Alexander (10/5): - The location and the staff proximity to c stores and pricing, little touches here and there, The breakfast in the hotel. The room was just a bit too small, not enough space for the luggage and the outside view was blurred and it's hard to see the outside of the street.

Avram (7/5): Clean, bright, spacious - but extreme street siren noise - Nice clean place, good to have some space to put bags down and a nice shower. Easy check in, easy check out. Runs efficiently with pleasant staff who are not overly interactive (which can be nice in a hotel) The noise is terrible from the emergency sirens and motorbikes going down the major road, all night long. If I didn’t have noise cancelling headphones to sleep with, I would have been strung out - I was on the 10th floor. Additionally, the pillows aren’t great as a westerner, very flat, and one of them had bean bag beans in it (?!?)

Alexandre (7/5): Bon emplacement, mais mauvais rapport/qualité prix et services pas au niveau - Excellent emplacement - le vrai point fort de l’hôtel. Chambre plutôt spacieuse pour Tokyo. Machine à laver dans la chambre très pratique. Globalement propre. Personnel d’accueil très agréable Le sèche linge fonctionnait mal (les filtres avaient besoin d’être nettoyés et faisaient puer les vêtements). Le room cleaning se limite aux poubelles et aux serviettes - il faut payer plus pour nettoyer la chambre et faire les lits. J’ai trouvé des gouttes de sang séchés sous la cuvette des toilettes le premier jour. Et dans les chambres confort, le climatiseur est situé au dessus du lit et envoie l’air en pleine tête, restant bruyant malgré le mode nuit. Le petit déjeuner a également baissé en gamme - il y a avait auparavant de petites portions individuelles soignées qu’ils ne font plus - et le manque d’amabilité du responsable et son intransigeance quant aux horaires sont fatigantes. Depuis 4 ans client de cet hôtel, les prix ont beaucoup augmenté mais les services ne suivent pas voire se détériorent. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pour moi plus intéressant.

Sam (8/5): Prima verblijf en centraal gelegen - Accommodatie was schoon en centraal gelegen. Metro dichtbij en centrum op 15 min lopen afstand. Het was prima. Wel ongebruikelijk dat een bed niet wordt opgemaakt of verschoond na een aantal nachten. Wel schone handdoeken op verzoek. Het hotel is centraal gelegen dus ‘s nachts hoorden we veel geluiden van de straat. Maar dat hoort er wel bij.
Victoria (8/5): Very pleasant - would stay again! - Pleasantly surprised by the amenities available in this hotel! There was free coffee and water in the lobby and the facilities were nice and clean. I also didn't realize and was happy to discover there's a washer in the room and Refa products for haircare and the hair dryer. It was a very seamless stay and the staff were very friendly. Location-wise, it was nice to stay in Shinjuku which is known to be a more populated area. It was plenty fine for us, in a bit more quiet of an area but also close in walking distance to Golden Gai etc., but note it's a bit of a further walk to the nearest stations (8-10 minutes), which doesn't seem like a lot but in Japan, those minutes and distance adds up.

Michael (9/5): Great Location and value - Property feels very new. Seems recently built. Excellent location easy walk to restaurants, coffee, stores, metro within 1-4 blocks. The lobby and common areas of the hotel are beautifully designed.staff is tremendous. Loads of information on the area are easily available. In multiple languages. Rooms have virtually every amenity you could think of and some you wouldn't! A built in pants press, a humidifier/air filter for example. Lighting is great, a small fridge and safe. The washer dryer combo in the room makes the trip easy if you need to get some laundry done. Overall this is a great value with everything you need. The breakfast buffet off the lobby seems a bit small at first but once you do it you realize it is really quite a perfect selection and is well rounded. Even the coffee making machine is nice, best coffee out of one of those machines I've ever had. The rooms / baths are tight, this is a Japan thing not unique to this hotel. The bed was a little too firm for us. Not terrible but took some getting used to. There is no closet space, just some hangers on a wall mounted rack that might hold 6-7 garments max. The breakfast buffet doesn't start till 7am so early risers, or early activities are hard to fit in that schedule. To be fair the buffet was never busy when we were there so perhaps they don't see the need. Both the TV and The washer have controls that are only in Japanese. There is a guide for the washer but both of these take some study if you have any hope of using them. TV is not a priority personally, but there seemed to be extremely limited channels and no English channels. just FYI.

Garratt (8/5): A great time and excellent location and room! Love the deep bath tub. - Location near Kabakicho and K town near train stations nice and central. The washer/dryer took forever and kept showing an error code even after having staff check it and “fix it” twice. Loud, long and obnoxious end cycle alarm as well.

Katharina (8/5): Gute Lage, familienfreundlich, durchaus empfehlenswert - Wir haben hier als Familie mit Kind übernachtet, direkt nach unserer Ankunft in Japan. Die Betten waren bequem, es gab Hausschuhe für Kinder, generell war das Hotel kinderfreundlich. Die Lage ist gut, fussläufig zur Station und einige Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Leider hat es in unserem Zimmer nicht gut gerochen auf dem Teppich! Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber nicht so gut wie auf den Fotos.

Hulali (10/5): Happy - When I asked questions the response was quick, when I got there I didn’t need to ask for the toddler rail. Luggage storage, breakfast, free coffee, borrow umbrella’s, washing machine/dryer combo bring own laundry detergents, staff friendly, beds comfy and able to push together. I had 3 twin beds for 3 adults and a toddler and it didn’t feel cramped at all! Microwave , sink wish cookware, full size refrigerator! What more could you ask for? I would stay here again but want to see another area of Japan. Right next to street only when ambulance went by it was obvious but other than that it was bearable.
Alex (9/5): Would recommend for a central Tokyo hotel - Both rooms were nice and the whole hotel was very clean. The location is handy for the metro and walkable to central areas. Special mention to Kimura on reception who was incredibly patient and helpful in getting our luggage sent to the airport
docGT (10/5): Come se fosse una casa , in Shinjuku - Im posizione comodissima sia per la poca distanza dalla metropolitana che dalle attrazioni del quartiere Camera grande per me che viaggio solo, con anche microonde e lavatrice. Buona colazione a buffet, di tipo sia internazionale che locale, con discreta scelta. Personale cordiale e disponibile a venire incontro anche a traduzioni in italiano grazie a un sistema a schermo trasparente alla reception.. È segnalato un giardino sul tetto ma no ho capito come raggiungerlo: la tessera che apre la camera seleziona in automatico il proprio piano e impedisce l'accesso agli altri piani.

Maeve (8/5): - The location was excellent. Air conditioning worked well (we had problems in other hotels so this was much appreciated!). Free toiletries available at reception. Our room was upgraded which we are very thankful for. Streaming service available on tv for downtime. Handy to have kitchenette facilities. I knew about the cleaning concept before we arrived. However, I was not a huge fan in practice. The bins in the room were small so filled up quickly. It would’ve been good to empty these daily as standard, or have a big bin in a central area that you could empty into. Otherwise, bins and towels were changed at the same time which was a bit wasteful re the towels. Some mysterious stains on linens, could have been cleaner but overall fine.

Carly (7/5): Efficient, convenient location - You are paying for location for this hotel. The main area in Shinjuku is much closer than it appears on the map. The sidewalks from the train station are bumpy but it's not far. The rooms are very small and clean. We could barely fit two suitcases and two humans in the room. But the location is great, the atrium area in the main lobby is super cute, and you have what you need close by. Tiny rooms.
