適當的報告，給我們upgrade了房間，而且送上了小食作為禮物，前台服務人員態度良好，反應積極，只要稍作示意，便有服務員查問需要幫忙的事項，總是笑面迎人的，酒店環境設施非常新，而且非常人性化，房間設備齊全，唯獨因環保原因，沒有牙刷，必須自行準備。酒店設施非常齊全，有私人沙灘從酒店行出去只需1分鐘，而且也非常多服務員幫忙。除了沙灘外還有暖水泳池，分別有家庭泳池及小童泳池。同時也有相當多的球類活動可供選擇。整個體驗非常良好。

- I (2/5): - So from the pictures online we really had our hopes up about this place but it really ended up being a sad and unfortunately terrible stay. The property felt like an 80s apartment building our 2 king bed room was actually two separated disjointed rooms that were at best grimey and poorly finished. The worst thing was the staff and hotel admin, we had the unlucky event of a travel delay and despite hours of wasted time on a phone and online trying to sort things out the hotels customer service was lacking and so disappointing, they blatantly charged us for a night that we did not stay and had no interest in extending us another night to make up for the one that of no fault of our own we had missed. I’d definitely never book with them again and much rather stay with a larger and known ‘real’ hotel chain.

- Lars (6/5): - In dem Zeitraum, in dem wir da waren (Oktober) waren vorwiegend russische Gäste da. Unterhaltung gab es keine und an der Bar war am Abend wirklich rein gar nichts los. Der DJ im Beach Club fängt circa 14:30 Uhr an und um 17:30 Uhr ist spätestens Schluss (an den Tagen an denen „Party“ ist. Einige der Innenräume, wie zum Beispiel das Restaurant waren sehr stylisch vom Innenarchitekten eingerichtet. Ebenso der Poolbereich für Erwachsene. Die Zimmer waren völlig in Ordnung, haben aber weder durch Einrichtung noch Interior Design geglänzt. Hervorzuheben ist, dass in den Suiten wirklich alles zum Kochen vorhanden ist. Sehr negativ ist uns aufgefallen, dass zwar erwähnt wird, dass der Hauptpool nur für Erwachsene zugelassen ist und es für „Kinder“ bis 21 Jahre einen Kids/Residence Pool gibt, jedoch mit keiner Silbe erwähnt wird, dass dieser Pool wirklich nur halb so schön ist, wenige Liegen hat, der Strandbereich nicht genutzt werden darf, es kein WLAN Empfang gibt (katastrophal für unseren Teenager) und man dort auch keine alkoholischen Getränke wie zum Beispiel Wein oder Bier trinken darf. Auch Toiletten gibt es dort nicht. Alles in allem war es ein guter Aufenthalt, da das Personal unglaublich bemüht ist und auch die Küche sehr lecker kocht. Weiterempfehlen oder wiederkehrend würden wir unter den vorher genannten Umständen nicht mehr.

I forgot the DND on one day and I called to have them come and clean, they were there in minutes. WOW. They sure know how to take care of their customers and their people are always smiling and friendly. You must book your stay here, I would not go anywhere else.
- Christoph (8/5): Ganz gut - mit kleinen Mängeln :-) - Einfaches zummer mit Meerblick war im Angebot für 120€ die Nacht, dafür angemessen (regulärer Preis von 250€ eher nicht), toller Meerblick, moderne Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Top Gym (auswahl&technogym), Privatstrand. Nachteile: Sehr sehr laute Pool-Musik (nicht gut zum relaxen oder lesen geeignet), sehr lange Wartezeit beim Abendessen & kein Buffet, Duschwasser wurde jeden Tag heiß&kalt, Boden war nicht richtig sauber (Weißes Handtuch wurde schwarz auf den Fliesen)

