• Beatriz (10/5): Recomiendo - Habitación muy cómoda, bonita vista, desayuno rico y variado (japonés y occidental) personal muy amable. Colchón muy cómodo y bañera mas grande de lo que esperaba. Recomiendo! Cerca de la estación (13 min caminado) hay ascensor en la estación, fácil llegar al hotel.

We stayed here on our first night after arriving in Osaka, and liked it enough to come back for our final two nights before flying home. While the hotel isn’t located in the main tourist or shopping area, it was still very easy to get around by train, so the location worked well for us. None
• Pavel (8/5): Standard Smile hotel with sufficient room size, good restaurants nearby, but some train noise. - The hotel is located on a side street, approximately 700 meters from the railway station. As with other Smile hotels, the room had the chain’s standard and consistent layout. The room was small and offered limited storage, especially in drawers, but it was sufficient for two guests. There are also many well-rated restaurants in the surrounding area, which makes the location convenient for dining. Although the hotel is relatively far from the station or railway, trains passing by can be heard. The room also had only limited storage options, which may be less convenient for a longer stay.

• Janine (9/5): Great rooms, courteaous staff. - The rooms were very spacious and it was terrific that each room had 2 beds. The towel/cup service (i.e., leaving soiled items outside of the door) worked great. The staff was very friendly. It would have been great to know in advance that if we had wanted our luggage transferred to our next hotel using a luggage service, we needed to provide 24 hrs notice.

• Dániel (8/5): Nice short stay - We spent a night at Smile Hotel Shin-osaka. It's a close walk from the station with nice hotel staff. The room was good, it's what you expect from a business hotel. It was great for a one night stay. Great Wi-Fi, comfortable bed. Late check-out compared to other hotels in the area, which you can even extend for a small amount.

Great facilities, easy to access, helpful staff, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, at least by Japanese standards. There was a great view of the city from the window of our room on the top floor. Clearly the best hotel we had in Japan during our 2-week visit. There was no such thing. It was great, really.

• Jasmina Jovicic (10/5): - The room is very clean, location is really good, becouse you can arrive to center for 2 train stations (around 10 minutes), the station is around 200m away from the station. In the area you have a lot of markets, including exchange office. The towels are being changed evrey day and bed is exstremly comfortable. The rule of checking in is being strictly followed. The hight of toilet roof is shorther than usual

A little nitpick is no fresh fruits, only canned fruits. Sound proofing is terrible, both from upstair and neighboring rooms and also from the hallway. Especially when you are on the same floor as laundry room and others guests are waiting and chating there. Can't get a single night of good rest, even ear plug won't help!!!

• 欣儀 (9/5): 下次還會再選擇住這裡 - 床鋪對我來說很好睡，很舒服。地點方便，三四分鐘到地鐵站（西中島南方），附近有24小時的超市。也非常認同飯店的環境友善政策，沒有每天清潔房間，可以將用過的毛巾以及垃圾放置在門口。隔音不錯，五天住宿沒有聽到惱人的腳步聲談話聲。 沒有不滿意的地方，如果要說就是希望房間再大一點點

• SOE AUNG (10/5): Nice hotel for family. - Staff are really nice and helpful. Hotel is very close to subway and only about 10 min to umeda by train. Rooms is quite clean and they also have laundry and dryer machine.

By staying here you need to take in consideration that you have to move constantly to see things or to eat.

• Konrad (8/5): Pretty good! - Very quiet, very clean, comfortable pillows, good value for money, reasonably close to train station. Some English speaking restaurants around. Cheap coin operated laundry on site. If you don't like A/C there's an option to open the window. There's absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel. The only reason I don't give it a "10" is that the "10s" are reserved for sea resorts on Maldives and such 😀
