Wir sind mit einem 2-jährigen gereist, haben extra das Apartment mit einem separaten Schlafzimmer gebucht und so die Hohe Preiskategorie bezahlt. (Über 300€). Die Ausziehcouch fürs Kind war nicht prepariert, und um Decke und Polster für unser Kind zu bekommen, mussten wir 35€ Aufpreis zahlen. Die Sache an sich und auch wie die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption abgelaufen ist war extrem mies. Keine Verständnis, kein Entgegenkommen, nichts... Nur die Begründung dass es kein Housekeeping am Nachmittag gibt. Preis-Leistung daher richtig, definitiv keine Buchungsempfehlung.

• Margarita (9/5): - Schönes, großes Zimmer, das mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet war. Sehr sauber, groß und komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein, aber fein. Was uns gestört hat, sind die Richtlinien des Hotels, die man erst nach der nicht stornierbaren Buchung erfährt: Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, aber Kosten 25€ pro Tag Hund ist erlaubt, aber kostet 20€ pro Tag Ein früherer Check-in (vor 15 Uhr) kostet extra 50€ Das können natürlich die Regeln des Hotels sein, aber dann sollte das Hotel es im Voraus kommunizieren. Und noch eine letzte Anmerkung: am Abreisetag sollte man nicht gleich frühmorgens durch eine SMS des Hotels daran erinnert werden, dass man auschecken muss.

• XMHACTC (8/5): - Full-equipped apartment near the train station (less than 5 mins from the platform), with kitchenware, cultery and washer-dryer. Large luggage storage space available, along with a sofa and a table. Free water at the lobby. It's a 15 min walk to the U-bahn station. The kettle broke during my stay, and it took the reception several hours to find another one. The washing machine is noisy when working, making it impossible to sleep while having the clothes washed.

• Rock411 (10/5): Very good experience! - I like the facilities, location and freindly staffs. I quite like the position and it easy to get into the platforms of the railway station. It is near the Belvedere, so it is good to walk around. The kitchen stuff is also good. It can also provide a special price choice when staying 7 nights. The swimming and sauna room closed a bit early for me (now closes at 10 pm). But for business travel, I sometimes returned to the hotel after 10. It would be much better if the closing time could be extended to 11 pm.

• Judith (8/5): angenehm und unkompliziert - sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen Leider nur alle 3 Tage Service. Es wird zwar angeboten man sollte sagen wenn man öfter was braucht was man aber meistens dann doch nicht macht aus welchem Grund auch immer. Ich möchte einfach nix machen und auch nicht nachdenken müssen , wenn und wann möchte oder brauche ich wieder Service.

Grote voordeel hier is de aanwezigheid van een goede oven en een wasmachine. Goed ontbijt. Geen bijzonder uitzicht. Mogelijkheid tot het gebruiken van een parkeerplaats in de garage onder het hotel voor 25 euro per nacht. Vlakbij het station en Belvedere.

Zimna woda w basenie:( nastawiliśmy się na korzystanie z basenu z dziećmi, skorzystaliśmy raz ponieważ dziecią było za zimno. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tym, że pokój jest sprzątany co kilka dni i ręczniki nie są wymieniane codziennie.

• Christine (8/5): - Lage ist top, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist, Zimmerausstattung wie beschrieben und Betten bequem . Frühstück übersichtlich aber in Ordnung. Schwimmbad und Sauna klein, aber eine angenehme Art der Entspannung, mitunter sehr gut besucht, so dass man "Randzeiten" nutzen sollte. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Nicely sized rooms, good amenities, good wi-fi, easy check in and check-out, friendly staff, everything clean and working properly. No cleaning during the two days I stayed. While the airport is easy to reach by train and both Belvedere Palace and the War Museum are nearby, the area itself feels quite quiet, with limited options for cafés and restaurants.

• Jörg (8/5): - Tolles Schwimmbad. Die Sauna hat leider nur 50 Grad, einmal waren es 55 Grad. Das finde ich nicht heiß genug. 80 Grad sollten es schon sein.

• AnnVr (8/5): - Mochten al vroeg onze bagage stockeren. Hotel ligt vlak bij verschillende OV opties. Er was een probleem met check in procedure, had op voorhand willen doen, ging niet...ter plaatse ook niet. Maar receptionisten waren heel vriendelijk en hebben zelf in orde gebracht, dus eigenlijk wel ok. Koffiezet werkte wel niet zoals het moest..maar was geen megagroot probleem voor ons.

• Aigner (10/5): Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt! - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles vorhanden, man konnte sich durch alles "durchkosten". Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war es super, dass ein Parkplatz vor Ort in der Garage (mit Aufzahlung) zur Verfügung stand. Entspannen konnte man in der Sauna und am Pool.

• Georg (9/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt. - Es ist alles vorhanden und bewusst dezentralisiert, sodass keine Staus entstehen. Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gäbe, sind es die Semmeln, die etwas frischer und vielfältiger sein könnten. Schwimmingpool und Sauna waren sehr gut. Handtücher werden unbegrenzt gestellt.

Der Pool ist klein und fein und das Gym eine gute Ergänzung. Alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Service im Zimmer aller drei Tage ist ausreichend und sicher eine Entlastung für die Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück könnte etwas schöner sein. Bessere Backwaren,frische Kräuter sind eine gute Investition. Die Käsevariation sollte auch Varianten anbieten ...

Bij aankomst kregen we nauwelijks uitleg over praktische zaken. Zo moesten we zelf vragen stellen over eetgelegenheden in de buurt en hoe we onze kamer konden bereiken. Het was bijvoorbeeld niet duidelijk dat we de lift enkel konden gebruiken door onze digitale kamersleutel tegen de lezer te houden. Hierdoor stonden we eerst wat verloren op de knop te drukken. Daarnaast moesten we zelf om een stadsplannetje vragen, terwijl dit eigenlijk spontaan aangeboden zou mogen worden. Een iets actievere en duidelijkere uitleg van het onthaalpersoneel zou de ervaring aanzienlijk verbeteren en gasten een vlottere start van hun verblijf geven.

• Katalin (10/5): - Perfect location near the main railway station near the Belvedere palace. Near the tube station, so itvis easy to reach the city centre. Highly recommend. The room is spacious, well-equipped kitchen area, nice bathroom. The pool area is not too big.
