- Carol Tree (8/5): Would stay again - Nice and spacious. Comfy bed. All the utilities that you need. Great location. Would stay again Unfortunately the flat above had loud music playing until 3am on the Friday, which I appreciate isn't the fault of the place.
Just for people to be aware of the security deposit, which is approx the same cost of the stay and needs to be paid upfront
- Bruce (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable and lovely flat with fantastic connections to anywhere! - A really, really lovely flat with everything you need. A real home from home. And a sweet outside space which is rare in London. I just loved it and will book it again in a flash! And the location is perfect. A quiet street in New Cross Gate. But a 5 minute walk from New Cross Gate Station. From which you can get the mainline into London Bridge or the Windrush line to connect to almost anywhere in London. Nothing.
- Hallgrímur V. Arnarson (7/5): Decent flat with a great location - Location great. Mixed bag but good for the price. I good option for London but no luxury. Furniture getting old, sleeping couch poor. The beds was ok. TV wasn't a smart TV.
- Amelia (9/5): Lovely cosy flat on a quiet road with easy access into central London. - Way bigger than it looks on the pictures and lovely furniture, bed was comfy, heating was easy to use, super close to New Cross Gate station (less than a five minute walk), located on a nice quiet road WiFi wasn’t the best signal and needs a few more blankets for winter! One of the plates in the kitchen had a big chip in too so might need replacing.

- Mayie (9/5): - L'appartement est charmant, situé dans un quartier calme et familial. Il y a beaucoup de bus et de trains qui mènent dans le coeur de Londres.
La petite terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner était parfaite ! Certains équipements mériteraient d'être changés (porte du four tient avec des morceaux de papier alu) et le ménage n'avait pas été fait de façon professionnelle (graisse sur les portes de placard, tâches et poussière, toiles d'araignée).
Les photos de l'annonce montrent une partie du jardin qui ne nous était pas accessible.
- Lauren (8/5): Perfect for what we needed - Property was way more spacious than expected which was a pleasant surprise- pictures don’t do it justice! Everything was as described and had everything for a weekend where we just needed a place to stay which was close to where our plans were. The host reached out several times to make sure all was okay and was even accommodating with an early check-in. WiFi wasn’t great in most of the rooms- we could only use it in the kitchen area. Would be tough to try and work from here. Also wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed- appreciate that we got an earlier check in though which I’m sure meant they had less time. Plus, with aged/character properties like this I can imagine it’s never going to be able to look ‘pristine’

For the price it needed toilets rolls and a fan - Very pleasant converted lower ground flat with some original woodwork The weather was very hot and a fan would be nice . Just given half a toilet roll and had to buy more . A small carton of milk and instant coffee would be nice because we didn’t know where the shops were

The kitchen had every utensil you could want.
The heating was easy to operate and it kept the apartment nice and warm.

- Misty (10/5): Great location for our visit - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the flat to be perfectly accommodating for our needs. We did not cook any meals; however, a limited selection of pots and pans were available. We also did not use the outdoor area given the chilly weather during our visit. The flat was a short walk from the train station and easy to find. Instructions for everything were included in the binder, and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

- Kennon (10/5): Excellent place to stay! - This is a lovely little apartment, well supplied with pretty much anything one might need, including the ability to wash and dry one's clothes. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable - we slept well - and the owner, knowing we would need the sofa bed, had it set-up with linens and everything upon our arrival. The garden space is comfortable and private; a real oasis. The decor was nice; we particularly liked the artwork. It is close to New Cross Gate Station and New Cross Station, as well as nearby bus stops, so public transportation is plentiful, and easy to get to and navigate. There is a lovely gastro pub and beer garden just down the hill by New Cross Gate (The Rose), as well as other coffee shops and convenience stores. It is a nice walk to Deptford's High Street (and its street market) and other locations there (an up and coming, but not touristy, neighborhood/town), and the flat is also in walking distance to Greenwich, the walkway along the Thames, the National Maritime Museum, the Royal Observatory, etc. The other major sights of London were easily accessed by the above-mentioned public transportation (we usually started first on a bus). Communication with the owner was easy - very responsive.
The only caveat about the flat would be that the only lounging place (and TV) is in the main room with its sofa/bed, so we would say this accommodation is best for a couple, or a family of 3 or 4 who are comfortable hanging out with each other.
But we loved it.
