• Canzani (1/5): Never stay here. Over priced , not even one star hotel - The room was terrible. Super dirty, full of humidity. Is a 1 star hotel Everything. We arrived and the room was dirry, the bed had a huge stain in the middle, the smell of humidity was unbelievable

The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good for breakfast and evening meals. Taxis came very quickly when required 1 - 2 minutes only. The lift was small if you had a lot of luggage.

Bagno assolutamente insufficiente. Camera fatiscente. Assenza colazione. Davvero troppo poco per 193 euro!
• HERNAN ALONSO (8/5): Buen hotel - La cercanía al Vaticano, siempre con personal en la recepción, limpieza en el cuarto. Baño muy estrecho, y con algunos pequeños detalles de falta de mantenimiento, las camas pueden ser más cómodas, si es tu primer vez en Roma debes tener presente la ubicación, queda muy cerca al Vaticano pero algo retirado de otros sitios.

• Emmanuel (3/5): Not cheap for the quality offered. Noisy. - The location is excellent. Very good district closed to Vatican. A lot of bars and restaurants around. For the price I expected a better quality accommodation. It's very noisy as we hear clearly the elevator, the people walking with their luggage in the corridor, and people on the street. The staff was not very welcoming, we arrived quite late and maybe the night staff was not happy to work there. Overwall we didn't relaxed at night.

• Mees (10/5): - San Valentino is truly a great place to stay. The location is excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly. Ahmed, who works there is very kind and always up for a chat and happy to recommend the good spots to visit in Rome. We had a pleasant stay :)

Terribile esperienza , ce ne siamo andati e non abbiamo trascorso la seconda notte lì! Camera sporca, tenda che non si chiudeva e la luce entrava fin dall’alba, acqua calda che arrivava e non arrivava, prese a muro sfilate e non tutte funzionanti!
• Username JOSEPH (4/5): Was OK Until it Wasn't - Good location since it's in the Prati neighborhood. It's a few blocks from the Lepanto Metro stop. The staff were friendly. I was strongly considering extending my stay until the hotel ran out of hot water and the daily rate near doubled. The rooms are a bit dated.
• Sorin Alexandru (10/5): Perfect - Scrivo questo commento perché siamo stati accolti a braccia aperte in questo hotel. Anche se siamo arrivati prima delle 15:00, il receptionist Alvin ha fatto tutto il possibile per offrirci una camera. La zona dell’hotel è molto buona: tranquilla, sicura e vicina ai mezzi pubblici. Alvin mi ha spiegato sulla mappa cosa possiamo visitare e come raggiungere più facilmente tutti i monumenti storici. Alla partenza, anche se avevamo il volo più tardi, hanno custodito i nostri bagagli gratuitamente e in sicurezza presso l’hotel. Sicuramente torneremo a Roma e alloggeremo di nuovo in questo hotel; lo consiglio anche ad altri clienti. ——-

• Scarafile (1/5): Pessimo - Forse l unica cosa che mi è piaciuta che il letto fosse comodo. La porta era bloccata e strisciava per terra in più consumate come se avessero preso acqua, la maniglia era rotta, il lavabo era arrugginito, la presa del caricatore era rientrata nel muro, c’era una piastrella per terra perchè staccata dal muro, in più vi era un odore sgradevole in stanza. Ho riferito tutto al ragazzo che c’era nella reception il 22 Aprile 2026 alle 18 circa, mi ha detto che sarebbe salito in stanza a vedere e NON è mai salito. Comunque mi ha detto che era già a conoscenza di alcuni dei problemi della stanza. L unica cosa che mi ha detto di farlo presente al numero whatsapp dell hotel, e la risposta dopo aver allegato le foto dei danni è stata “OK GRAZIE”! Non ho ricevuto scuse per l accaduto, manco un mi dispiace, mi hanno fatto pagare comunque la tassa di soggiorno e in più non mi hanno neanche cambiato stanza. Che dire.. per essere un tre stelle davvero esperienza orribile. Mi spiace ma non ci tornerò mai più. 100 euro di stanza e 12 di tassa di soggiorno, NON ne vale la pena.

• Renato (3/5): - Posizione Il lavandino erogava pochissima acqua calda. L'aspetto peggiore è stata la totale mancanza di acqua calda al mattino prima della doccia, lavarsi con sola acqua fredda è inaccettabile.
• Benson (7/5): - Check in was easy and fast. You had to leave the key at the desk when leaving and coming back but it was 24/7 concierge desk. The room did the trick and everything worked properly. Bathroom was upto par.

Персоналът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив през цялото време. Специално искам да изкажа благодарност към мъжа на рецепция, който беше на смяна при нашето напускане на 4 април – той беше изключително мил, внимателен и професионален. Остави у нас много добро впечатление и наистина допринесе за цялостното ни приятно изживяване. С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново! Силно препоръчвам! базата е малко стара и има някои забележки, но чистотата, локацията и персоналът компенсират това

After a long day of discovering - The location was good and very friendly staff The beds are not comfortable at all, and mattress was squeaking while turning. The toilet was small and smelly. Elevator is tiny, so if you have a lot of luggage you wouldn’t fit .
