• Ekaterina (10/5): Short friend trip - The location was actually very close to the centre, we enjoyed the view from the terrace and the room was clean. Having the kitchen was also very practical. Kristina was very helpful and nice, answered all questions and provided location tips! Can definitely recommend this place to stay! Be ready that there are some steps up if you are walking, we had only light carry-on, so for us it was fine to walk and we did not mind. Otherwise, I think there is also a bus station nearby. There was nothing that we did not like :)

• Merijn (9/5): - Kristina was erg vriendelijk. Via booking.com app reageerde ze niet zo snel, maar via het vermelde WhatsApp nummer was de communicatie erg snel en soepel. Om vanaf de meeste bezienswaardigheid bij het appartment te komen moeten er echt een hoop trappen geklommen worden.

Esta fue la primera vez que visité la ciudad y lamento no haber sabido antes que hay mil escaleras para todo por lo que considero que no elegí la ubicación más conveniente ya que el apartamento estaba muy arriba del centro y al menos tuve que subir y bajar unas quinientas escaleras por día =(.

• Núria (9/5): Espai singular molt agradable però de difícil accés. - Còmode. Compte amb un agradable espai exterior amb bones vistes. Ideal per a parelles. L’accés. Per anar i tornar al centre de Dubrovnik has d’anar amb bus si no has de pujar un munt d’escales.

Mais vraiment le point le plus positif était l'aide que Kristina nous a apporté durant tout notre séjour. Adorable personne, merci encore à elle 🫶. Il n'y a rien que nous n'ayons pas apprécié.

• marie (8/5): Comfortable , quiet and a fantastic view … - Kristina is a special host , she gave us all the information we needed for our stay in Dubrovnik: transportation,restaurants, maps ecc!!! Everything in the home that you needed was there !!! I recommend this place to who likes and is capable to walk without any problems ! Parking !!!

• Tamara (9/5): Familiäres Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen - Die Besitzer waren freundlich und haben viele Tipps gegeben. Auf spontane Wünsche wurde nett reagiert. Die Betten waren super bequem und das Badezimmer modern und sauber. Die Mikrowelle funktionierte leider nicht und in der Küche fehlte z.B. eine Schere.

• Travelluci (8/5): Oasis with a splendid view - A nice home up on the hill with splendid views. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor space is nice especially at sunset. The apartment is clean. Corresponding with the contact was pleasant and easy. It's a quiet oasis away from the tourist hubbub.

The bathroom had some products we could use and the kitchen also was really well set up with equipment and different kitchen staples - definitely the most we've had in all the places we've stayed which, long term travellers, was appreciated. Everything was comfortable, clean, and great. The view was also beautiful and we appreciated being able to use the clothes line too. The kitchen is a bit small to be able to cook in but otherwise all good. The walk up the stairs probably isn't for everyone but we didn't mind it
• Rashvin (9/5): Lovely stay in a cosy apartment - The host, Kristina, was very friendly and gave us some good recommendations. Check-in instructions were flawless with some pictures & videos too. Kristina also kindly allowed us for a late check-out which was much appreciated. The fruits from their yard were sweet and were given some even while leaving. Nothing here... The apartment is quiet a trek from the old city as one can expect from the descriptions. We enjoyed this thoroughly however some may find this difficult.
• Elza (6/5): Good location, but the infrastructure needs to be improved a lot - - Proximity to the historic center The bathroom stall is constantly clogged; - The third bed needs to be made. The duvets are not in their covers: we had to put them back; - The kitchen sink has no overhang and when washing the dishes the water runs onto the floor; No floor cloth and only 1 dishcloth; - The bathroom sink leaks, leaking water into the 2nd drawer; - The dirt accumulated under the bed + 2 dirty rugs; - The garage is dangerous for parking: it is narrow, it opens directly onto the highway and there are no protective railings on the side to prevent the vehicle from falling down the slope to the apartment.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - The terrace has a lovely view. There is a very steep walk of 350 stairs/steps from the bottom of the hill if you decide to walk from the local shopping area.
• Johnny2hands (8/5): Very good - The apt is located high over looking the area below. Had everything we needed and perfect for what we expected. Fridge, Kitchen area. Showe was excellent. The air con was superb and a great relief from the heat. Lovely patio area with super views. 30 minutes to walk down into Dubrovnik.....get an uber back. Trust me its worth the €8. The steps back to the apt.....

