• Cornelius (9/5): Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigungen, an Seitenstrasse gelegen. Gut organisiert. - Gutes kontinentales Frühstück, zu Stoßzeiten muß man mit etwas Wartezeit rechnen, bis man einen Platz zugewiesen bekommt. Bei Springhill Suites lohnt es in meinen Augen, die höher gelegenen Zimmer mit besserer Aussicht zu buchen, da man dann auch etwas weiter vom Lärm der Strasse entfernt ist. Der Unterschied zwischen Springhill und Townhill im gleichen Haus war uns bei der Buchung nicht ausreichend gut erkennbar. Dienstags und Mittwochs hatten sich die Zimmerpreise mehr als verdoppelt, dann stimme das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr, so dass wir das Hotel verlassen haben und in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen sind.

Camas cómodas, y vistas espectaculares, dispensador de agua fresquita en cafetería todo el día ! No me gustó la moqueta porque genera ácaros , y falta armario para ropa! Y fianza de 60 dólares a devolver en 3 semanas aprox ! El personal solo habla ingles !
• Giuseppe (10/5): Esperienza fantastica nel cuore di Manhattan - Posizione perfetta, la stazione della metropolitana si trova alla fine della strada, si trova a meno di 20 minuti a piedi da Times Square e Midtown. Facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto JFK, grazie ad AirTrain che arriva alla vicinissima Penn Station. Le camere sono estremamente pulite e vengono rifatte perfettamente ogni giorno con cambio degli asciugamani. Noi abbiamo avuto una camera al 28esimo piano con una vista bellissima su Downtown senza chiederlo. Le dimensioni sono adatte per una coppia, ampiamente nella media per New York. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di fare h24 refill dell’acqua per riempire la propria borraccia e la possibilità di avere a disposizione caffè e acqua calda per farsi una tisana o cioccolata messa a disposizione dall’hotel. Colazione a buffet con disponibilità sia di dolce che di salato. Nonostante alcune recensioni, non abbiamo notato nessun particolare problema nell’attesa degli ascensori. L’hotel ha 4 ascensori a disposizione per i suoi 46 piani e il tempo di attesa anche negli orari di punta per noi non ha superato mai i 5 minuti. Qualora si creasse fila alle colazioni l’hotel mette a disposizione gratuitamente il servizio in stanza. Un ringraziamento particolare allo staff che ci ha accolto con entusiasmo e ci ha permesso anche di lasciare i nostri bagagli in deposito l’ultimo giorno della nostra vacanza avendo noi l’aereo di sera. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorabile con una varietà maggiore di offerta soprattutto frutta e dolci.

• Ivana (10/5): - Proveli smo divnih 8 dana u hotelu i opet bi se vratili. Veliko hvala osoblju hotela što su nam omogućili da se osjećamo kao dio obitelji. Pogled kroz prozor spavaće sobe je neprocijenjiv, doručak obilan i raznovrstan u odnosu što inače nude američki hoteli. U vremenu veće gužve osoblje upravlja dizalom da skrate vrijeme čekanja. Kod recepcije u ponudi 24 h ima besplatna kava, čaj, limunada...Ljubazno su nam izmjerili težinu kofera pri odlasku. Hotel je blizu svih sadržaja koje svi želimo vidjeti u New Yorku. Kvart vrlo siguran i zanimljiv. Ono što hotel posebno ističe je osoblje koje s osmijehom i od srca daju do znanja da žele da se njihovi gosti što ugodnije osjećaju. Hvala im na tome

• Magda (9/5): Świetne miejsce - Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Pokoje przestronne i praktyczne, a widok z 30 piętra niesamowity. Personel uprzejmy i pomocny. Duży plus za całodobowy dostęp do kawy i herbaty. Świetna lokalizacja. Śniadania nie są rozmaite, ale może to wynika z tego że my Europejczycy przyzwyczailiśmy się do serów, wędlin i warzyw ;) Tak jak pisali poprzednicy na windy czasem trzeba chwile poczekać (nie wpływa to jednak na moją ocenę).

