• Evelyne (8/5): - Had air conditioning. Not enormous but big enough for what we needed it for. Close to buses, tram, Roma termini and supermarkets. Straightforward check in and check out. There could have been more instructions regarding appliances and check out conditions (in what conditions to leave the apartment). The shower does not have any place to put our soap, bottles and stuff. A bit loud outside since it is in a university neighborhood but with the windows closed it was not too bad.

• Limaitzu (9/5): - L appartement était bien situé ( 30 minutes à pied du Colisée)et l'immeuble était calme. Les voisins sont très gentils et pret à nous aider si besoin notamment quand la boîte à clé ne fonctionnait pas. L'appaetement était très bien pour 3 personnes. La literie était vraiment top et confortable. Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour. Nous avons eu juste un petit problème avec le boîtier des clés qui ne marchait pas Via application. Mais cela a été solutionné rapidement avec la boîte à cle manuelle. Et il y avait une fuite au niveau de la douche que nous avons fait remonter à notre arrivée. Je pense qu elle s'est un peu aggravée. Une réparation est prévue après notre départ.

• Natalija (8/5): Very pleasant, nice and clean but freezing when they switch the heating - Perfectly clean! Very nice and cosy apartment in beautiful old building It was pretty cold. The heating is set to be swith off on 22 degrees on thermostat in apartment but thermostat is not correct and it was not 22 degrees. When the heating works it is beautiful to be in flat, but very often it was switched off during the day and we were freezing.
• Nastasia (10/5): - The located is near Termini. Actually everything you want to go is from Termini( all ways go to Termini) :) Best location ever. Support was there when was needed. We would come back again.
• Hasiib (3/5): Kold lejlighed, med mange mangler, dårlig service - Det var et fint sted og stor lejlighed, køkkenet var fint og værelserne store. Varmen virket ikke så lejligheden var meget kold. Der var ikke lagt gulvtæpper så det gjorde også lejligheden kold og vores fødder blev beskidte af gulvet. Der var ingen futter eller noget man kunne have på mens man gik rundt i lejligheden istedet for at have bare fødder. Ingen af dynerne havde dynebetræk der var lagt 2 lagen sammen og dynen i mellem hvilket var irriterende når man sov. Køkkenet manglede nogle ting. Der var ikke noget salt & peber, der var ikke olie til stegning, ingen sukker eller kaffe/te. Vi var nødt til selv at købe disse ting og efterlad i lejligheden siden vi ikke kunne tage det med hjem.

• Jesus (8/5): Good relation between quality and price! - It was well equipped for four people, and the facilities provided everything needed for a comfortable experience. We already knew that the Termini area wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t too bad, to be honest. However, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom.

• Antonio (5/5): Senza infamia e senza lode - Cosa penso della colazione? Che non c'era una colazione. La posizione raggiungibile con i mezzi. La pulizia non era soddisfacente. La porta del bagno non si riesce a chiudere a chiave.
• Roman (7/5): Good - it was clean and nice. the matress on the big bed was old and very suppressed by many people. was uncomfortable to sleep.

• Jeremy (8/5): Overall very enjoyable. Convenient and great local area. - The San Lorenzo location is very good with some excellent cafes and restaurants close by. A lively student area which is not full of tourists. An up and coming area off the tourist trail. Excellent. The pillows and mattresses. All were lumpy or hard. Need to be replaced.
• Baltazars (10/5): Excellent apartment and lovely neighbourhood - Amazing location. Very close to the Termini Train station and in the middle of the amazing San Lorenzo neighbourhood. The service was great, the apartment clean and tidy. Very recommended place.
• Jette (9/5): Great apartment with a lovely neighbourhood full with cheap restaurants! - I really liked the airconditioning (it was working very well), the bathroom, and the living room. The apartment was quite large and it consisted of everything that we needed. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it looked like there was everything one needs. Additionally, the beds were really comfortable! The neighbourhood looked at first sight somewhat poor, but the restaurants were really nice and there was a gelato shop nearby with lovely owners and ice cream! The route from the railway station to the apartment was not really nice... We had to walk through neighbourhoods that were very filthy and full with wanderers (also very sad for them...). Additionally, the closest tram station was around 800 meters walking, which was quite far. The bus station however was not that far. Finally, the lift was quite poor... I didn't trust it to hold me and my suitcase so I had to walk 6 stairs to enter the apartment. For me that was no problem, but maybe with some elderly people or children this could be hard.
• Nakul (7/5): Good location, but walls could do with some repainting. - Keys easy to collect from key safe using a mobile phone. The flat is on a street that has a very busy bar that's noisy up until 1am. That's not really a problem if you sleep in the bedroom as the noise doesn't travel but stops you leaving windows open at night. Many of the walls have scuff marks and divots but nothing major. Location is fantastic, close to supermarkets, brilliant and well priced restaurants; big shout out to Alice that have superb and well priced pizza / focaccia slices. Also to Veronica and Christian at the Nero Cafe by the Piazzale Triburtina who were charming, friendly and very helpufl. Flat could do with a repaint. Had to buy coat hangers as none were provided.
• Isobel (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable apartment. Clean and well supplied. The stairs when the lift was not operating but it was fixed quickly so no real problem
• Cc9999999 (7/5): Cheap, outdated, without any pretentions - The apartment was spacious The apartment is a bit rusty/outdated. If look for a quiet place to sleep, forget about this one. On a side you have the bedroom which is facing a courtyard of the building from where you can hear late in the night TVs and what the neighboors are chating. On the other side you have the livingroom with 2 sigle beds which is facing a busy street where people are screeming up to 2 AM. The shower sink is draining slowly. The kitchen water tap is broken. The beds are not that comfy. The mattress from the double bed is in waves, difformed. You don't have small stuff which are annoying. A sponge to clear your dishes,a bit of papper towel, maybe a complimentary capsule of coffee...
• Chrystal (8/5): Recommended place for group of travelers - Recommendable for group of travelers. It’s really spacious with complete amenities with friendly host handling us the keys. But the air conditioning didn’t work during our whole stay and we didn’t get any updates regarding this concern. Overall, the place is still really good. No air conditioning.
• Judy (6/5): very basic, no TV, no radio and noisy during the nigh. but it’s close to the centre of Rome - spacious and adequate dirty shower cubicle tv’s not working noise levels from the bars below into the early hours of the morning

• Promanner (4/5): Only for those who doesn't care about comfort - Quite authentic building for those who appreciate it. Too dirty. Owned by a company, not a host. It's not comfortable to reach the metro, the district is restless. Too far from main attractions. The bars are downstairs, too much noise all the night until 4-5 o'clock: screaming, shouting, swearing all the time. From the side of the inner yard there's noise from neighbors: music every night. Old TV, wifi is unstable. Little light, problems with lighting: it is dark inside all the time. Really small kitchen, no opportunity for cooking. The personal is demanding, speed us up during check in. No baby cots, everyrhing is for extra money. The elevator is old, breaks down constantly. The key to the porch front door didn't open it well.