• Kathryn (8/5): Great place to stay and enjoy the views - Christina was great at communicating and managed to have the place ready for me for an early check in. She was helpful with local advice. The sea view was fabulous although you need to be reasonably fit to scale the steps from the old town to the apartment. It was lovely to come back to the peace and quiet from the old town of Dubrovnik.
• Amy (9/5): Amazing hosts, amazing location, amazing views - host was super friendly and so easy to communicate with. Views from the apartment were amazing, especially at sunset. Keep in mind it’s situated on a hill and you have to climb many stairs to get to it otherwise get a taxi (very cheap). perfect place for a couple for 2/3 nights, kitchen space to cook was limited but well equipped.
• Nara (8/5): Good for young people - The view was wonderful There were a lot of stairs to get the old town. There is no delivery available in that place. We had to use taxis all the time
• Pierreta (10/5): Exceptional - So very kind and helpfull owner. Parking near the appartment on the main street. Clean rooms and kitchen with all you need 👍 2km to the historic center or 2km to Lapad.
• Vadim (10/5): Fantastic and romantic view - The apartment is very comfortable, fresh, and clean, offering a fantastic view. The host is extremely friendly and communicates perfectly. The kitchen is very well-equipped. It's easy to reach by bus without needing to climb any stairs. Currently, you can take bus #3 (20 minutes from the Old Town to "Magistrala 2" to reach the apartment) and bus #8 (5 minutes from "Hebranga 5" to the Cable Car station to reach the Old Town).
• Fatemeh (10/5): A nice place to stay! - I had an amazing manager host. Kristina is a wonderful, professional and kind property manger! She was very helpful, went above and beyond to help me finding a ride and also was available for answering any questions promptly.
• Tia (9/5): A quaint and peaceful stay with an attentive, kind host and breathtaking views. - The view was worth the money alone! Attentive host and compact but well laid out apartment. 25 minute walk into the old town / Lapad area. Slightly dated, stove was quite small - but this wouldn’t have been an issue if you weren’t eating in.
• Jane (10/5): An excellent choice - A lovely apartment on the hill, about 25min walk to Old Town and close to supermarket and bakery. Host met us on arrival and gave us lots of tips re sightseeing, restaurants etc. The apartment was clean, bed comfortable and we had everything we needed.
• Olga (6/5): Pleasant - The room is nice, large and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom have almost everything you need. There is a shared terrace with neighbouring apartments with a view of the city and the sea The location is awful, but of course if these apartments were downstairs they would cost twice as much - everything in Dubrovnik in general is very expensive for no apparent reason. To get to the nearest shop you have to walk down the streets/stairs for probably 100 metres, and then of course you have to climb up. To get to sea level you have to go even lower. Parking is a separate thrill. If you are afraid of heights, are not a very confident driver and drive something wider than Tigaun, I would not advise you to be tempted by the price of the apartments, given the above-mentioned charms of the location. Had I known what was in store for me, I would never have chosen this place. So, the so-called parking area is simply a piece of kerb on a very busy bypass road (the maximum speed allowed on this stretch is 70km/h, but don't forget this is Croatia) a metre wider than the car, and beyond that a sheer wall about three metres high. It is supposed to accommodate two cars. I took some photos of this wonderful car park in the hope of helping someone else avoid the misery I had to endure.

• Nicoleta (9/5): Relaxing week doing cardio on all those steps in Dubrovnik 😂 - The property was okay for the paid money, the apartment had all facilities needed for a family with a one year old toddler The parking was a bit far, a lot of stairs to climb and we had a lot of luggages, and also was pretty far from the center, but in general, was okay.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Stunning couples retreat - Lovely location with stunning terrace views of Dubrovnik ! Great to watch the sun set and sit and relax. Simple, clean layout with all necessary amenities. Local bakery, supermarket and restaurant located close to the property for essentials. I would just suggest more pillows for the bed as an option for additional comfort.
• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful view and terrace, clean and comfortable apartment. Everything was perfectly OK :) The apartment is located in the upper part of Dubrovnik, ant this is great because it's away from the touristic rush of the center :) If you like walking it's a nice walk up, otherwise you can take a taxi. It is also a great place to start a hike up Mt Srd!

Kristina messaged me before our arrival and helped us find our parking spot at night. She gave us some great recommendations and was just overall a great host. two small things for us were the pillows weren’t that comfortable and the shower head could use replacing. But a big issue.

• Marcel (9/5): Superb - - great view from the beautiful terrace and garden - large bedroom and very comfortable bed - clean and well maintained Because the apartment is very high up the mountain one needs to either walk lots of stairs or use a taxi/Uber. The great view makes up for it, but older and less fit guests might have difficulties getting there.
• Cheryl (9/5): enjoyed Dubrovnik a beautiful place, very relaxed atmosphere - The views were stunning, being able to sit on the terrace was a bonus in the mornings and evenings. you need a certain level of fitness to walk up and down, as it is located on the hill. hosts were very friendly, views were stunning being high up on the hill, apartment was well equipped for a stay, would have been nice to have a couple of beach towels available.

• Groebehavn (10/5): Absolutely awesome - Comfy bed, separate bedroom, nicely equipped kitchen, very clean and modern bathroom. We enjoyed every bit of our stay! You need to take taxi (Bolt or Uber, around 50HRK in 2022) to be able to get up to the accomodation, as this is really at the top of Dubrovnik. :)
