• Narumi (10/5): - 最寄り駅の福島駅から徒歩10分圏内にあり、宿の近所には24時間営業のスーパーもあるため、食材を買って宿で調理するということも可能で滞在にかかるコストを抑えられる点が良いです。宿自体はは大きな道路から少し路地に入ったところで建物が少々分かりにくいかもしれませんが、静謐な雰囲気があって好ましかったです。 何よりも滞在当日〜チェックアウトまでのご対応が丁寧で、猛暑の時期に滞在させていただき、チェックイン時に冷房を効かせていただいていたことがとてもありがたかったです。ありがとうございました。 宿泊人数が多く、ベッドが足りず敷布団を出させていただいたのですが敷布団が薄くて少々身体にくるものがありました。それ以外は何も問題無いです。

• ROBERT (8/5): - Where's the place is a full two bedroom one bath two-story apartment. Been nicely updated but it definitely has the vibe of a place that had family is living in it before. Only a few negative items and one is that it's kind of far from the subway. Another thing is that the local dining establishments are very local and are not really geared up for tourists. For example we went out late one night and these small eateries were filled only with local Japanese people and nobody was speaking English. It's kind of intimidating. There's a good supermarket nearby and the owner needs to invest in a proper set of knives because the knives there are dull as a butter knife.

We were very glad to have a kitchen and laundry, and really grateful to have a guest book written in English. The host is very responsive and helpful, and the house was clean and tidy. • Huisu (10/5): 너무 아늑하고 좋은 숙소예요 - 친구들과 총 3명이서 이용한 숙소였습니다 구조는 1층에 거실(소파베드), 화장실, 욕실, 부엌 그리고 2층에 방1(베란다, 침대) 방2(다다미방 포함, 침대) 이렇게 있었어요! 그래서 저희는 방 하나씩 각자 쓰고 다른 친구가 소파베드에서 잤습니다. 위치는 우메다역이나 신후쿠시마역에서 좀 더 걸어야하는 곳에 있어서 약간 불편했지만, 숙소 근처가 조용했고 대형마트와 편의점도 많아서 저희는 오히려 좋았어요. 집도 전체적으로 깨끗했고 약간 낡은 감이 있었지만 그게 아늑한 느낌을 줘서 더 좋았습니다. 5박6일동안 편하게 있다가 나올 수 있어서 좋았어요!

• David (8/5): We had a great time in Osaka and found this place to be in a great location and a lovely place to rest after a busy day. - Quiet, comfortable beds and the tatami room was a big plus for the children who used it as a bedroom. Location was good with a supermarket nearby and a ten minute walk to the nearest train station. We were happy with the property however a small improvement would be some coat hooks by the door.
• Chang (9/5): Superb - about 10mins walk to JR Fukushima Station, can get there directly from Kansai Airport, and auto check-in is convient. The space is just enough for a 4 people family. The tub is also big to let us have a hot bath after long walk. Bit cold in toilet, would be nicer if there's heater.

• Swasti (9/5): Superb - the apartment is located 10 mins walk from the train station through a car free alley filled with restaurants and bars! the home is so cozy, complete with washing machine and dryer! The tatami nook in one of the bed rooms is perfect for kids to sleep. The heater in the living room seems not strong enough to fight the winter chills (the heater in the room is okay though)

• Bui (9/5): Perfect options for family stay - Great and attentive host, available for any request all the time. Lovely cozy and fully equipped private house, umbrellas included which is an advantage for rainy days. Love the bathroom which is spacious for a relaxing bath after long days of walking around. Many options for dine out or convenient store with short walk to the station. Bedrooms are spacious, could fit in 4-6 people including children.
• Arceo, (9/5): Place was nice, big and cozy. A bit dusty when we arrived. Bit too far from stations but good value! - The place was big and cozy. We had more than enough space for our luggage + the stuff we've bought. Place was also only 20 minutes away from Umeda (by foot) which made shopping way easier. The washing machine and the dryer we're also very convenient. Has access to a JR Line (Fukushima), Subway Line (Nodahanshin), Hanyku Line (Fukushima) but we had to walk for like 10-20 minutes depending on the station we're going too. Location was a bit too far from the stations. Also the 3rd room (The one with the tatami flooring) is inside one of the two actual rooms which was not a big deal but I kinda expected it was separated from it.

• Jovita (9/5): Great place - Perfect location, easy access, fully equipped. We were 2 couples, so it was very comfortable to have separated bedrooms with AC. Near this flat you fill find everything: supermarket, Fukushima station, bars&restaurants. Also it was very clean! Very thin walls.

• Risti (9/5): A pleasure stay to live like a local! - We stayed at the property for 8 nights in June 2023 during our family holiday and enjoyed our stay. This property is a good choice if you want to experience living like a local and quite centrally located. The property is clean and well-equipped, including kitchen utensils, laundry and comfortable beds. Checking in was no problem at all, and we got really good value for money. The host has good communication skills and was responsive to all our queries. There was a nice supermarket nearby (Kohyo Sagisu, which had a good range of quality Japanese beef) and takeaway food (Hokka Hokka Tei) that we went to almost on a daily basis. Walking to the Fukushima station took about 10-15 minutes. It can be quite tiring after a whole-day trip with kids, but taxis were easy to get from the station (less than ¥1,000). We had an early flight from the Kansai airport, took an Uber to the Hotel New Hankyu Osaka, and then caught an airport limousine bus. So overall, it was a really nice stay. Nothing really. But perhaps, given the stairs, it wouldn't be the best option for a family with very young children though I think a baby safety gate is stored on the property. The other thing is that given that we stayed for 8 nights, we wished a cleaner could come in after day 3 or something to change the towels and remove the rubbish.
• Emily (9/5): Great place to stay, just a bit of a walk to get there - The place was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The directions to find the place and to check in were very clear and thorough. Communication with the host was great, especially when we had questions about shipping our luggage to the location. It is a little far from the station, but other than that, it was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

• Iz_zy (8/5): Very good - The washing machine and dryer was a godsend for a big family of 5. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. Umbrellas were supplied which was wonderful. One was broken but we just replaced it for them. The bed was extremely uncomfortable in one of the rooms. My children also slept on the floor. Unfortunately for the 6 nights we stayed that was the only downside. If those mattresses were in better condition it would've overall been a lovely stay and we'd go again.

• Yong (10/5): Two-storey house with a mix of modernity and tradition. - It is situated at the end of Fukushima Shoten Mall with a good mix of traditional and modern eating places. It is situated one stop from Osaka Station in the Osaka Loop. That is a perfect location to avoid the crowd yet nice distance away from a lot of JR Line. Relied only on JR lines throughout my 5 days in Osaka. The accommodation is a novel 2-storey option to an apartment. It has good space and is fully equiped. It is also a great place with interesting decoration as spaces. You see the 1964 Tokyo Olympics poster in one of the rooms. There is also a room that gives a zen feel to the stay. Perfect place to go home to. It can get a little chilly when winter comes. May be good to include a small portable heater to keep warm. Otherwise, it is really perfect.
• Minhanh (9/5): Wonderful! - Everything was well prepared and clean. The checkin was simple and fast. The location was a little hard to find, but the neighbors were so kindly to help us finding the place. The house next door was under construction so the noise was loud.
