- JOSE LUIS (5/5): Aseo - La ubicación El tema del aseo es muy malo, solo cambian toallas, hablamos en recepción por el tema no nos dieron solución, esperamos a un consergue Mario y el nos ayudo para agilizar el tema del aseo y otro problema con el lava manos. Después hablamos con Eric y el presiono al servio de mucamas ya que se les habia olvidado, también el me dio el mail del gerente del hotel y de la sugerencia y nunca recibí la respuesta de la gerencia. Para los futuros pasajeros que vallan al hotel sugiero que lean mi opinión.

Fica bem próximo dos Outlets Clearence (ao lado) e Premium. É possivel receber encomendas, sem custo. O único ponto é sobre a limpeza. As toalhas foram trocadas todos os dias, mas o quarto não foi limpo de verdade em uma estadia de 8 dias.

Jakby nie to śniadanie to nie byłoby się do czego przyczepić. Natomiast to już sprawdzony standard w hotelach sieciowych, gdzie w miarę wysoki standard pokojów i wyposażenia oraz udogodnień, styka się ze słabym jedzeniem. - caioc50 (2/5): Worst Experience of My Life – Complete Failure in Customer Service - I would like to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my experience at this hotel, which, regrettably, stands as the worst I have ever encountered in my life. After nearly 12 hours of travel, I arrived at the property close to midnight on Friday, May 1st, expecting at the very least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. However, from the very first moment I stepped into the hotel, I was met with an unacceptable and deeply disappointing reception experience. The individual at the front desk did not greet me. Instead, I was abruptly addressed with a single word: “ID.” At the same time, the employee was eating and speaking on the phone while attempting to assist me. This behavior is entirely inappropriate and far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. As a guest who had just endured a long and tiring journey, I found this treatment not only disrespectful but frankly shocking. I have never experienced anything remotely close to this level of disregard. Basic politeness and professionalism are not optional—they are the minimum expectation. It is important to highlight that the core business of any hotel is customer experience, and in this case, that fundamental principle was entirely undermined. This situation clearly demonstrates how a single employee’s conduct is capable of significantly damaging that core metric. Furthermore, the staff member failed to properly explain any relevant information about the hotel, which only reinforced the overall sense of neglect and lack of care. I arrived genuinely excited for my trip, yet this interaction was enough to significantly diminish that feeling. In fact, my partner was left in a noticeably negative mood as a direct result of how we were treated, which further illustrates the impact of this experience. Given the seriousness of this situation, I expect a formal response from hotel management addressing this incident.

The front desk was very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was good and they have coffee 24/7 :) Out room was clean and in a great condition. We definitely would stay here out next visit to Orlando.

Other than that the breakfast is decent. Did not use the pool and gym but they look clean and managed well. The whole experience is very great. I’ll book the same hotel next time I’m here

La ubicación es excelente para aprovechar oulets. Quizás la desventaja es que, no hay supermercados tan cerca. Al tratarse de la modalidad tipo apart, con cocina, pienso que quizás faltan algunos utensilios para por ejemplo poder utilizar el anafe.
