• Orbanić Biliškov (9/5): Ugodan i prostran apartman sa predivnim pogledom - Prekrasna lokacija, pogled na Grad i more. Prostranost apartmana. Dvije kupaonice su zaista bile prednost. Iako terasa nije velika, pogled na grad je poseban doživljaj i posebna vrijednost ovog apartmana. Prilaz apartmanu iz donje ceste ima puno stepenica. Svakako treba autom ili taksijem doći sa gornje strane. Bolje je u apartmanu boraviti bez automobila. Stepenice su nam ipak bile dobar trening tijekom boravka u Dubrovniku.

• Helen (8/5): An excellent stay in a beautiful location. Very convenient and the most amazing view from the balcony which is worth it - Excellent view and location. Very comfortable and perfect for groups. Had lots of things we needed and we were lucky to get an early check in and our bags could be stored for a bit on our departure. Communication was not very good ahead of the stay (in terms of how we would be accessing the property) and although a transfer from the airport was mentioned on the listing this wasn’t possible in the end. Also a toaster would have been useful!

• David (10/5): Fantastic apartment with amazing views. - Fabulous apartment to stay in, with views that never get boring. Plenty of space for our family of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are plenty of steps to climb to reach the apartment if you approach from the beach side but the views make it worthwhile. Alternatively you can approach from the road above the apartment building. Plenty of equipment to make your own meals. Close to Banje Beach. Short walk to the old town. Great family holiday had by all. Nothing to complain about.

In our case we paid 90€ to get a permit from a garage nearby and ended up not parking at the garage and parking at this property instead

• Karolis (10/5): Nuostabi panorama ir gera lokacija - Trys atskiri miegamieji, svetainė ir du atskiri vonios kambariai (tualetai su dušu ir vonia), nuostabus vaizdas iš balkono ir vos kelios minutės pėsčiomis iki mums labiausiai patikusio miesto pliažo Banje bei senamiesčio. Netoliese yra maisto parduotuvė. Mums ši miesto dalis buvo daug patogesnė nei Lapad ar Gruž. Visame mieste reikia būti pasiruošus lipti laiptais, taip ir iš šio buto reikės kiek palipėti iki pliažo, nors senamiestį galima pasiekti ir lygesniu keliu.

• phil (10/5): - We absolutely loved the view from the apartment of Lokrum Island and The Old Town Dubrovnik. The location is a short 15 min walk down to the Old Town. We enjoyed taking a ferry to Lopud Island and Kaykaying from Dubrovnik. At the start it was confusing where Apartment Med was. There is another apartment called 1 Lazerenr at the bottom of the steps, Apartment Med is at the top. Also there are new rules from 1st June regarding parking. We did find some up the road Dubrovnik Daily Parking and it worked well but extra €36 per day.
• Ken (3/5): Good locations, but not great communication from the Property - The location is very close to the old town (approximately a 10-12 minutes walk). Apartment was clean and had two toilets, one with a shower and one with a tub. Easily held our family of 5. Supermarket (Studenac) is right across the street from the Apartment. Best meeting point for pick and drop off is called Bikers Caffe, also right across from the apartment. Views from the apartment were great. When we booked the apartment (several months in advance), free parking close to the property was advertised in the property details. This was a major reason for our choosing this location as we had been driving through Europe. On the day we drove from Zadar to Dubrovnik, we were advised by the property that Dubrovnik instituted some zonal traffic restrictions around the old town area for the summer months and that this parking was no longer possible and that we would have to park at a close by public garage. No further information about this parking facility was provided. This ended up costing us an additional Euro 763.00. This information should have been provided to us much earlier so we could have altered our plans or researched the parking options earlier. So the lack of timely communication from the property costed my family a lot of unplanned expense.

• Serene (9/5): It was great! - The apartment has everything we needed, it was clean, close to old town, spacious, owner was responsive and the view was spectacular! Only thing I think could have improve is to have a better agent as they were not responsive and we had to text and call them to find out the location of the accomodation.

Owner allowed us to leave luggage for a little extra while they cleaned. Easy walk to the walled city, just those 132 steps to go up. Great instructions for dropoff. Everything was wonderful just make sure you can manage the stone steps.

• Gaborattila (8/5): Luxury and comfort with a hint of lack of hospitality - This is a beautiful apartment with a great location 5 minutes walk from the old town of Dubrovnik. The terrace is amazing, you can see the beautiful sea and the old town, Lokrum Island is front of you, really impressive and definately this is the most important attraction of this accomodation. The apartment is nice and clean, fully equipped, spaceous and bright, ideal for 6 (or even more) persons. The kitchen is amazing, you'll have everything what is need for a perfect vacation in this beautiful city. Despite the luxury style and the opportunity of the perfect accomodation, unfortunately the communication with the apartment is terrible. The organization and communication with the guest is delegated to an office called Direct Booker, and it was difficult, imprecise and uncaring. They barely answered my questions, I cannot reach them on phone and when I got a misunderstandable text about the directions when we arrived, they never answer the phone, so it was awful. Moreover when we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner's father, who clearly seemed to prefer to be somewhere else, he was a bit bored and hardly gave any information - which could of course be a language barrier - but the accommodation did not have a brief description of practical things either - e.g. where to put the full garbage can, etc. My guess is that the whole of Dubrovnik - and the people who live here - are fed up with tourist dumping, apparently they are fed up and don't like it, there are many rude servers in cafes, restaurants, shops, and according to them, even in the better accommodations.

We had the best seats in the house for the summer festival fireworks without even realising it was happening while we were there. There's lots of good swimming spots, good food and exploring to be done. Will absolutely stay here again. The owner was welcoming, easy check-in/out.

Bathrooms: two - PERFECT 5. Price: affordable considering 1-4. - PERFECT 6. Free parking - PERFECT with luck After driving 10 hours it was already dark when we arrived. The key was left in a hidden place. However, we were unable to find the apartment even though we received instructions. We called the host twice with no success. We were tired and frustrated. Within 20 minutes the host called us back. He was quite rude to us and explained that the apartment is not advertised with free parking. He asked someone to meet us and show us where we can park and where we can find the apartment. He was a very nice person. We could park in front of the apartment free in a private dead-end street. This dead-end street can be found 30 meters right after the Bikers Caffe. It is not on the map (our GPS does not show it). The apartment can also be reached from here too.

• Martin (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay in a clean modern apartment with a fantastic view. - The apartment balcony has a fantastic view of Lokrum Island and the city of Dubrovnik - we could have spent hours on the balcony! Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach or in to town. The apartment was very clean with all the facilities that we needed. A light bulb failed while we were there and the owner was straight out to replace after we informed. The apartment is clean and modern with Air Con in each room. OK so there are a lot of steps from old town - but a good view from the balcony comes with a climb - so if you so struggle with stairs or mobility then this is not the apartment for you. When we were first dropped off by the taxi we were dropped by Hotel Excelsior which was a mistake as it meant we had to negotiate the stairs with our suitcases. You should ask to be dropped at Bikers Cafe which is a short downhill walk - we also arranged several trips to pick us up from Bikers cafe - all nice and easy.