• Farida (9/5): Au top! - Emplacement idéal, dans une rue hyper agréable où sont situés tous les grossistes en fleurs et plantes à quelques pas du métro et pas loin de différents sites à visiter. Les chambres bien qu'un peu petites étaient très confortables avec tous les équipements à dispo (frigo top, micro ondes, sèche cheveux, table et fer à repasser, coffre-fort). Le personnel est hyper sympa et très aidant au besoin. Le petit déj était très varié et très bon avec oeufs, bacon, dinde et fruits, yahourts tous les jours en plus des bagels et autres pains tranchés + céréales pour les enfants. Pas plus d'attente que cela aux ascenseurs ni pour se faire installer à table pour le PDJ. On recommande à 100%

I get that NYC is an expensive market and rooms are always in demand, but for over $700 a night (with taxes and everything) in off-peak season, there should be a bit more space for 3 people to move around without tripping over each other. Booking.com is keen to get you to book that they don't highlight reviews that mention the ridiculous size of the rooms or the 10+ minute wait for the elevators. Caveat emptor!

• romanet fernanda (9/5): Agradeble estadia - Las vistas desde el piso 26 son muy bonitas, lugar muy bien ubicado a media cuadra de un metro y cerca de las principales atracciones, bonita habitacion, tamaño comodo para dos personas, contaba con refrigerador, microondas y cafetera, lo que te permite guardar comida. Si bien el ascensor demoraba un poco es algo normal en edificios muy grandes y puedes llamar para que te envien uno. Desayuno rico. Nos alojamos 10 dias, en la recepcion al momento de llegar nos cobraron un valor distinto al de booking mas lo que cobran en caso de daño con garantia (en nuestro caso 200 usd aprox), al pasar los dias el hotel me hizo un cobro extra a mi tarjeta por 690 dolares sin comunicarme y sin justificacion y al revisar mi factura tengo otro monto final que coincide con el booking (y anularonlos otros). Todos estos cobros se hicieron sin notificacion alguna y fue muy confunso porque nunca supe cual seria el valor real que me cobrarian.

L’emplacement était parfait, avec de nombreuses stations de métro très proches et à 15 minutes à pied de Times Square, mais la localisation de l’hôtel permettait de rester au calme, loin de l’agitation. La chambre ainsi que la vue étaient splendides. Pour deux personnes, nous avons trouvé l’espace amplement suffisant et la chambre était faite chaque jour. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !!! La qualité du petit dej n’était pas top

• Rafał (3/5): - I did not have a chance to enjoy staying in the hotel because we were kicked out of it upon the arrival due to "maintenance issues in your room". Can you imagine? At the reception desk I was told an email had been sent to me a day before with an explanation and redirection of our reservation to another hotel, 25 min away (maybe at night, not in the middle of the day!!!). Firstly, I am never welded to my phone while on vacation. Secondly, being there I could see other guests being checked in without any problem. Thirdly, we had booked that location months ago specifically to enjoy staying on Manhattan not Long Island city. So despite we were given a replacement hotel we decided to cancel that and find something that suited us. The hotel did not charge for cancellation which was a fair trade on their side.

Pratique, facile d'accès, dans une rue calme mais à quelques minutes de tout ce que vous voulez voir à pieds ou en Metro. Le petit déjeuner est hyper bien organisé, mais sachez que c'est l'usine...Il y a tout ce qu'il faut mais cela manque de frais au prix de la chambre.

• Łukasz (9/5): Znakomity, pełen wrażeń pobyt z niezapomnianym widokiem na miasto z 42. piętra. - Doskonała lokalizacja hotelu (stacje metra bardzo blisko, a najważniejsze miejsca w centrum oddalone do 15 minut pieszo). Niesamowity widok z 42-go piętra. Miły personel, codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników. To nie dotyczy tylko tego hotelu, bo niestety powierzchnia pokoju jest standardem w hotelach na Manhattanie. Jednakże ilość miejsca w pokoju jest bardzo mała (ciężko rozpakować ubrania dla 3 osób, gdyż w zasadzie brak jakichkolwiek półek, a w szafie można powiesić raptem kilka rzeczy). Łazienka również jest mała, a po skorzystaniu z prysznica (przy zamkniętych drzwiach oczywiście) woda potrafiła zalać całą podłogę.

A szálloda nagyon tiszta, minden nap volt takarítás, a személyzet pedig kedves és segítőkész. A kilátás gyönyörű volt, a reggeli finom és bőséges. Az elhelyezkedése is szuper, minden könnyen és gyorsan, akár gyalog is megközelíthető. Nem volt ilyen.

