It was also a code for the door which I like but then the whole outside doors to get in were key card? So we could only get in from the front entrance.

Eduardo (6/5): Suite completa com boa localização. - A localizacão é muito boa para quem procura a região dos parques da Universal, de bons restarauntes e de varias lojas, outlets e malls. O apartamento tem um cozinha completa com utensilios para 4 pessoas, uma sala com sofa cama e mesa de jantar, um quarto com 1 cama king e um banheiro completo, com box e banheira. Tambem tem lavadora e secadora de roupas. O apartamento é muito standard, frio, sem aconchego. Faltam armarios e gavetas. A equipe do hotel é pouco receptiva. O maior problema - nota zero - é com relação ao estacionamento (gratuito) que é insuficiente para todos os hóspedes. Estacionar seu carro a partir das 10pm é uma missão complicada. Muitos carros estacionam em áreas proibidas (exemplo, faixa de accessibilidade de cadeirante) ou nos gramados.

Great location to everything and quiet enough for a great day off. Highly recommend!!!! I hate to say it, but nothing. Aside from the weather being off and on for our park visit, but who has control over that? I had more fun at the hotel pool and hot tub than at Volcano Bay!!!!

FrankPvdBerg (9/5): - The pool was fantastic, big. Parking easy. Apartment is huge, kitchen, washer/dryer dishwasher, bathtub, seperate shower, very spacious. Balcony. Lot of storage space. There was a misunderstanding about the cleaning. It was stated that cleaning is available after 3 days. We assumed cleaning would be done after 3 days but the hotel said we should have asked for this cleaning. It was handled well, we got new towels and such but maybe good to know for other guests
Fiona (7/5): Bonne localisation - La localisation, la piscine, l'espace. La propreté laissait un peu à désirer. Pas de poubelle dans le salon, beaucoup de bruit d'aération dans la salle de bain et clim tres forte.

Bethany (8/5): - The reception staff was so welcoming and nice snd got me to my room effortlessly. The bed was cozy and the tub was spotless. Its not right on the main road but you can honestly easily walk to many places. It would be awesome for a family that likes a little peace and quiet.

baverley (9/5): Overall, I will book again at this location. - Our room is clean, the lobby is clean, the hallway smells and looks clean. The customer service is awesome. The lady who attended us adjusted our room locations so we are at least close to each other. We booked 4 rooms, with 8 adults and 8 kids. Location is great. It’s right on universal blvd. Didn’t have much time to enjoy the hotel’s amenities. The pool ambience at night is nice. But we didn’t have time to swim and enjoy the rest of the facility. Cannot comment as we arrived late and left early in the morning.
ALBERTO AGUSTIN (9/5): - La habitación es super completa y cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta para ir a los parques de universal y a los outlets, que es donde nos movimos con mi familia. A la cocina le faltan utensillos y el sofá cama tenía un poco doblados los caños, pero todo limpio y ordenado.

Nurettin (10/5): - I have been traveling in Florida for 22 days and stayed in at least 6 different hotels. The Point was the cleanest of them all. The room was very clean, the sheets were fresh and comfortable, and everything felt well organized. I slept very comfortably, almost like at home. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the stay was very pleasant. I definitely recommend it.

Abayomi (10/5): - This is the fifth time I stay at this place and it every time it’s better, I always get one with the balcony and the one that has the spa tub which my girlfriend love for her bath, very nice and clean and they have everything u need utensils wise to make a meal so u don’t have to spend out getting food Only down fall and negative thing I have to say is this last time we went to the pool and no towels were available till like 1030 when the pool opens at 7am

Vetri (3/5): - Convenience to nearby locations. Affordable. My reserved room wasn't ready when I checked in. I had to wait for 30 mins for front desk to figure out what to do. In the end, I was given the option to get a studio room which wouldn't work for my family. I had no choice because it was midnight and I couldn't go find an alternative hotel at that time. I was able to get my desired room the next day. Next night, The room opposite to me had a steady alarm beeping. It was loud enough to be heard in my room. The hotel help desk said they can't do anything about it because the room where the alarm was sounding wasn't in there control so they can't enter. I was given the option to move to another room in the middle of the night. It was 12 am and I can't do another move with a family.
