- Kristen (7/5): It is okay for one person for a short stay. - There are no drawers in which to unpack. And the closet space was very small. And the hangers hung front to back. Which means you have to take everything out of the closet to get the items in the back. There is also no place to put your suitcase if you do choose to live out of your suitcase.

- Dirk (9/5): Centraal gelegen, proper en net hotel. - De kamer was ruim genoeg dankzij de geïntegreerde keuken. Wij hadden een heel goed en groot kindsize bed. De badkamer was ruim genoeg voor 1 persoon, grote douche en veel plaats om je spullen op te leggen. De kamer was heel netjes en proper. Het keukengerei ook heel proper. Personeel aan de receptie was heel vriendelijk en geduldig. In het ontbijtrestaurant iets afstandelijker, maar over het algemeen wel beleefd. Het ontbijt was vrij goed voor een 3-sterren hotel. Veel keuze. Zoals anderen al vermeldden, was het er soms druk, maar het was komen en gaan, dus er was altijd wel plaats. En alles werd constant goed aangevuld. Op de liften moest je soms wel wat wachten op de drukkere momenten, maar we hebben er geen trauma's van. Het hotel is super gelegen om New York te bezoeken, dichtbij meerdere metrohaltes en zelfs te voet bereik je gemakkelijk plaatsen zoals Times Square, Hudson Yards, Empire State, ... Ik zou het hotel zeker opnieuw boeken.

La qualité du petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorée

- Adam (9/5): Great stay in a great location - Hotel. Booked a room with full kitchenet that was filled with dishes, pans and everything needed for a quick bite. Breakfast was great with lots of options. It wasn’t relevant for us but there were a lot of Gluten-free options Location is great. Close enough so we walked most of the (with a really close subway for all the other things) but not crowded and noisy closer to times square. useful tip - breakfast is served in 2 levels. main one near the lobby is crowded and some time you need to wait for a table. but there is another option one level above - same food, free tables almost all the time. just go down to the lobby and then take one floor up in the stairs or the side elevator There are 4 elevators for 30/40 floors so getting down with an elevator was problematic at times. We were on a lower level so most of the time we just took the stairs. Going up was les problematic

The room and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. There were very few options (especially regarding cheeses, hot items, and coffee). Rooms are quite small, but that is expected in Manhattan.

Сами выносили мусор, удивлялись и только в предпоследний день случайно на уборочной тележке, стоящей в общем коридоре этажа, прочитали объявление. «Если желаете заказать уборку номера - обращайтесь на ресепшен.» В самом номере этой информации нигде не было.

- laura giorgia (10/5): Molto bello - Ottima posizione, molte attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi, in ogni caso ci sono diverse metro molto vicine. Colazione buona e varia, molto comoda anche la palestra in struttura. Ottima pulizia. Dimensioni della camera forse leggermente piccole, ma vivibile in ogni caso.
- David (8/5): Hotel muy céntrico - La ubicación es insuperable, estando en el medio de Manhattan, podíamos ir andando a cualquier lado y muy cerca de varias estaciones de metro. La calle de este hotel es donde se concentran muchas tiendas de flores y plantas, era muy agradable salir por la mañana y que la calle pareciese un vibero. El personal fue muy amable El desayuno fue un poco deficiente, al tercer día te cansas de lo que hay. A parte, la zona donde ponen el buffet es muy pequeña y se concentra mucha gente, así que es muy incómodo. Los ascensores por las mañanas eran una pesadilla, para bajar podías estar 10 minutos esperándolo.

