• Cheryl (9/5): Great experience in a fabulous location - Location with fantastic views. Apartment had anything you could possibly need. Walking distance to old town and beach. Communication with bookers and owners was excellent and very prompt. Nothing not to like. Any apartment in this location will have stairs but that was our expectation

• Tarik (7/5): Bien - La propreté L’accès est très difficile, on ne sait pas accéder en voiture, il faut une autorisation et trop d’escalier que ce soit pour aller à la plage ou en ville trop d’escalier

• Linda (8/5): Apartment was nice and comfort. Only real issue was with the Wi-Fi. Stairs were also killer but expected. - Location to the old town. Beautiful view from the windows. Communication with the management agent and owner was difficult. Was told someone would meet us there but after no responses to my messages, end up calling the agent for entry code. Wi-Fi did not work and sent messages to the owner but got no response. End up calling the agent again who contacted the owner, who then called me with another suggestion that did not work. Owner did get Wi-Fi from neighbor last few hours of our stay.
• Josephine (9/5): Spacious apartment in good location - Great location near the old town and beach. The apartment is large, with separate dining and lounge areas and 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment feels old but it was clean and well stocked. Great views from the apartment. You can’t see the apartment from the street but the host did give instructions on how to find it (unfortunately we forgot we had them so did struggle to find it) We booked this apartment specifically as it had a washing machine only to find it was broken when we arrived, so we were not happy. To be fair, the host did leave us money to go to the laundromat, but it was an inconvenience we hadn’t planned on. There are a lot of stairs to descend to get to the apartment, not so easy to climb up or down with luggage in 31 degree heat. (Don’t think you can escape the stairs in Dubrovnik)

• Jacek (9/5): Superb - Magnificent view from the appartment, near beaches and the Old Town. Very quiet and peaceful area. Almost complete equipment in the appartment, comfortble beds, lots of space inside. Lack of dishwaher. Acces to the appartment by lots of stairs only, but this is specific for all buildings in this part of the city.
• Davide (7/5): Good value but Direct Booker mangers are terrible - Nice, good location, good value. Direct Booker manages this property and they are terrible and don’t communicate. I was left by front door with no way to get in. Once I got in touch with the owner it was great. The system does not work.

Friendly host that is really there to help. - This has nothing to do with the property but don´t think of bringing a (rental) car into Dubrovnik, there is simply no parking available anywhere. I ended up returning the rental car to the airport 2 days before the flight back.

• Kumar (9/5): A Great Stay with a great Views . - The View from all my rooms are amazing . Had 2 Wash rooms which is good . Had all the cooking and bathing amenities . Good satisfactory stay .The Old City as a delight walk which is so close . We have to climb down or up almost 80 stairs . We were on a 3 week holiday and had 6 large suitcases and many smaller . It was a big task and one have to remember this while booking to reach the apartment need a lot of energy . Same while checking out .
• Cindy (10/5): Perfect Dubrovnik Accommodation! - Ventula Apartment was perfect for our 5 day stay in Dubrovnik. It was spacious, well appointed and with 2 full baths it was great for 2 couples sharing. Nikola is a gracious host. The “ocean view” description does not do the panoramic view justice - it is absolutely gorgeous! You see the harbor to the West, Lokrum Island directly in front, cruise and clipper ships come in/anchor to the East and of course the beautiful Adriatic sea. It’s a short walk to the Old Town Ploce Gate entrance and convenient to the Cable Car which is wonderful. To note though there are steep and uneven stairs to manage in both directions (up towards the Cable Car and down to the Old Town). Regardless of this only downside we would stay there again and highly recommend!

• Barbara (10/5): Amazing! - Me and my family are in love with this property and the location, everything was so clean and the host was there to handle the keys and explain everything about the city, the apartment, etc, and prepared everything for a nice and comfortable stay. I was able to see how they really care about keeping the property in a good way for the guests well being. It was really amazing staying in apartment Ventula. And the plus: the view is totally amazing!

• Caitlin (10/5): We had a lovely time in Dubrovnik and the apartment made it even more special with it’s delightful views. - This apartment was in a great location and had fantastic views over looking the old town from each of the bedrooms. It was about a 10 minute walk to get into the old town. You do have to climb up stairs to get to the apartment, as mentioned in other reviews, but this is pretty common when staying within Dubrovnik old town area. We found the stairs manageable, especially when you see the view you get from the top. The apartment was so clean and welcoming, we could have stayed there for much longer. Even with 6 people in the apartment it was still spacious! Having two bathrooms was a treat. Each bedroom also had their own air conditioner. Nikol was a great host and assisted with anything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing!
• Elisabeth (10/5): A perfect apartment with amazing ocean & Old Town views. - Everything about this apartment was perfect! The ocean & old town views were incredible, plus every detail was covered. There was even laundry detergent for the washer, which was so helpful. The location is amazing because it’s a short walk to Banje Beach & Old Town, just be prepared for lots of steps (totally worth it). Nothing negative.
