- CINTHIA (8/5): Restricciones de la estancia - La ubicacion Cuando llegue el recepcionista me dijo que estaba prohibido ingresar alimentos y bebidas al hotel eso no me agrado ,,le hace falta mantenimiento al rooftop, las almohadas estaban duras y me bloquearon mi tarjeta media hora antes de la hora del check out ya no pude ingresar a la suite tuve que ir activarla

- Tim (9/5): Idéal pour une à deux nuits - Très bon emplacement lorsque l'on souhaite être proche de la gare routière. Pas mal de bons petits restaurants locaux et bon marché à proximité, notamment sur la grande place où les gens viennent danser le weekend. Bon rapport qualité / prix, chambre confortable, personnel très sympahtique, piscine sur le toit avec salle de sport. Petit-déjeuner en supplément très correct.

- elise (8/5): Hotel proche aeroport - L hotel est très propre, vraiment nickel, bien situé et en plein centre. Parking sur place et petit déjeuner compris. A proximité des restaurants, supermarché et commerce. Piscine au dernier étage avec vu à 360. Pour le prix c'est largement correct!!!

- Eduardo (7/5): Clean and comfortable room. Terrible shower. - Pros: location, cleanliness, bed comfort, room size, and the staff. The hotel cannot keep ignoring the recurring bad reviews regarding the shower, which is absolutely terrible. The water comes out with no pressure and all over the place (the shower is likely clogged and needs a deep cleaning or replacement), and controlling the temperature is tricky (it takes a while to get hot, and, once it does, it is hard to adjust between ice cold and burning hot). I stayed in room 605, but I believe this is a common issue in the entire hotel.

- Michelle (6/5): - la réception accueillante manque de connaissance pour recevoir des Touristes ont devrait être capable d'échanger en anglais ou français quand on arrive c'est la moindre expectation qu'on pourrait s'attendre d'un accueille qui est là pour les touristes qui arrivent de partout à travers le monde le bilinguisme je ne crois pas que c'est seulement du local qui se présente à votre hôtel et c'est pas tout le monde qui peut échanger en espagnol les étages sont tenu proche la piscine aurait besoin de beaucoup d'amour et d'entretien Merci Les fenêtres à nettoyer ça ferait de votre hôtel une une hôtel avec de la classe qui gagnerait des notes

- Lauriane (9/5): Parfait pour se reposer ☺️ - Très confortable et très propre, situé non loin d’une petite place avec des petits stand qui proposait de la nourriture locale, pas très loin non plus de la station de bus ADO qui nous emmène partout. Pas vu d’accès à une fontaine d’eau potable.

- Emil (7/5): - Posizione top, così come la piscina che ha una bella vista ed è usufruibile fino alle 22. Staff molto gentile e disponibile e doccia bella e curata. Uniche cose negative sono state la grandezza del letto che per due non era sufficiente ma era una piazza e mezzo e la mancanza di una finestra che rendeva l’ambiente troppo caldo e soffocante.

En la reservacion que hicimos en línea se mencionaba que el desayuno tenía un costo de 150 pesos, pero no fue así los.costos eran a la carta.

- Sandro (7/5): - Excellent location, very close to the ADO bus terminal. The property is centrally located, making it easy to get around on foot, with bars and restaurants nearby. Suitable for short stays. I expected something more considering it's a 4-star hotel. There are many details that could be improved.

- Patrice (4/5): I would not go back there - Your room was clean and the bed was comfortable The hot water was not consistent. Sometimes you had some sometimes not also they have no closet so you can hang your clothes. This was my first hotel room with no closet never saw that before.