- Charlotte (7/5): Bien - L’établissement est très bien situé ce qui permet de faire presque tout Manhattan à pied. La chambre est confortable, très bonne literie. Elle est bien insonorisée. C’est très propre. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont bien équipées ( couverts, casseroles, liquide vaisselle…). Le service n’est pas la hauteur de l’établissement. Tout particulièrement le petit déjeuner, dont la qualité est très moyenne. Il n’est pas varié, et présente beaucoup de nourriture industrielle et peu saine. L’ambiance est plus proche d’une cantine scolaire que d’un hôtel de ce standing. Il y avait souvent la queue, l’espace est trop petit pour accueillir le nombre de clients de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est donc très bruyant. Autre point, une partie des équipements de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas à savoir la bouilloire et une des deux plaques de cuisson. Il y a aussi peu de rangements pour les vêtements. La réception était souvent surchargée avec peu de personnel disponible ce qui crée un embouteillage dans le hall… À notre départ nous avons réservé auprès de la réception un taxi vers l’aéroport. D’abord nous n’avons pas été prévenus qu’il s’agissait d’un transport collectif, il est arrivé en retard et le chauffeur ne nous a pas aidé à mettre les valises ni le personnel de l’hôtel dans le véhicule.

Abbiamo dovuto utilizzare il “tavolo” e il piano cottura per appoggiare i bagagli perché non vi era altro spazio. Poca privacy in bagno, porta come fosse inesistente
- Charles (7/5): - L'emplacement à proximité de deux bouches de métro de deux lignes qui traversent Manhattan. La rue aux fleurs qui est agréable. La proprêté de la chambre et tous les équipements nécessaire pour la cuisine + confort du lit en 180cm. Hôtel calme (pas de bruit excessif dans les couloirs etc...). Nous étions au 6ème étage, un bruit continue dans la rue (mais bon c'est Manhattan...) entre les ambulances et les pompiers et les klaxonnes. Pas de volet, juste un store qui se baisse, donc heureusement que nous avions des bouchons d'oreilles et des masques pour dormir. Espace petit déjeuner ultra bruyant entre la musique et les gens... heureusement que nous avions notre chambre pour décompresser.

A good location, clean, comfortable, good breakfast. a bit crowdy , but should be normal for NYC Manhattan. Good Reception Desk clerk, good organisation. A bit unexpected , that Receptionist is charging 40 usd deposit for possible damages , and the amount will be return to credit in couple weeks?.. ( I need to check that on my CC) My booked room was with Kichinette, well equipped, although I did not need it... The Inconvenience was in the shower , as it had only fix upper head. Which I did not like to use...

- Marc (8/5): 6 jours à New York. - L'hôtel est bien situé géographiquement à proximité des lieux de visites, à pied ou avec les moyens de transports (métro 1 à 100 mètres à pied). Les chambres sont propres (literie, sanitaires) et le service est quotidien (lit - changement des serviettes de toilettes). Le coin cuisine équipé est un plus et de nombreux magasins d'alimentation se trouvent autour de l'hôtel. Le personnel de l’hôtel est attentif et réactif (accueil ou petit déjeuner). Le service de bagagerie est un plus. Les prix à New York sont élevés mais cet hôtel représente une belle option pour une petite semaine. Les chambres sont un peu petites (mais nous n'y avons passé que le temps nécessaire). Le temps d'attente devant les ascenseurs peut être long surtout le matin (depuis le 11ème étage, nous sommes parfois descendus à pied). La salle du petit déjeuner peut vite être remplie mais nous n'avons jamais dû attendre plus de 3-4 minutes. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt correct dans les standards d'un tel établissement

A disposizione e gratuitamente 24h al giorno caffè, acqua calda per thè e acqua fresca. Avevo letto che c'è molta attesa per gli ascensori ma noi, in dieci giorni di permanenza, non abbiamo mai aspettato più di qualche minuto e alloggiavamo al 18° piano.

- Annalee (8/5): Great budget option hotel: friendly staff, free breakfast, and excellent location. - The staff were notably friendly and welcoming. They seem like they enjoy working there and that rubs off on positive guest interactions. I recently stayed at a significantly more expensive and swankier hotel nearby and staff here were much friendlier and welcoming. It was also a great value for NYC. Very clean, excellent location, and comfortable bed. If you are staying for longer, the kitchenette would be nice so that you don't have to eat out for every meal. The rooms are so small. This works well if you are staying alone, but it would be hard to fit two people's luggage in one of these rooms (I've stayed in both the kitchenette King suite and regular King room)--you would need to step over someone's luggage to make it fit.
