• Geraldine (9/5): - Es un departamento muy amplio y cómodo, en donde pueden dormir 5 personas estando muy cómodas. La ubicación es excelente, y los anfitriones fueron muy amables.

• Jörg Uwe (10/5): Perfekt mitten drin- - Super zentrale Lage, unweit der Rialtobrücke. Mit Vaporetto 2 perfekt erreichbar von Tronchetto Parking, ich glaube 4 Stationen, was auch super gut klappte. Man ist mitten im Zentrum trotzdem ruhig. Despar Geschäft gleich re aus der Haustür …2 Minuten. Es ist Treppenlastig, das ist einfach so in alten Gebäuden, also wer schwer zu Fuß ist… nein. Man muss auch alles hochschleppen, allein das Treppenhaus bis zur Wohnungstür, könnte manche ältere Menschen an die Grenze bringen… Aber ansonsten ( wir waren 4 fitte Mitsechziger, 2 Paare) kein Thema. Küche alles da. Sogar eine Waschmaschine im unteren Bad. Wir nutzten das obere Zimmer mit eigenem Bad( 2 Treppen) Achtung da ist keine Tür, aber man kann die Tür zum WZ unten schließen, dann ist das 2. Team auch für sich. Das Team kam und wies uns ein, sehr netter junger Mann, der auf uns wartete. Müllentsorgung auch einfach ca. 3 Min zu Fuß , an einer Brücke, kommen Müllschiffe man kann dann , den Müll vorsortiert in die Tonnen werfen, die Schiffen holen regelmässig ab, auch Sonntags. Viele Restaurants und Bars. Gab nix
• Jennifer (10/5): One of the best parts of our time in Venice! - Excellent stay! The place was immaculate, clean and well stocked. Such a convenient location very close to Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. Shopping and eating and cafés so close by and also a very convenient supermarket for supplies to cook a dinner. Sarah met us at the water stop and she was so friendly, cheerful and helpful. We highly recommend this day to anyone staying in Venice. You will not regret it.

• Holly (8/5): Great value, location & clean! - Plenty of space No screens on windows, I know this is common in Italy. However, weather was cooler & windows opened, mosquitoes came in! The noise from the bar below…hence windows open, could be loud at times. With all that being said allot of that is something really can’t control as everything is packed in & so close together!
• Nick (8/5): Good location for a short stay. Small facilities in the apartment to be addressed. - Location wa good, however, we should of been notified that the pub has late night music which you can hear in the apartment. Easy to walk to St Mark and Rialto. All in all - a good location. Small touches in the apartment. No cereal bowls. Lack of different size glasses. No drainage space when washing dishes. No mirrors in bedrooms. No shelves in showers. Air con in sitting room was not adequate. No lifts so if immobile this should be identified.

The property was beautiful and clean, and located close to everything. Definitely would stay again and or use these people for another property. Nothing. It was perfect