Obsługa w hotelu bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. My nie mieliśmy problemu z czekaniem na windy lub na stolik na śniadaniu. Obsługa bardzo dbała aby komunikacja w czasie śniadań była szybka i sprawna. Śniadania uważam za wystarczające. Każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobre bajgle. Codziennie jakiś owoc, jogurty, mufinki lub gofry. Dżemy, płatki śniadaniowe, musli, owsianka. Coś na ciepło typu jajecznica lub omlet i jakaś kiełbaska. Z warzyw tylko mix sałat i pyszne guacamole. No i lokalizacja hotelu doskonała. 15 minut i jesteśmy na Times Square. Wejście do metra również tuż obok hotelu. W okolicy sklepy i lokale z jedzeniem. Po wymeldowaniu można przechować bagaż. W hotelu jest również punkt w którym można zamówić transport na lotnisko spod samego hotelu co było bardzo wygodne. Wszystko nam się podobało.
• Marica (9/5): Beautiful and very central hotel room - The hotel is very well located about 20 minutes walking distance from Times Square, so very central and close to many main attractions. We got a room at the 32nd floor with a beautiful city view, we could actually see the Empire State Building form our room. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend. Don’t book cabs through the consierge service. Two days before the end of our stay, we booked a cab through the concierge service, to get picked up and driven to the airport. They got the dates mixed up and sent us a car the day before we were supposed to leave. I tried to explain that they got the days mixed up but they wouldn’t offer any refunds, so I had to convince them to still get me a car the day after without charging me again. That wasn’t easy. The day of our departure, no car showed up! If it wasn’t for the helpful staff at the hotel, who very quickly arranged for another car to come, we’d probably miss our flight.
• Barbara (8/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, widok z okna też rewelacyjny. Obsługa hotelu przyjemna i pomocna. Pokój czysty i zadbany. Pokój był dosyć ciasny, zwłaszcza łazienka. Drzwi przesuwne do łazienki przy której zaraz obok było łóżko nie zapewniały w ogóle prywatności. Na windę trzeba było bardzo długo czekać. Śniadania niestety kiepskie, w dodatku bardzo mały wybór. Mimo wykupionych śniadań jedliśmy poza hotelem.

• Audrey (9/5): Excellent séjour ! - Emplacement idéal à 10/15 min de Times square à pieds mais bien + au calme (à côté également du Flatiron, High Line, ESB, Bryant Park … etc) À proximité immédiate de la ligne de métro 1 et à 5min à pieds de Penn station qui est une des 2 gare de Manhattan. Quartier très sympa avec Supermarchés à proximité ainsi que tout un tas d’endroits divers et variés où manger juste à côté également. Literie confortable et chambre propre et faite quotidiennement. Room service testé un soir de grande fatigue et parfait : bcp de choix, plats de qualités et des prix très ok pour NYC. Service de bagagerie gratuit le jour du départ lorsque notre vol est en soirée, très pratique et bien géré ! Nous avions pris un supplément pour avoir une chambre avec vue dès la réservation mais la veille lors du Check-in j’ai demandé une chambre au calme (loin du passage/ ascenseur) et le + haut possible : respect de la demande à la perfection avec une chambre au 44ieme et dans un coin éloigné du passage. La vue depuis cette chambre était splendide, un véritable spectacle à toute heure du jour et de la nuit ! Si je devais revenir à NYC je reprendrai certainement cet hôtel ! Le bruit très fort de la soufflerie de la climatisation. Nous devions la couper dès que nous y étions, vraiment insupportable… en été ça doit être compliqué !! Le petit dej correct mais sommaire quand même et le personnel du petit dej pas des + aimable La chambre est petite, on le savait et ce n’est pas forcément négatif dans notre cas (2 grands lits pour 2, séjour avec mon fils), en revanche le manque de rangement c’est vraiment dommage ! Je crois que j’aurais préféré des placards de rangement plutôt que le micro onde + frigo qui ne nous on jamais servis. On s’en ai accommodé mais c’est vrai que c’est pénible de devoir ouvrir/fermer les valises au quotidien.

