• Elisabetta (6/5): Bello ma senza pass ZTL per auto - Ingresso diretto sulla marciapiede, vista sulla stradina poco trafficata, poi piena vista sul mare. Nell'appartamento tutto funziona ed è moderno. Sulla pagina della struttura le info non sono aggiornate. Difficoltà a comunicare con l'host. Riportano ancora la normativa Covid-19 ma della ZTL imposta dal comune di Dubrovnik neanche l'ombra. Il parcheggio segnato come disponibile non lo è. Non si può accedere alla città con l'auto e il parcheggio dista circa 4 km e costa 32€/giorno. Queste info l'host le comunica solo dopo che sono scaduti i termini della cancellazione. Tutti gli ospiti di Dubrovnik che prenotano in una struttura hanno diritto ad un pass (tutti i turisti di hotel e altri b&b; così come i residenti, i taxi..) ma in questo appartamento non viene fornito. Il nostro soggiorno è stato negativamente condizionato da bus e taxi imprevisti. In casa però tutto ok.
• Marta (10/5): Bonito y cómodo - Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en Dubrovnik. El alojamiento muy acogedor, la cocina muy equipada, pudimos hacer algunas comidas allí ya que allí salir a comer es bastante caro. Había lavadora. Buen colchón. Muy luminoso. Está en una zona de tráfico restringido pero le dimos la matrícula de nuestro coche de alquiler para que nos dejaran pasar. Pudimos aparcar muy cerca de la puerta (aparcamiento gratuito) y fue fácil movernos tanto caminando como en bus (hay una parada muy cerca) La cortina de la ducha podría ser más ancha ya que es complicado que se ajuste al hueco y no salga agua. Algunos escalones para subir al dormitorio estaban deteriorados. Parece ser un local reconvertido en vivienda por lo que la única ventilación/iluminación es de la puerta y 2 ventanas junto a la puerta, hay cortinas. Aún así no se sentía agobiado

• pietro paolo (8/5): Tre notti stupende in una casa con una vista stupenda. - A dir poco stupenda la vista fuori casa imbattibile e molto suggestiva con tutte le barche. Letto comodissimo, frigorifero capiente e divano comodo per un po’ di relax prima di tornare in spiaggia. La proprietaria super disponibile La mancanza di un lenzuolo matrimoniale ma due lenzuoli singoli , e la mancanza di una finestra un po’ si fa sentire in bagno ma il clima compensa il tutto perché fa più del suo dovere, basta lasciare la porta aperta e si starà freschi anche la.
• roberto (7/5): bella vista da casa - abbiamo avuto una inconpresione dovuta alla logistica della città dove dal 01/06/2025 non si può più circolare con automezzi propri per cui bisogna lasciare l'eventuale mezzo di proprietà fuori dell'anello considerato old city e circolare esclusivamente con mezzi pubblici o taxi per altro molto costosi

• Janet (7/5): Sufficient for a few days - Space was clean and not too far from the city center, about 30 minute walk. Location was quiet, good for sleeping. It is close to a nice beach. There's a washing machine which is convenient but there wasn't any detergent available. Shower had only a curtain which made water flood the floor. Door knob in the washroom wasn't attached properly and kept falling off which was super annoying. There wasn't enough toilet paper at all for the duration of our stay. We got more after we requested. The upstairs space has very low ceiling and I couldn't stand straight although I'm not super tall (173 cm). Overall space is pretty small. No washing machine detergent available.
• Harriet (5/5): Passable - Good views from outside of the apartment. Free parking on the street outside the apartment. Walkable into Dubrovnik. Good beaches not too far walk away. Lounge and kitchen area clean. Had enough kitchen items to work with. The apartment stank of smoke. Everything smelt bad. I left and my bag and clothes still smell like smoke and we do not smoke! The bathroom cleanliness was average. Toothpaste marks and someone else's hair in the bathroom. The sofa has a strange cover on, obviously needs replacing. There is very limited headroom in the bedroom area.

• Thomas (9/5): Superb - The actual property owner was fantastic! She was willing to help in anyway she could and offer support when her booking company failed us. The location was perfect and had the most spectacular view! The washing machine was an added bonus for us! This place makes accessing the old town super easy and would definitely recommend if you’re happy to walk a touch over a km each day. Direct Booker are absolutely useless and made our stay very frustrating. They do not reply to emails, fail to answer phone calls and leave messages on read for days when questions were asked. The company also make promisies they can’t keep including access to luggage storage. If it wasn’t for the actual owner of the accomodation, we would have be stuck at the airport for extended periods of time when our transfer didn’t show. Direct booker needs to have a look at their management because it is not working at satisfactory. If you’re booking this accommodation please try bypass Direct Booker and work directly with the owner as she is incredible.
• Ueda (7/5): No smoking room but smells smoke heavy. - Location It takes 15 minutes on foot from old town bus stop. You can see the old town from the in front of the apartment. No smoking room but smells smoke heavy. It seems that it was snoke room originally.

• Katarina (10/5): Very handy place, would book again. - The apartment was designed in a very efficient manner, it packed a lot in a small space plus it was very pleasing to the eye. Mattress was comfy, kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and utensils. Wifi was strong, enough power outlets, easy to reach. Old town, small supermarket, and some beaches were not exactly a stone’s throw away but within reasonable walking distance. It would be practical to provide at least salt, oil, and oven mitt. We also missed a mop. Bathroom needs better ventilation.