- Abdelkrim (2/5): A éviter - Séjour catastrophique ! Personnel désagréable ne cherche qu à vous faire dépenser de l argent ! Les matelas en face de la piscine étaient réservés pour les gens de l extérieur qui viennent passer une journée à la piscine le but étant pour l hôtel de faire un max d argent ! Quant à nous qui avions payé notre séjour ils nous proposaient des transat de qualité moyenne loin de la piscine ! Les délais d attente au restaurant étaient hallucinants…. Le cadre est merveilleux (ils jouent sur ça pour attirer des clients) mais le service est catastrophique ! Très déçu je déconseille vivement. Hôtel non digne d un hôtel 4etoiles …

- Matt (8/5): Stay at Th8 - A decent one night stay at the hotel. Modern facilities. We were on a half board stay. We arrived on a Saturday when the pool party was in full flow. I would say that the noise and the questionable language of the songs would not work well with a family holiday. Service was generally good although I did have to walk to reception after 4 unanswered calls. The evening meal was good and with decent choice. The breakfast was excellent and a beautiful location with light and spacious inside with large terrace outside with views back to the Marina skyline. Both pools were too warm in my opinion - there wasn't a cooler option, apart from the sea. Drinks prices are very high, 32 for a can of Pepsi! The happy hour was poor with only shots of spirits available. No cocktails or beers. We were presented with an upgrade at check in but we were given a very standard room - I can't imagine what the room I booked for must have been like. No bath - just personal preference. The service, was generally very good, lovely staff.

- Sharon (10/5): - This hotel is amazing. We travelled as a family with 4 kids of all ages and the rooms were large and staff was exceptionally kind. Great location for relaxing and enjoying good food and excellent facilities. There is a pool designated for families and another pool area for adults only. Mr. Jordan of the front desk was exceptionally helpful and Mr. Francis of the concierge took care of our commuting. Would surely recommend for families.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Th8 Palm - flott, men ikke fantastisk - Fresht boutiqe hotell med fantastisk utsikt, men mtp at det er et 5* hotell så er det noen ting som trekker ned. Flotte rom med fantastisk utsikt (husk å booke rom med utsikt over havet og palmen mot byen. Det er verdt hver krone). Vi booket feil rom og det var jeg i kontakt med dem på forhånd da vi ønsket utsikt mot havet og byen. Det endte med at vi måtte betale vesentlig mer ved innsjekking ved bytte av rom. De tildelte oss først et av de dårligste rommene på hotellet selv om det meste var ledig. Dette trekker ned helhetsinntrykket av service. Helt unødvendig. Basseng og fellesområde var rent og pent, men vi reiste som familie og det var 18 års grense på pool område med bar. Solsenger og området var finere enn på barneområde. Unødvendig å skille på standard og det burde vært lov å ha alkohol servering på barneområde. Stranden var full av steiner, mens på nærliggende hotell hadde de ryddet steinen. Dette må de ordne hvis de skal fremstå som et 5* hotell. Fantastisk å bade både i basseng og Strand selv om du bør ha badesko i havet. Frokost var ok, ikke fantastisk og mye fluer ved kake/brød område. Den siste dagen hadde de gjort endringer i frokost og den ble mye bedre. De hadde hatt inspeksjon på hotellet. Veldig treg service på hotellet og opplevde at de var mer opptatt av romnummer enn servering. Opplevde hyggeligere bemanning de siste dagene, men her er det forbedringspotensiale. Det er mer et 4* hotell enn 5*. Vi bodde også på et 3* hotell som scorer bedre.

Die "highlights": - tolle Lage abseits des grossen Rummels - direkter Zugang zum sauberen, stets ruhigen Meer - neue, modern konzipierte Räumlichkeiten - schöne Poolanlage mit strikter Trennung zwischen Gross und Klein - gute Küche mit fantastischem Frühstücksbuffet von 7 bis 11 Nicht von allen geschätzt: - die den ganzen Tag sehr laute DJ-Musik in der Poolarea To Aravind and Nabeel of the housekeeping team: - You did a great job! - boris (6/5): - Necesitan mas personal , el personal no sabe hacer tragos , una piña colada terrible la devolvi 3 veces y me la cobraron, pedia hielo a la hab nunca llegaba y cuando llegaba llegaba tarde , no tienen concirge , no lo considero 5 estrellas y no hablar que nunca hay taxis cercas