I didn't like that a baby cot is a camping crib that doesn't even have a mattress and barely any room to stand on. So not recommended with a baby. In the end the baby slept in my bed, I just put many pillows around, but not the idile if he had fallen. Secondly, the elevators in the morning is hard to catch, very busy and could take up to 10 min. Third, a new iPhone Air disappeared from our room. I have reported to the receptionist, not sure anything was done and certainly wasn't given an update.
• MARIA (9/5): - Posizione perfetta, a 50 metri dalla fermata metropolitana. Comodissimo per tutto. Penn Station a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Personale gentilissimo. Camere pulite anche se in po' piccole. Letto comodissimo Colazione un po' da migliorare per qualità
• Nicu (10/5): Un sejur excelent! As reveni cu drag! - Personalul ospitalier, micul dejun tip american, curățenia din cameră, priveliștea asupra Manhattan-ului de la etajul 43. Hotelul este situat pe strada cu cele mai multe florării. Era o încântare dimineața la ieșirea din hotel. Toaleta este situata în mijlocul camerei, ușa nu se închide ca la europeni.

• Maciej (7/5): - Exceptional location. Room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was terrible. The wait for the elevator was also unreal, we had a room on the 24th floor and waiting for an elevator was a nightmare. Usually it was waster to just walk down the stairs.

• Lisa (10/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die 2 Betten Zimmer waren sehr klein. Man hatte zu dritt kaum Platz für den Koffer aber es war für ein paar Nächte ok. Das Frühstück war gut und es konnte jeder etwas finden. Die Lage war wirklich sehr gut und wir fühlten uns sehr sicher.

La vue du 24e étage (par chance car pas de demande de chambre avec vue) côté One World Trade Center et statue de la liberté dans un petit trou - mini frigo et micro onde si besoin Les petits bémols : le manque de rangements (une petite penderie, pas d’étagère de rangement, 2 patères murales dont une cassée - pas pratique pour 8 jours Une Clim (dans notre chambre) faisant un bruit épouvantable - côté soleil donc pénible les jours chauds
• Maculewicz (10/5): - Obsługa bardzo miła, po wcześniejszym zapytaniu dostaliśmy pokój z obłędnym widokiem z 43 piętra na downtown z okazji naszej podróży poślubnej. Bez dopłaty! Było widać nawet po przybliżeniu w telefonie statuę wolności :) Pokoje czyste i sprzątane codziennie. Śniadania średnie, ale mi to nie przeszkadzało z uwagi na to, że nie jadam śniadań. Więc trochę jajecznicy mi zawsze starczało. Na stołówce kilka soków do wyboru więc można sobie nalać do termosika i ma się picie na wynos 😄 Oprócz tego przez całą dobę dostępne herbaty, gorąca woda, kawa, kakao itp w lobby. Lokalizacja super, metro dosłownie minutka od hotelu . Cała ulica przy hotelu jest w sklepikach z roślinami. Więc zawsze pięknie to wyglądało i pachniało jak się tamtędy wychodziło🥰

• Michael (4/5): A real disappointment for a Marriott property - Location. Room very small. No room for luggage: we used the small bench seat provided to hold one suitcase and the second case had to be placed on the floor. Bathroom very small. While we were absent all day, housekeeping arrived after our return at 6pm, asking if we wanted the room serviced. A housekeeping trolley was left in the narrow hallway, effectively blocking half of the hallway for the duration of our stay. A vacuum cleaner with its cord across the hallway was added to the trolley obstacle for the second and third days of our stay. Both, in our opinion created a potentially serious risk, particularly if an emergency occurred overnight. Other than basic soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, no amenities were provided. A coffee pod machine was provided but only one pouch each of normal coffee and decaffeinated coffee was provided, not was any black teabags provided. Two paper cups and two thin plastic cups represented the total drinking amenities.

• Marloes (9/5): Hele fijne tijd gehad - De ligging. Lekker centraal. Ik wil niet zeggen dat het me niet beviel, maar de hotelkamer en vooral de kast is wel heel mini. Wij hadden 2 koffers en 2x handbagage en hebben uit de koffer geleefd omdat er geen ruimte was, maar we moesten letterlijk over alles heen stappen. Het was prima, maar gewoon wat kleiner dan we hadden verwacht.
