- Karen (1/5): Unresponsive host - We called the host 20 times at the airport because the ad says that there's a shuttle there is no shuttle in the ad also says that this is a hotel it is not a hotel I would not recommend anyone stay here if they are looking to stay at a hotel
- Sara (1/5): Worst establishment - The worst experience in my life . Be very very careful while booking this establishment. Upon arrival at the resort , I was informed that my booking was confirmed but could not enter. I tried to contact the establishment probably 20times or more and no response . I contacted the customer service by booking to explain the situation and the help was useless. I was on the Fone for more than 3 hours to booking trying to find another accommodation and no help what so ever . I finally ended up paying the double for another last minute accommodation. Never book this establishment

- Nikhil (1/5): Broken apartment, hard to reach host, most terrible experience for the price paid - Cup cakes in the fridge, appreciate the effort. Broken stuff all around the apartment, to the level that I have never seen/expect to see in future. Host was super hard to reach, we didn't even get confirmation on our stay until the very last moment before check-in. Wifi password was provided 1 day after checkin. The mattress was also some cheap material and very old.

Pool/Beach view was beautiful. 1 toilet paper , 2 towels for 2 people on a week stay. damages to all doors , outdated kitchen. Damaged safe. Issues wt A/C not cooling. No room cleaning at least sheet/towel/paper toilet replacement every-other day . Wrote about issues and was ignored.. no response until last day just to provide instructions to check out.

- Alfredo (6/5): Pleasant - Location and beds. The interior of the apartment seemed quite old, and the box containing the key to enter was difficult to open with the provided code. Additionally, the owner said that the wifi password would be next to the modem, but it wasn't the case. I searched throughout the apartment, but couldn't find the password or any clue. Unfortunately, I couldn't access the internet all night. It wasn't until the next day that I changed hotels and finally got wifi :(

- Daney (7/5): Good, value for money - Very close to the beach Food in the restaurant is rather expensive relatively to quality/portions. The beach in front the property is quite small and narrow and is not as easy to swim in that part as it has rocks. Not many restaurant options around.

- Tiffany (7/5): Good - The location was great on the hotel zone and right on the beach. I loved having a view of the beach and the lagoon. We had a hard time cooking because there was not enough cooking supplies. Also, we only got 1 roll of toilet paper and no trash bags. There was also no handles to any of the cabinets or drawers.

- Jenny (1/5): run away don’t stay here !! - struggling to find anything check in process - gate insists on flat number - not given until just before check in at 4 - made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome wasn’t allowed access to facilities so with just 1 night stop over and being told can’t go in the pool etc - annoying and waste of holiday time place smelt awful. graffiti on the bed heads. blood stains on the wall. cockroaches having a party in the bathroom windy we were out. nothing ‘deluxe’ about it - word needs removing. ‘partial sea view’ joke - if you hang out of the front door. itchy sheets. gross place needs removing from bookable websites. seen beets dog kennels

- Ed (6/5): We enjoyed our stay and we would book a room there again. We would be more attentive to the pictures and ask a few ques - The hotel zone area, the beach front, the pool area, safe and secure, quiet, life guards, the loungers and pagodas. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner was great. most of the problems could have been resolved if a response was timely. The room was musty if the windows were closed. The room was next to the elevator so if the windows were open it wasn’t private and bugs got in as no screens in this room. The room only had one 3 prong electric plug and mist electric is outdated. The kitchen fan didn’t work properly and the bathroom fan was very noisy. The stove needs to be lit with a lighter. The kitchen window doesn’t lock so has to be secured with something like a broom handle. The door bottoms are tattered.

Had to wait over an hour to be let in by the private owner which was annoying. And the lady that worked the gift shop was so rude. Also they were doing construction on the property. I had to take the elevator to the room and it almost broke down on me.

Pros: There is a convenience store run by a Canadian lady in the complex - Pool and beach are very close Cons: Elevator wasn't working because they were doing construction. I was told this the minute of check in. They said they tried calling me on my Canadian number while I was in Mexico for a week before. They should've emailed. I was on third floor No plugs with three pins to charge your laptop and work Fridge was turned off and they didn't send a cleaner to clean the water in the kitchen and sitting area. A bag was left forgotten with cleaning sprays by the entrance. The plug in the kitchen was making electric mass The curtains were put wrong way in bedroom. Noisy road and noisy A/C unit in the bedroom Wifi keeps disconnecting
