- Mario (4/5): Mucho peor de lo que parece - Está en un callejón pero abres la puerta y es precioso. El hotel que ves en Booking y el que en realidad es son como la noche y el día. Todo genial hasta que entras en las habitaciones (al menos la doble) las habitaciones son enanas y apenas caben las maletas, además una de las ventanas daba a una pared. En esta pared, en la planta superior había unos cascabeles que con el viento sonaban 24/7. El baño es muy coqueto, pero inútil, se sale el agua lo que deja un reguero de moho insalubre.

A bit style over functionality. Beautiful fixtures but not always practical, especially the bathroom. Also had a bit of a drain smell.

The plumbing made lots of strange gurgling sounds all night and smells. The air conditioning struggled most of the time as it only operates when you have room key in the wall which takes time to kick in.

The first room that we got had a huge AC leak puddle on the floor going under the bed, thankfully staff was able to give us another room. I wanted to check out early at 6am, but there was no one at the desk.

- David (8/5): - We stayed yere as two family groups, we had a 2 bedroom suite. We found the room to be clean and comfortable, with a really fun and interesting half-barrel bath. The pool is small, but with the plants around makes for a very nice place to have a cool dip after a hot day. The hotel is easy to find, tucked away in a small street away from the busy main street. The staff, Tuấn Anh and Thuý Vi, deserve a special mention as they were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They did so much to help us even after we checked out when we had an ossue with accommodation elsewhere. You guys are fantastic!!! We were super happy overall with our stay. Our friends said their room was a little run down, and thoigh not a complaint at all, you need to manage expectations for the size of the pool and hotel, it is a small place but that is not a bad thing at all but if you are expecting something with a large pool this isnt it.
- Danh (7/5): Good value and opportunity to stay in a quaint side of HCMC. - Overall, it's not the greatest or worst stay one can have in HCMC. It's good value for money and has some hidden gem cafes and eateries nearby. There wasn't really a consistent presence among the staff. The security guard tended to function as the doorman, concierge and check in person all in one which makes the stay a little confusing. When usual staff were available, they were pretty helpful but overall I think the hotel could benefit from more consistent presence at the desk.
- Karen (4/5): This appartment did not live up to the description - The outside looked nice The apartment inside was run down, on the surface it looked clean but wasn’t when you looked closer. The fridge didn’t work and the air conditioning looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. The bathroom fan was covered in mould and it was hard to climb into the shower as the bath like tub was extremely high. The furniture was a bit sparse as it was an apartment for four people but only had space for two people to sit in the lounge area. We booked the deluxe family room but I’m not sure what was deluxe about it.

Our only complaint was that the aircon switches off when you leave the room (they only give you one room key). So the room was quite hot and took a while to cool down after being out all day. However, the room was clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a few days in Ho Chi Mihn.

We booked this for our honeymoon, It looks a lot bigger online both the pool and room. Our bathroom was tiny, the bathtub wasn’t secure to the floor so you had to be careful when showering. There is no soundproofing! We heard EVERYTHING. From the lifts, cleaners yelling very early in the hall way, the people above us the local animals, and the location of this spot is in a quieter spot. We had to use ear plugs our entire stay. The balcony is a joint balcony so you have people from other rooms peering in through your sheer curtains, we learnt this the hard way.

There is a bad smell about the towels in the toilet. The hole in the wash hand basin is not covered and i can smell something bad when i am brushing my teeth. When i shower in the bathtub, the water in the bathtub didnt got drain away. The water took a long time to drain away like as if the pipe is choked.

- Manon (7/5): Pas mal mais pas ouf - Chambre mignonne et hôtel plutôt charmant, dans une ruelle bien située. En revanche, l’humidité dans la salle de bains, et l’odeur de canalisations est assez désagréable, sans parler de l’insonorisation modique de la chambre (1er étage, côté ruelle) qui laisse entendre le raffut de la rue dès 6h du matin (chiens qui aboient nonstop, commerçants ambulants…). - Weronika (3/5): Na jedną noc ok. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Czyste pokoje. Okna i ściany są tak cienkie ,że nie da się spac. Słychać wszystko z zewnątrz , z korytarza i od sąsiadów zza ściany. Dużym minusem jest to ,że na balkonie nie ma żadnego krzesła aby posiedzieć.

- aditi (4/5): Not recommended - This place is a massive rip-off in my opinion. We booked this place thinking that we’d have a relaxed time at the hotel with the beautiful pool. Firstly, the pool and the hotel entrance isn’t as big as it seems in the pictures. Secondly, the pool is right in front of the main entrance, not a very comfortable place to chill and lastly we could hear blasting pig noises in the morning which were very awful, that we had to change our accommodation last moment. Also the location of this hotel is so far away from all the touristy places, you’ll end up booking cabs all the time

- Rebecca (8/5): - Really loved staying here. Great value for money and in a good location. I loved the little kitchen, made it very easy for us. And even when we had our 'do not disturb' sign on the door, they still left bottles of water outside which I thought was lovely! Really enjoyed our stay. Overall the cleanliness was good! Could do with a lick of paint but honestly, that is me being really picky. Only thing I would say was that the bathroom was a little mouldy? Again that is me being super picky.

The bathtub is not very functional.. incovenient to shower, the water easily leaked behind the bathtub. The windows are badly isolated, which means wake up at 5am due to a dog barking. Unfortunately, the beds were also not very comfortable..

- Christiane (8/5): Chambre bien équipée et au calme à bon prix. - Bel hôtel avec toute cette verdure, nous disposons d'une chambre confortable avec tout l'équipement pour préparer son repas si besoin avec un petit balcon. Ce balcon à partager avec les voisins et les plantes sont envahissantes et cachent la vue. Ce jardin est à entretenir. Et il serait bien de mettre une séparation pour privatiser les balcons.
- Omair (8/5): Comfortable Stay - A nice property with a beautiful vertical garden. The room and bathroom were clean, well equipped with enough plates, cutlery, glasses, and pans to cook or reheat food. Café Nekisse right next door is a great spot to grab a specialty coffee in the morning, Cam Thi, which serves amazing Vietnamese food in a very cozy, authentic atmosphere, there’s also a convenient laundry place nearby. One of the pans seemed greasy as if it hadn’t been washed after use by the previous guest.
